One bedroom/one bath cottage with seasonal water view. Back yard is privacy fenced. Enjoy the woods, wildlife and water from the deck as you use the gas grill to cook up your favorite meal! Cottage is on a quiet street. King bed in bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa. Fire pit in the backyard with camp chairs and marshmallow sticks available! Short walk to the water. Jonathan Creek public boat ramp is 1.3 miles. Cottage is about 30 min from Paducah or Murray.

Great place to stay! Everything was clean and comfortable and great care had been taken to make sure that I had everything I needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything needed for cooking and convenience. There was even an air fryer for heaven’s sake. Camp chairs and roasting sticks were available for use at fire pit in the backyard. Very nice, highly recommend.

We rented the cottage along with the big house for a large family group and it was perfect! Having the second house for extra beds and the fridge was really great. The decor is so cozy and the cottage would be a great little getaway for just a couple or small family. The hosts were very easy to work with and the house is well stocked.

Location was fantastic. It was quiet but right off the main road. The decor was super cute. Beds were both comfortable. Even the pull out couch bed was comfy. Internet worked fantastic. We loved all the little extras that were provided or left behind by other guests. There were s’more sticks, lawn chairs, bug spray, laundry detergent, spices etc. We brought our own of some of those things, but it was nice that others were already there for the few we forgot. Washer and dryer worked great and we’re super handy. Price was fantastic, especially for over a holiday weekend. We would definitely try to stay here again for future trips.

Inside was very nice and clean. Very inviting and all the amenities you could ask for. The host thought of just about everything. The property is pretty far from most activities, ie, beach, lake etc. We had an issue with wasps on the porch which the host promptly attempted to remedy, however, wasps will be wasps and they were a nuisance. There is a nice little porch with a grill and a fire pit, we just couldn't use them do to the wasp activity. The interior was quite lovely, but the outside could use some updating, ie, some landscaping or flowers. All in all, a nice little cottage. Enjoyed our stay!

We found the property to be perfectly to our liking. It was clean, cozy, and well-stocked. Preparing meals was a breeze and basically all the necessary equipment was available. The grill worked great and was clean, and the deck offered a relaxing outdoor dining option. Many offerings for food/beverage/activity in the area, a short drive from the cottage. Would stay again and would recommend to couples or small groups.

My girlfriend and I were delighted with our stay and how clean it was! The kitchen had plenty of clean cookware that we took advantage of and the appliances worked very well! Also, the owners were very friendly! The cottage was very comfortable and fit all our needs- we would definitely come back!

House was clean and comfortable. It is a quiet neighborhood but no view of water. Location was good. Unfortunately the WiFi was poor and there is no Netflix, hulu or smart tv. There is a nice grill and fire pit. Enjoyed our visit to the area.

This little cottage is absolutely amazing! Not only the quietness of where it is but also how neat and clean it was. The owners were beyond wonderful, they messaged to check on us and see if we needed anything and also left us stuff for s’mores and even some country eggs. This little cottage was the perfect little getaway for us and I will be booking it next time we have a chance to get away again 😁

Great little place

Convenient location, a lot of stuff is close by. If you are looking for good BBQ or a fun specialty restaurant, look no further than Benton. Paducah is slightly more than 30 minutes away, depending on how fast you drive, and it worth the trip. There are several boat rental places nearby and a Dollar General down the road. The only minus about the place is the distance you need to move the kayaks to get to the lake, maybe 100 yards. They plan to put in a dock to solve that problem. Other than that, the place was clean, comfortable and modern, and they even supplied all of the ingredients for s’mores. I would recommend it to a friend.

Quaint, updated, clean spot for a weekend retreat to join friends at the lake! Lots of extras supplied for any cooking needs. View of the lake, deer munching nearby and quiet street made for a comfortable weekend! Just a short drive to put in the fishing boat for a few hours! We’ll be back!

We stayed here for our 9th anniversary getaway and it was absolutely perfect! The hosts were very kind and even left a special little note and a little something for us for our anniversary! Do not be intimidated by the outside pictures of this property because the inside was lovely! It was very well decorated and well supplied with everything we needed! We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back deck, grilling dinner and nighttime campfires. The privacy fence made it feel very secluded. We also enjoyed the kayaks that they have on site! You are able to drag them right down to the lake which is in a corner cove area. There we explored and fished and had a great time!
