This house is one of Inlet Beach's tallest, with 4 levels. It also has a private salt water pool, which is just steps from private shores of Inlet Beach. The house can accommodate several families or luxuriously pamper just one. It is outfitted with an elevator that lifts to all four floors, two sets of washer and dryers, one set on floor 1 and the other on floor 2. Guests enjoy plenty of space to spread out in 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths. Most breathtaking is its top floor which boasts one of Inlet's most luxurious entertainment areas, featuring a deluxe chef's kitchen is outfitted with chef tools, where the counter sits four. There are multiple seating areas and ways in which to entertain or simply relax. A beautiful wood dining table seats 10 comfortably. We enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper and would return. The house is spacious and well appointed, and it was very clean. The easy access to the beach can’t be beat. The only thing I’d change is that the couch in the main seating area was quite dirty and very uncomfortable. It’s the only the place to sit in that room, so that was disappointing.

This house was great for our girls' getaway weekend! Each bedroom had it's own en-suite, which were all nice and updated, plus a half bath on the upper entertaining level. The patios had comfortable lounge furniture with plenty of seating for everyone. The living room furniture was all very comfortable and we were easily able to fit 10 people on the sofa for hanging out at night. Highly recommend! Quite literally walk across the street to access the private beach. Only con is that the pool is truly a dip pool (photos online make it look larger than actually is), but it was still perfect for lounging about after a long hot day on the beach! Outdoor shower for rinsing off before coming back inside was key! Garage had space for one car, and enough storage room for chairs/beach toys. We were then easily able to park 3 additional mid-size SUVs across the driveway without being in the street (no street parking allowed, so be wise on # cars). THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Our family really enjoyed this property! The elevator was a huge help when it came to bringing up suite cases and groceries plus my husband has issues with his ankle so he used it quite a bit! Super clean and the beach was so close. We will stay there again in the future!

Amazing stay at Emerald Breeze
We had a fantastic time in Emerald Breeze. Nothing beats the location of the house. The beach is just a few steps away, the beach access is in front of the house. It is super convenient. The beach is private, we felt like we owned the beach. Our family of 14 felt like we had the beach for ourselves. They have few beach chairs that can be carried by their wagon to the beach. We used Jay’s beach service for the beach umbrellas and chairs set and he’s affordable and had great service for sure.
The house is soo beautiful, the moment we walked in we knew we picked the right place. It’s clean and the kitchen is well equipped. They have all the pans needed and the serving plates, silverware’s, etc. They have a huge walk in pantry as well. We cooked almost everyday and the dining and living room are huge to fit the family comfortably. They have Netflix, Disney channels, etc. We love the bar with wine cooler. The rooms are huge and each room has its own bathroom. Beds are comfortable. We have few minor requests with housekeeping like beach towels and from the maintenance but the response was so quick and efficient. We would stay here again. We created wonderful memories that will be cherished forever. Thank you again Emerald Breeze!

The kitchen has all you’ll need for your stay, loved the additional bar area. Chairs and bikes and beach toys were plentiful. Comfortable outdoor furniture and sofa. Great large table for meals. The location was incredible and we’ve stayed in nearly all the areas along 30a over the years. Our only complaint was that the Master bedroom bed on the third floor needs a new mattress as it is now u-shaped (all other beds were raved over for their comfort) and the ice maker in the bar area did not work. We would definitely stay again!!

Great location
We had our family vacation at Inlet Beach and had a great stay. We found the house clean and well supplied with towels and Kitchen items. This is very convenient to the beach. The pool was great .
I wish they would consider better options for ice. We always ran out and had to make runs to the store. Also be prepared that you will hear footsteps of whoever is on the floor above you. Last thing would be better grill instructions and cleaning .
Nice place and will consider staying again in the future.

My family of 8 adults and 6 kids had the most amazing stay at Emerald Breeze. The location was perfect bc it was walking distance to Rosemary but more of a private beac without all the crowds. The house was clean. Management was super helpful answering all of our questions. We would definitely rent again. There are a lot of stairs and we couldn’t figure out the elevator. And one of the dryers was broken, but other than that our stay went perfectly! Amazing views, beautiful finishes on the house, and plenty of space.

Enjoyed our October week at Emerald Breeze. Perfect for our nephews wedding at Inket Beach. Great property with plenty of room and beautiful furnishings. Great House!!
We had a fantastic stay. The house was as pictured - - fabulous. We have stayed right on the beach in the past and were worried about not being right on the sand but the house is right across the street from the boardwalk so that was no big deal at all. The two recommendations we have in order to make the house more perfect are: create a private outdoor shower area, and we would have felt more secure if the door to the plunge pool would have had a second deadbolt up higher. Our 2 year old could open that door which made us nervous, even with the siren. Overall, awesome house and we would recommend it to anyone.

Unbelievable beach views and house rental
We had a group of 14 stay at Emerald Breeze and were highly impressed with the property and views!!! The house is a great layout that we all felt spread out with plenty of room! The elevator was great for transporting our goods upstairs to the top level. We vacation near 30a yearly, and will definitely plan another trip back to emerald breeze! The only small thing, was the pool was not very clean (sandy) and the lights for in pool we couldn’t figure out. Other than that- the house decor is great, plenty of beach chairs and towels! Would highly recommend this lovely gem!!!❤️

This house had 4 floors, so each family had their own privacy. A lovely home that was very clean and we loved the outside porches with the pleasant tradewinds. The only negative was that the sluggish elevator. So if you had someone who was elderly, a family with an very small infant, or someone who might have a walking issue it could be a little difficult for them to to get to the top floor kitchen/dining area. We would definitely rent this place again.

May Family Summer Vacay
This 6 bedroom property was great for our growing family of 14. The private access to the beach was easily accessible. We had looked at other properties and I am glad we chose this one. The amenities of the house were excellent. The house has been well maintained and the owner/manager was quick to respond to any questions or needs. The Cow Lick Ice Cream Shop across 98 is not to be missed. We also enjoyed Bayou Bill's. (go early) We cooked a lot and found the kitchen to be adequately stocked. When we come back to this area we will definitely consider staying here again. We had 5 families at the property and never felt like we were crowded. The fireworks from the beach on the 4th were fabulous. We had family pictures taken by Kayla Baptista Photography and can't wait for the proofs. We also enjoyed kayaking at the Springs. A great week for some fabulous family time.

Great vacation! This was our second stay at Emerald Breeze. Last year was absolutely perfect, however this year there were a few issues: shower drain clogged, shower handle fell off, towel bar fell off the wall, exterior stairs unusable, sheets dirty, towels dirty. The management company was very quick to resolve most of these issues, and we still had an excellent time.

The property is well thought out with large common areas, gourmet kitchen and beach vistas on most sides of each room!
Our family of 12 adults and 2 kids had a great vacation there just last week. We have been in another property at Inlet Beach for 5 years but outgrew it as our sons married and had children. This is our new annual vacation property choice!

Our 14 member family absolutely loved the house and location. It is only a few steps from the beach and had amentities and comforts that met all of our needs. The quick follow up from the property managers was great! The only sour spot in our stay was an abrasive neighbor that actually entered our house with her dog and began yelling at my 6 year old about the outside speakers being on. This house is equipped with speakers throughout he house and one of the kids inadvertently selected the deck speakers to be ‘on’. This random stranger yelling at a child was unnecessary and unacceptable. A few days later this same neighbor complained about how one of our vehicles was parked which was parallel to the driveway and was NOT blocking any street traffic. The house has a garage and a space for 2 additional cars in the driveway. 4 families came to stay at the house and drove in 4 different vehicles which made a parallel park necessary. At this point we wondered was this crazy neighbor harassing us. This is the only reason I cannot give the rental a 5 star rating. We were a group of middle age professionals desiring a beach holiday get a way with our young children and the incidents with the neighbor just put a damper on things.

It is by far the best home I have ever stayed in the south Walton area. Comfort to cleanliness and decor..everything was above our expectations. The 300 degree view was just amazing, we could see all the way from Panama city to Destin from the 4th floor balcony. Even the Location was so convenient for beach access. Loved our stay will definitely be back for a longer stay. Jill was amazing and the renting process was flawless.

This place was perfect for our company retreat. Great views of ocean from the balconies. Beautifully decorated and the top floor with patio and huge kitchen were perfect for our group of 12. Loved the surround sound music and TV's in every room and 70" TV in family room. And the elevator was a life saver for the few guests who had bad backs. We had a few small issues but they responded quickly with onsite help. The pool is a bit small but was nice and refreshing after a visit to the beach which is very close. We plan to rent this unit again for future company retreats. We highly recommend.
