Perfectly located south of 30A his home features incredible decks on every level front and back to take in the views of the Gulf of Mexico and mesmerizing sunsets. The first level offers 2 bedrooms and a full bath that opens to outdoor shower and the large inground private pool. The second level features the main living area with open floor plan including the living room, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom, a full bath and laundry. Third level has 2 king masters with full baths. Both have access to front and back balconies.
The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a large rear deck that overlooks the pool and is perfect for outdoor entertaining. Seaclusion faces the beach and is just a short stroll to the Gulfview Heights Beach Access. Centrally located to the best dining, unique boutique shopping, bike paths and some of the most challenging golf courses the gulf coast has to offer. We had a really wonderful family vacation at Seaclusion. The location in Santa Rosa Beach was so perfect, we were right next to amazing food and fun bike and standup paddle rentals. The proximity to the beach was just right and an easy walk. The house had so many fun toys for playing in the pool and digging in the sand (kids had a blast) with very comfortable beach chairs (adults could enjoy and relax). We had everything we needed for a wonderful week! Thank you Daniel for your attentive help when we needed you!

My husband and I booked this property for a long weekend in October with our adult children, spouses, and 5 month old daughter. We were thrilled that it is dog friendly and we could bring our two Labrador retrievers. The house has a lovely, partially shaded pool, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach gear (plus a beach wagon to cart it all there). If you want to cook (we did) the kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you might need to prepare your meals, and even has a second refrigerator on the deck over the pool, near the grill. The family room area has sufficient room and seating for the entire family (we were 6 adults plus an infant). House is close enough to the beach that walking there every day with the beach wagon was a breeze. And it’s located just off 30a within walking distance of great restaurants and, conveniently, across the street from Goatfeathers. Beds were comfortable, maintenance/information rep was available to help and answered text questions promptly. Super well maintained rental place that we would rent again in a heartbeat. We had a great time, courtesy of this terrific property!!

Another Labor Day weekend vacation in the books at Seaclusion 30A!! YESSSSSS, you read it correctly!! This is our second time with this rental and everyone enjoyed it again!! It is very clean and has everything you need from kitchen necessities, beach equipment, a golf cart, pool toys, and most of all plenty of space. It is nice there were updates to furniture/appliances. The family loves the location being the beach is walking distance and restaurants/grocery store isn’t far. The beach water/weather was affected by the storms, however that didn’t stop the fun. The backyard/pool kept us entertained! Another plus, the maintenance guy Daniel is the BEST!! He communicated/responded whenever I needed assistance.
I’m so thankful we found this gem!! Everyone left refreshed and wanting to come back in the future. Thank you for providing a wonderful beach home for large families away from home!!

Our only complaint was the noise factor (not all the time - just sometimes) from the commercial business near the beach house. Otherwise, we had a lovely week with family. Fishing, paddle boarding, pool time, beach time, good nearby restaurants - so much to do and a golf cart to get there. Fun time.

We came down as a 4 families. 8 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of space for us all. The easy access to the beach and golf cart were an added bonus! You are right behind an ice cream/sandwich shop. And Goatfeathers offers all the fresh seafood. We enjoyed so much steamed shrimp! We had other family members staying across the street so that was so nice to be so close to them. The one bed located on the main floor in the single bunk room was extremely uncomfortable. Suggest replacing the mattress if possible. Everything else was Great! We will definitely consider this home for any future stays in the area.

Absolutely cannot rave enough about the property management team. They were so accommodating and can’t thank them enough. The house and amenities are PERFECT! We had 15 girls stay and we had so much room. 1 min walk to beach. And the golf cart was extremely useful. Will hopefully be back!

Was so glad to get the home for a second year! Was surprise how well maintained the home was and how many upgrades were done to the home (updated bathroom and new furniture). Location, Location, Location
This home is as good as it gets when it comes to being in the perfect spot. Close to the beach, a very short walk (or shorter golf cart ride) to beach access, and very near shopping and restaurants. The yard is great for kids to run and play, the pool gets plenty sun and then great later afternoon shade. The house has room for everyone and due to the three levels is quiet at night for restful sleep. The balconies were great for viewing and relaxing. Our family had a great week here! The dining room table for 10 was perfect for many nights of cards, crafts, and a wonderful game of Ocean Bingo we found at Seaside that all 10 of us played several nights! Memories for all of us ages 3-1/2 to 83! Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Beautiful property with just steps to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. We had a party of 12 and plenty of room for everyone. Close to restaurants and shopping. Outside of property needs a little TLC but overall a great place to stay. The golf cart was a bonus!

I will say, while it could have slept more people, I'm not sure the living/dining/kitchen area would have been comfortable with anymore adults than that. Beautiful house and property. Santa Rosa Gem Location
We were so delighted to find a big home in such a peaceful location, close to the beach and with a heated pool and golf cart! We had needs for age 18m to 85 years, it served everyone so well. I really wanted to give a 5 star because we had such a lovely visit and will come again, but it needs a few areas refreshed and cleaned up or replaced and thus worth noting for a family who is looking and may get uptight on these details and thus deserves a heads up . This won't keep us from visiting again and I recommend this to big busy families who will love the location and spacious rooms, great dining space for many eaters and added amenities. The property is in an excellent location and so close to the beach. There were a few minor maintenance issues that were handled extremely quickly. Property management was top notch! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking all our meals. The pool area and all the beach and pool amenities were fantastic as well as the golf cart. We would definitely stay here again.

Best Thanksgiving Ever!
Had a week with our entire family of 10 which included 5 grandchildren ages 17-22. The house was perfect. Bunk room for the girls and bunk room for the boys. Plenty of space for everyone. The golf cart was a bonus and fun. The best part was walking distance to everything and our favorite restaurant Goatfeathers was across the street. Kitchen well stocked and beds super comfortable. The kids loved the heated pool as gulf water was chilly, temperatures Thanksgiving week were warm days and cool nights. Would definitely rent again. Management very responsive to very few problems. Great location with everything you need
We had a great time even though it rained 2 of our 5 days. The good: beds were comfy, kitchen had everything you could possibly need, bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels, air conditioner and ceiling fans cooled the house nicely. Pool area was nice and someone came to clean it while we were there. The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs and we really appreciate that we were able to bring them along. We had a couple minor issues when we first arrived but they were addressed immediately, even though it was kind of late in the evening.. Just 3 short blocks to the beach! Having the golf cart was wonderful for getting around to nearby restaurants and ice cream shops :). The not so good: lots of mold around, which may be normal for a beach house? (Windows, shower curtains, outdoor beach chairs and umbrella) We never found any instructions for operating the TV in the living room. Two different controllers for the TV, and even though hubby is good with technology, took him awhile to figure out. The kitchen cabinets must have been painted by a teenager -- the paint is sticky and gross, like paint was slapped right over the dirt. Definitely need to be redone. The outside furniture is pretty corroded and ugly looking, and all the beach chairs, floats and umbrella were rusty and kinda nasty. Railings and doors are rusty and need painting. BUT -- to us, those things are not as important as the things listed above that they got right. We would definitely stay there again, but recommend that they do some home maintenance. The other thing that would be nice to do is provide a notebook that guests could write in and leave recommendations on restaurants, best beaches and things to do for future renters. So, it's a great place if you're not super picky about aesthetics!

Labor Day Weekend
The Seaclusion home was everything!! The area/property was accurately described. A short walk to the beach, well stocked home, and golf cart included with rental. Honestly, all you need to do is book the rental without hesitation! Our vacation over Labor Day weekend consisted of 8 adults and 3 children (ages 3 to 8). The property manager/maintenance was very responsive: Thank you Ellen and Christina, you made our stay feel just like home! We will definitely stay again in the future!!

Loved our stay there! Property management was real easy to communicate with and the house had everything described plus more! The house had extra beach chairs, umbrella and toys as well as a margaritaville machine for cocktails. The back yard was amazing with its fenced in pool an addition to a fenced in lawn. This made bringing our dog so easy. Planning on staying here again!

This property needs quite a bit of TLC and some minor repairs. The location is awesome however the needs of the house overshadow the location. General maintenance and cleanliness are the big issues along with safety concerns. Sadly, we left this vacation wanting more from the house. Beach is absolutely stunning.

Great Vacation
Great house and definitely as advertised. The location to the beach and dining, etc. were perfect for our group. The included golf cart is a wonderful perk that is a must for Santa Rosa. The property manager was in communication leading up to and throughout the stay. Very prompt, professional and receptive. For our first trip to Santa Rosa we could not have been more pleased with everything. The state parks nearby are beautiful and we really enjoyed exploring them when we weren’t soaking up the sun at the beach or the pool. Well done Seaclusion.

Family Vacation
This home was absolutely perfect to bring the family together. Plenty of space for my parents, two siblings and their partners, and my husband and I with our twin 4 year old daughters. The home was exactly as described in the posting and in immaculate condition. The location was also perfect. Beach and restaurants within walking distance and several more dining and shopping options just a short golf cart ride away. The girls really enjoyed the pool and ice cream shop located directly behind the home also offering hot dogs, breakfast and speciality coffee. The property manager was also great to work with. Highly recommend this property.

Had a fun week! We traveled with our 4 year old and 6 month old grand babies. The pool was a hit! Golf cart was fun to have to/from the beach and to dinners. Only negative, and it has nothing to do with Seaclusion, is the beach is public and super narrow. Had to get down to the beach by 730 am to get a good spot for our beach rentals. Management is SUPER responsive when you need them. We didn’t have any issues, but they were great to check in with us.

Seaclusion house
Very good rental process and follow-up as dates for payment was required. House was as promised & great location close to the beach. The gold cart provided is a huge benefit as parking is very limited in most areas of 30-A. Perfect set up for 2 families with older kids. Two sets of stairs and masters on 3rd floor. Loved the pool and large yard of the pet friendly property.

Nice location with a great small pool
A nice three-story property with a peek of the Gulf from the third floor. Great, well stocked kitchen! Minor issues with some items left from previous tenants around the pool area, but that could have been from storms that came through during check out / check in. Third floor tub had an issue, but the maintenance person was very quick and responsive. Overall a good experience!

Spring Break
The property worked well in regards to location. Close to beach. It was nice to have heated pool since weather was not great everyday. The property backs up to a ice cream food stand so it did get a little noisy. It was great having a golf cart that we could take out to dinner. The area is nice and quiet compared to the other locations along Highway 30A. Everyone was very easy to work with in getting it setup and any issues we had.
