Located in Omaha, this lovely condo for $74 per night is a great option for your next break. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with maximum privacy. It is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min. from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances. We wash all linens using the 'sanitize' setting. We have received reviews from over 450 guests with an average of 4.91 out of a 5 point scale with another rental company. We are considered "Super Hosts."

I had a wonderful time in Omaha. This location was great to get to everything I wanted to do. The kitchen was nicely stocked with coffee and any necessities I needed. Would definitely recommend staying.

Quiet area that's still an easy drive into town (watch out for the "no turn on red" signs that light up as the incoming direction gets the green arrow!). Perfect for the two of us. Todd and Katy had everything we needed (the shampoo and conditioner smelled wonderful) and were very responsive if we had any questions.

We wanted a place to call home base as we traveled in Nebraska and South Dakota. This apartment type space was perfect, felt like our home during the 2 plus weeks we were there. Todd and Katy were excellent hosts, when we had a question about something, were given answers quickly. Thank you so much for having us.

4 of us stayed here, adult and kids ages 15, 12, and 10. Place was clean and spacious. Nice recliner sofa and pull out couch sofa. Owners very easy to work with!

Clean, Comfortable Well-situated basement apartment in NW Omaha with gracious hosts. Space was exactly as advertised; well-stocked; bonus HUGE natural yard with large trees and wildlife. All conveniences nearby. Perfect for us, a mature couple, for a 5-day . Will stay again when visiting Omaha.

We are from Oklahoma with family in the north Omaha area. In the past we’ve stayed at a nearby hotel. This trip however I wanted to find something more homey. I made the perfect choice with this apartment! Perfect size for the 2 of us. Very comfortable furnishings with homey decor & amenities. We loved the location, not only for proximity to family but the quiet area with a beautiful big yard & patio. Hosts were very friendly & welcoming from start to finish. From now on EVERY time we come up to visit we will be staying here!

We absolutely love this home. Our first time staying at a home instead of a hotel. Everything about our stay was perfect. Convenient location to all the local attractions. Can't think of anything that we would change. Will definitely use them again if we are in the Omaha area.

This was my first time venturing outside of a hotel for traveling. I enjoyed how the property owners were committed to our comfort being met and how they had a kitchen stocked and laundry room stocked to meet our daily routine. The property was clean and we plan on this being our go to rental for all our trips to Omaha. Clean, comfortable, and a pleasant experience!

This place is very cozy and well furnished. The place is pretty big for a basement apartment. Huge shower, breakfast bar for which the hosts actually provide small boxes of cereal, packets of oatmeal and grits. For coffee drinkers, they have a keurig and they provide coffee. It is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. Washer and dryer come with this unit, and both work well. Private entrance, fully stocked kitchen. I cannot say enough positive things about this place.

We stayed with Todd and Katy while we toured the Omaha Zoo, Children's Museum and the Safari Adventure when we visited Omaha. This was a trip for our Great Granddaughters. We had an awesome time. The property was central located. It was clean. Katy and Todd had everything there that we needed. The owners were kind, helpful and gracious. We had a delightful time and we would visit again.
