This property was horrible! No place to sit outside. It needs to be updated. Poorly maintained! Never again.

We really enjoyed the condo!!! It was clean and we were able to check in a little early. The bikes and beach equipment provided were amazing and all age groups had something they could use! The beds were very comfortable and we had an abundance of bath and beach towels provided. I highly recommend this condo. Sandpiper was very helpful and quick to assist us when we needed them. We look forward to our next stay with Sandpiper.

My extended family and I had a great stay at "Soul Surfer." We had 10 people including a 9 yo, 12yo, and 16 yo. The location can't be beat. It's a short walk or shuttle ride to the beach. The house does have plenty of beach toys, beach towels, and beach chairs for use and the layout was great for our extended family with a bathroom for every room. The shared pool was fantastic but not heated so a little chilly in March. The grill was gas and not charcoal as listed. Overall, we had an amazing time, in large part because of the great house and location!

Soul surfer comes equipped with virtually everything you need. It was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

The house was great! Loved the layout. My husband loved the mattress in the master bedroom. It was a little too firm for my personal preference. Plenty of pillows and towels. Patio/balcony off of each bedroom. We couldn’t use the smart function of the tv all week because we didn’t have the right remote and then the last night we found that remote squished under the couch cushions! We also discovered we could cast shows from our iPad on to the tv the last night. Wish we had figured that out sooner! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Pantry was huge (needs a light in there though!) We appreciated the second fridge in the garage and the extra ice maker. Also all the chairs and beach gear was great! We were super close to the pool and beach and our kids loved riding the tram. The pool has a little bar and grill. Our only complaint would be the rules on the beach. No canopy tents are allowed so we had to rent umbrellas which is annoying because they’re expensive. They are also inferior to a tent in regards to shade and getting in and out from under it and visibility when you’re under it. The security guard at the entrance of the private neighborhood is the one who enforced the rules. So if your tent is compact and he doesn’t see it or you go later in the day, then I guess you could get away with it. We had a 10x10 ft tent from academy that he saw in our wagon and wouldn’t let us bring down. Some people set up small tents like the Sun Ninja or Shibumi so those would be good alternatives. Also you could only bring a wagon if a child rode in it. And no golf carts are allowed in the neighborhood or Rosemary Beach which is a bummer because they’re fun!

Excellent location and amenities
We were very pleased with the location of this house, the size of the bedrooms, and the “extras” available in the garage. The kitchen was also well stocked. Our family enjoyed our stay very much! And the Sandpiper reps were very helpful.

Amazing Beach Week
We had 4 families that comfortably enjoyed starting our summer at Soul Surfer. It is an amazing space with a great location at Seacrest. Minutes from the pool, beach, or peddlers pavilion. The amenities are the best we have experienced with bikes, beach and pool toys, inside games and toys, etc! Plenty of space for food and drinks for the whole week!

NICE PLACE-STUPID RULES-GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
OUR HOUSE WAS VERY NICE, BUT THE RULES FOR THE AREA WHERE IT WAS, WERE TERRIBLE. THE HOUSE WAS FAIRLY CLEAN, HOWEVER HOUSEKEEPING DIDN'T QUITE FINISH BEFORE THEY LEFT. THERE WAS DIRTY SILVERWARE LEFT IN THE DRAWER, TRASH LEFT AROUND OUTSIDE THE BUILDING (INCLUDING THE BALCONY), AND THE TRASH CAN WAS OVERFLOWING (VERY STINKY). THEY ALSO LEFT THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR OPEN. WHEN WE CALLED THE PROPERTY MANAGER AT 5:30 TO DISCUSS THESE ISSUES, THE VOICE-MAIL SAID THEY WERE OPEN UNTIL 6. WE GOT A CALL BACK AT AROUND 4 ON THURSDAY.
THE STACKED WASHER/DRYER WAS WAY TO SMALL FOR THAT SIZE UNIT. THE BIKES DO NOT MATCH THE PICTURE.
THERE WERE SEVERAL BEACH ITEMS IN THE GARAGE. THE POOL AREA WAS VERY LARGE, AND VERY NICE.
THE WALK TO THE BEACH WAS A 5 MINUTE FAIRLY EASY WALK. THERE WAS HOWEVER ABOUT 20 STAIR STEPS DOWN TO THE WATER. THE BEACH IS WHAT MADE THIS VACATION, NOT SO MUCH OF A VACATION. MOST OF THE BEACH IS 'PRIVATE'. ABOUT 200' TO THE LEFT OF THE STAIRS IS FILLED WITH 5 ROWS OF OVER-PRICED BEACH CHAIRS. BEYOND THAT IS A DIFFERENT 'BEACH' YOU WERE NOT ALLOWED ON. TO THE RIGHT ARE MORE BEACH CHAIRS. THERE IS ABOUT 120' BETWEEN THEBEACH CHAIRS WHERE YOU ARE ALLOWED TO GO. WE HAD TO GET DOWN THERE AT 6AM EVERY MORNING TO 'CLAIM' OUR SPOT. WE WERE PACKED INTO THIS AREA LIKE SARDINES. THE WORSE PART WAS, THAT BEYOND THE CHAIRS TO THE RIGHT, FOR ABOUT A MILE THE BEACH WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY. THESE WERE PRIVATE BEACHES FOR THE HOUSE. YOU COULD ONLY GO DOWN THERE BELOW THE HIGH TIDE LINE.
THE AREA WAS VERY NICE, LOTS OF PLACES TO WALK TO. VERY EXPENSIVE THOUGH. IF YOU WANTED GROCERIES OR FAST FOOD, IT WAS ABOUT A 15-20 MINUTE DRIVE.
THE SIDEWALKS NEEDED TO BE WIDER, OR A BIKE LANE NEEDS TO BE ESTABLISHED. WE WERE CONSTANTLY DODGING BIKES.
OUR ADVICE, DON'T GO HERE UNLESS IT IS OFF SEASON.
THE BEACH RULES MADE THIS VACATION STRESSFUL AND ALMOST UNENJOYABLE.

Loved this house!! It had everything we needed. We all loved the extra stuff that came in the garage and the extra fridge!! Walking to the beach took no time at all. We would definetly rent this house again

Soup Surfer
The home was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty big enough to cook meals for the family. I loved the location, the front row of homes on 30A made it easy for small children to walk to the beach. We appreciated the use of the bikes and not having to rent them. The rental definitely made our vacation more enjoyable.

We absolutely loved everything about Soul Surfer!! The place was exactly as pictured and described! We loved the location. The walk to the pool and the beach was perfect. We loved having the bikes in the garage and took advantage of riding them to breakfast each day. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We have stayed many places along 30A over the years and this is definitely the best! We hope to definitely stay here again!!

We had a great stay! Beautifully decorated. The bottom floor bdrm was a little disappointing with the tiny bunkbeds for kids only. We missed having the bed in there that was in the pics. A big thank you for letting us use all the beach gear.

Location was spot on! Very convenient to everything, homeowner has plenty of bikes and outdoor things needed to save dollars while staying and we truly appreciated the use of those! Parking at home the best ! Maybe would consider working on the sitting , have lots of places for people to sleep but not enough seating at table for guest . Kitchen is a hot mess. Needs redesign major , very hard to have more than two in kitchen at a time . Mattresses really need replacing- bathrooms have been updated but still needs help in the important areas for sleep and kitchen . Manager the best! She is very communitive !

Great location, awesome family trip
Our entire family enjoyed our stay at "See ya by the Sea". It was about a 5 min walk to the beach and we enjoying walking to Rosemary and Alys as well to enjoy dinner, concerts, and little shopping. The house was very nice and the bedding arrangements worked great for having 5 kiddos under 5, and it was so nice having bikes, beach toys, umbrellas, and beach chairs for use. Would definitely recommend for family vacations. We all had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Great! With exceptions...
The property and it’s surroundings were beautiful! The house was clean, well kept, and had plenty of room - even for our large group of 8 adults and 7 children. The amenities were plentiful (beach toys, fishing poles, beach chairs, etc.) BUT getting all that to the beach was a huge challenge! That being said, this was obviously a family vacation for us so finding a family-friendly property was imperative. We researched this property and others extensively before making our decision. Unfortunately, we were made aware of a few rules ‘upon arrival’ that if we knew of before hand, we would have chosen another property. First, “No wheeled traffic is allowed... to include rolling coolers and wagons.” Second, “No tents or canopies are allowed on the beach.” Third, “Everything must be ‘carried’ to the beach.” Lastly, “All children will be removed from the pool for the last 15 minutes of every hour for adult swim.” Not only was our group large but it consisted of 6 children under the age of 5 to include an infant. We came equipped to roll our tents and supplies to the beach (a mere 200 yards away) but were forced to alter our plans (and drive to a public beach 2 miles away) because of the rules. The rules are not bad rules, but in my honest opinion, they don’t marry up to the “family friendly” description this particular property advertises. Potential renters should definitely be made aware of these rules (and many others - 5 pages long) prior to signing an agreement. Also, the internet and dishwasher did not work the first day we were there. To the property manager’s credit, they were fixed within 24 hours of us informing them. Again, the property was beautiful and nobody can argue the well manicured landscape of 30A, but renters should be forewarned of the excessive, and potentially plan altering rules.

Excellent experience!
The house was amazing and fully equipped with everything we needed. From all the beach equipment you could want to even having a crib and toys for our infant. We would definitely come back!

Location is good. The condo is tired
Had issues with freezer not working, 3 of the bikes were in operable. Wifi didn’t work. Dishes, pots, pans were old/cheap and we had to clean them before we could use them, Will pick another place next time.

Great Beach House!
We stayed here last week for 7 days with 6 Adults and 6 Kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. House is very well equipped from the kitchen to the garage. The house is right on 30A so it’s a relatively short walk to the beach. The owners were very nice too.

Fun week in Secrest
We had a fun week at your house in Seacrest! The kids loved the “kids room” upstairs and enjoyed playing with toys left in the closet. This house had more than enough space for us to spread out and enjoy our stay. Our one suggestion would be room darkening curtains for the kids room as the sun shines very brightly in that room at 5:30 in the morning in the summer. Thanks for a fun week!

Great community!
We loved staying at See Ya By The Sea! The trams were great to take us to the beach and the home was fully equipped with everything we needed. The Seacrest community is wonderful and it’s so nice to ride the bikes around the area.
