Като цяло останахме много доволни. Чисто и просторно, нови и удобни мебели, удобен разтегателен диван и легло. СПА зоната не е голяма, но пространството е използвано оптимално. Вътре е чисто и поддържано - цялата сграда виждахме как се чисти стриктно всеки ден. Приятно отоплено дори в коридорите, обзаведено със стил. Локацията е страхотна, на 5-10 мин пеша от център, с разкошен изглед към планината. Тиха и спокойна улица без шум. Приятна изненада е машината за кафе с капсули (осигурени). Има еднократни чехлички, което също е практично. Паркира се вътре в двора. Домакините са изключително любезни и услужливи.

Препоръката ми е да се обърне внимание на кухненската посуда - например чашите за кафе са стъклени и не много удобни, за чай изобщо няма, приборите са доста захабени. При положение, че апартаментът е предвиден за двама, добре е да има и второ одеяло.

Прекрасен престой

Чисто, ново, помислено за най-малкия детайл, съдействие за всичко, бърза комуникация, позитивно отношение, дори ни изпратиха списък с ресторанти и заведения за хранене, както и барове/дискотеки. Много приятна СПА зона. Изключотелно място и собственици, с удоволствие ще се върнем отново.

Great place!

It was a great place for our getaway. It was very clean, the apartment was spacious but cozy. The spa was a little bit on the smaller side but it was clean. Great host!

Piece of jewelry in Velingrad

Perfectly clean, perfect location, close enough but away from the city noise. Love the view, the fresh air. Love every single detail. Very attentive host as well.

It would have been great if the SPA zone opens earlier in the morning to start procedures before breakfast.

I'd expect more for that price

The location is good and it has an indoor parking area.

Even though it's an apartment it felt small because there is no wardrobe or any kind of adequate storage space which resulted in having to keep our clothes in the bags. Also, for that price per night and given that we stayed for four nights, I'd expect at least once the room to be cleaned and the towels/bedding to be changed. Finally, it would benefit from deep cleaning - moving the table revealed leftover food on the carpet...

Super comfortable for families

The apartment was clean, modern and had absolutely everything we needed. The Spa was clean and relaxing. The staff were super nice and helpful. We had a brilliant time. I loved the small touches, such as extra coffee pods and spare towels for free. We felt like it was home away from home. Will definitely visit again!

We loved the apartment which was clean and modern. The location is great as it is quiet, residential but within walking distance of the centre and many restaurants. We also went on a great hike up the hill right behind the house. The host was friendly and easy to reach. Thanks again!

Wonderful design - both interior and exterior! Felt stylish and luxurious. The apartment was spacious, light, clean and comfy. Well maintained. There was a small front yard with dedicated parking spots, a kitchen with all basics, and a coffee machine with provided capsules. The bathroom was nice, clean and beautiful. Everything there was in good shape and worked - shower, drainage, ventilator... There was a big smart TV with internet and TV channels. WiFi. Nice table with wooden chairs on the balcony. Talked with host only on the phone - she was kind and friendly. The keys were left in a safe at the door. Will visit again.

Exceptional apartment, very well maintained with an amazing view.

The apartment was exceptional. Better than any hotel I've been so far. We met the host - she was very helpful explaining about the city and different attractions. We were also very impressed with the apartment building quality and attention to detail.

The apartment is very comfortable and bright. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, coffee machine , electric kettle. It is very suitable for family vacation. The hostess is nice and ready to help. The check in is well organised and we received the needed information by mail. The location is good. If you like to walk in the forest, it is five minutes away. There are small family restaurants nearby. There are mineral swimming pools in a walking distance

It will be good if there are some board games in the place.

Fantastic stay

Everything was nice and cosy, it felt like home for me and my family for the past 5 days. The host is really nice and friendly and the environment is perfect for families and couples. The location is just in the tight spot from almost all good spa pools and attractions and in the same time in quiet zone where a person can rest. Thank you Irina, you really made a great guest house exceeding expectations in any way. We will definitely come back.

Very clean, spaceous, quiet, neutral & elegant, very easy communication with the host (a very possitive person with great hospitality attitude), very relaxing, near the local hiking trails Bathroom was really nice - very elegant. Bedmatress was of great quality. Highly recommendable
