We constantly update this home and have added many new features and photos. It includes a full 7 bedrooms w/ 7.5 baths, sleeping 22 at the price listed.
Cloudwalker on Lake Keowee is a luxury home where you can enjoy the beauty of the lake in modern style. This newly built, uniquely custom-designed house is built for light and expansive lake views with a one-of-a-kind modern architectural style. Sleep in cozy bedrooms with lofty ceilings, all with en-suite private bathrooms. Cook and dine in the huge great room with a fully equipped kitchen, separate beverage bar, dining table seating 12, kitchen bar seating 6. Afterward, relax on the couch in front of the 36' glass wall looking out on the lake or get closer to nature on the screened porch with fireplace or sit around the outside fire pit only feet from the water's edge where you have excellent views of the sunset over the water. Six bedrooms feature king beds, and a bunk room with 6 bunks and 2 mobile mattresses perfect for the kids and kids at heart alike. 2 of these king bedrooms are in the included "apartment" above the garage which also includes a separate kitchen and living area with pull out sofa as well as a large deck overlooking the lake. This is great for those who might like to go to bed earlier or stay up later than the rest of the family. Outside features ample parking, 3000SF of synthetic turf, and a putting green all surrounded by beautiful trees and the lake. You will also have access to a dock where you can dock your own (or a rental) boat during your visit.
Want to have a party, event, or small wedding (max 75) while staying with us, please ask for approval and additional cost/details beforehand. Hot Tub cleaning fee ($250) not included & only due if used as most of our guests don't use it. There is a great lake after all ;)

This is the 2nd yr our family of 17 has come to Lake Keowee. This was the families first stay here. My husband and I rented the house for our 9 grandkids and our 3 grown kids and their spouses. Unfortunately my husband and I got COVID and did not get to come - this is the families feedback - a beautiful home - a rec room with pingo pong table and lots of other toys ! All the bedrooms but 1 were just alike with a nice king bed . So no one felt slighted - The 5 boys loved the bunk room with 8 beds . The kitchen opened to the great room which had floor to ceiling windows looking out over the lake . There was a screened porch a putting green the boys loved and all the kids loved the dock and the floating pad - There was a table that fit all 15 for meals ! Nick our contact was very responsive ! I would highly recommend a stay here.

We had an amazing stay at this property! We had several families and the beautiful property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The property manager was wonderful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to return soon.

We rented this for my daughter’s wedding and we couldn’t have picked a better place! The house & yard is absolutely gorgeous and the house is completely stocked with everything you would need to cater to a large family staying there. Our family thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Communication was also a 10 and I really appreciated that!

Cloudwalker was incredible! It’s a beautiful home and property that was perfect for our staff retreat. I feel like they have thought of everything and Nick made communication a breeze. We loved the outdoor spaces. The lake is beautiful and the water was so clean and clear. The inside of the home is lovely, with plenty of common spaces. I could go on and on about how much we enjoyed our stay, but you really must find out for yourself. Several members of our team were making plans to book family gatherings before we left.

Our team LOVED our time at this property. We felt well prepared and communicated with on the front end. The hosts were accommodating and kind. The space was clean and well labeled. There are so many things to do that you won’t want to leave. Even with rainy days we had a blast.

We had a party of 20 staying at Cloudwalker to celebrate mine and my fiancee’s bachelor/bachelorette weekend and had an absolute blast at this property. All new amenities, appliances, lawn games, etc. were included in our stay and it blew all of us away. It truly was a great experience.
Additionally, Nick the property manager was super responsive to our messages when there was a minor HVAC issue and extended our checkout by an entire day essentially.
Amazing service and location. We would HEAVILY recommend this place if you’re on the fence.

We had a wonderful time at Cloudwalker! It was the perfect place to spend a weekend with friends. There’s space for people to be together or separate out, there are games and activities for folks, and a beautiful house and view. Nick is extremely communicative and so helpful! Everyone had a great time and wants to go back already!!

Luxury meets relaxation and entertainment!
It doesn’t get much better than CloudWalker when looking for a space on the lake for multiple families. Not only are the views outstanding, this home was built to accommodate large groups! All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and temperature control, plus an apartment with its own kitchen and bedrooms. The bunk room is perfect for the kids! The communal space has ample seating and has created multiple living spaces writhin one giant space for maximum comfort and lake views. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need. The outdoor space is the highlight. Surrounded by lake views, the owners have thought of everything to make this stay a 5-star experience. Plenty of outdoor seating, games, fire pit, hot tub, dock, kayaks, paddle board, putting green, etc. It made for an entertaining and fun stay for guests of all ages! We hope to return soon!

Had a fabulous weekend at Cloudwalker! What a really unique home that offers plenty of space for multiple families with teenagers space to spread out and enjoy not only the fabulous view but the great home. Our teens loved having their own hang out place in the apartment upstairs to watch movies and then enjoyed the many games in the garage to keep everyone entertained. Although it was a chilly Fall weekend, they still enjoyed using a paddleboard to get out onto the water a little. I can only imagine how much fun this home is during the summer with great lake access for swimming in shallow water, boating, paddling and just being outside on the large dock. We enjoyed s'mores by the outdoor fire pit on a chilly night and the indoor and screen porch fireplaces make for lots of cozy places for men to watch football and the ladies to chat outside. The 2 kitchens are generously stocked and are perfect for preparing meals for large groups. Most of the bedrooms, excluding the bunk room are the same size so there is not a larger Master. Although they are smaller, they have enough space to sleep well as most often you are going to be outside or enjoying the larger common areas of the home.
Nick was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond with any questions we had after checking in. We will definitely come back to Cloudwalker in the future. It's about at 20 min drive to Clemson so great location for anyone looking for a place to stay near the University.

This was the perfect property to host my teams Fall Offsite. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. There are so many different spaces to hang out as a group, and everyone also had their own space to unwind. Bring your own soap and shampoo!

This property was perfect for our Corporate Leadership Meeting. We had 7 overnight guests all had their own bedroom and bath. The main area was perfect for strategy sessions. We were able to use large post-it posters on the bank of windows to document our process mapping. We used the beautiful kitchen and dining area and prepared all meals. We wrapped it up with a fire in the fire pit outside. My team loved it and want me to book it again! Thanks Nick! What a great experience!

Beautiful house, great yard, amazing view of the lake! We had a lot of family staying together for a wedding and lots of kids. The house had something for everyone and more than enough space. We loved our time there and would definitely go back. The owner was very responsive and nice. Could have done without all the spider webs and motion sensors inside the house that were set off by talking.

We had a fantastic time at a fantastic property! We could not have asked for anything more and I will definitely recommend it to friends! Nick responded immediately to all my messages and even gave us a later checkout to accommodate some of our group’s late flight times. We will be back!

So well appointed and extremely well designed. Had an absolute blast with various age ranges, from toddlers to grandparents. The flat lot lent itself for everyone to feel part of the action. Cannot say enough great things about the property. Beautiful in every way.

Communication with management was timely and he quickly resolved any issues we encountered. Tons of accessories included with the house, more than we've experienced at any other rental. This property is incredible, the owner has thought of everything and more. It is a perfect layout for our large family to hang out, play and enjoy our vacation. He has literally thought of everything his guests might need or want to do. Quite possibly the best VRBO experience we have ever had. The owner was so responsive ahead of time and during our stay. You will not be disappointed! Thanks for making our annual family vacation a great one, on behalf of all 21 of us!!!

We had a fantastic time at Cloudwalker. We were blown away by the numerous amenities, quality furnishings and kitchenwares, and beautiful view. The kitchen is well stocked and made entertaining easy. The house is beautiful! The views from the common area where most time spent were spectacular! A great house to stay with extended family! Plenty of room in the common space but then also room if wanted some down time! We had a small issue owner was easily to get in touch with and fixed the issue quickly! Would definitely rent again

Our party of 8 (ages 82 - 12) stayed at Cloudwalker over spring break 2023.
The house was one word - Fantastic. The location was great - fantastic views (and quick and easy access) to Lake Keowee.
The large main living space was a great place for the family to gather and spend time together
The kitchen was well stocked - with everything you need to cook an amazing family meal.
The game room area - ping pong, putting green, other fun activities was a big hit with everyone.
The dock - we spent a lot of time on the water. The kids enjoyed the use of the kayak and paddleboard. We rented a jet ski and easily moored it to the dock.
The Firepit - one of the highlights of the trip was a family Smore's night by the firepit - views of the water and night sky, comfortable chairs for everyone.
The property host, Nick, did a really nice job in the check-in and check-out process - and quickly responded to any questions we had.
There is so much more to say, but let finish by saying this was a fantastic house - that has all the good things you see in the listing are 100% true.

This house is built like a fortress and is comfortable and perfect for our size family (10 adults/seven kids). The large living area is great for gathering, especially roomy for kids to have room to move around. The outdoor play area and fire pit were great for adults and kids. We'll be back!
