I write this evaluation after much consideration. We have used VRBO for years and have a 5 star rating. I feel it is important to be honest and to give an accurate evaluation. The Good: Location of the complex and unit in the complex is great. Beds are comfortable and linens adequate. Bathrooms are nicely updated. The Bad: Carpets are filthy even after being cleaned….need to be replaced. Kitchen supplies minimal and pans need replacing. Pillows need replacing or bring your own. Living room furniture sagging and uncomfortable. Window screens with large holes. Outdoor cushions need replacing. The Worst: Dirty-the floors around refrigerator/washer/dryer, under furniture. Cabinets sticky with food, and food scraps. This is the first place that I went immediately to store to buy Clorox wipes and floor cleaner. Management did send a carpet cleaner the next morning..carpets are still stained with dirt, but at least we knew they were clean. This property needs a thorough cleaning and some love and attention. It is my opinion that property has not been visited by the owners or upper property management recently.

Where to begin?1st of all the guy wouldn't give me the address 24 hrs in advance, so he gave my husband the wrong address after he drove 3 days to the state. He gave him an address in the middle of a parking lot 5 miles from saud rental. He had to call the guy and couldn't reach him. This is exactly what I DID NOT want to happen when my husband arrived, as I was flying in from Florida. Owner finally got back to him and gave the right address. The place wasn't clean, it's next by a busy road. There is no cooking going to happen kitchen needs to be totally restocked. The 20 yr old mr coffee pot went out. The toaster didn't work correctly, there wasn't a can opener; so I couldn't open a can. I don't believe anything's been replaced here for 30 years. The toilet paper holder was broke off when we arrived and the dust from the sheet rock was still on the floor. The towel bar broke off while I was there . I tried to vacuum the floors after being there for a week and the vacuum didn't work.There was plastic fruit in a bowl when we arrived.... hello 1976!!! The bedding was old and frayed and the pillows!!!!!!! Thousands of renters have used them ..where is covid clean measures??? Then I pulled off the mattress pad to wash the sheets after a week , I got sick. The mattress is rotten. There was either a birth or a murder!! It had literally eaten away at the top layer of the mattress in a 2ft by 2ft square. I contacted the owner to come and remove that mattress immediately and replace it!!!! They ignored me. They never inquired how we were, never asked a single question of us the entire month we were there. We moved to the extra bedroom after that and we left every single day and we ate out every day after that ...we just couldn't even be in the place. Why do the renters have no rights. $$$$$ for this dump. What about covid cleanliness???? where is the cleaning for covid ???Oh my God everything was old and dirty. Bad washer and dryer. No ice maker!! The 20 year old pillows The carpets are filthy dirty and need cleaning. Broken windows and crappy warped blinds and ripped screens. My God I could go on! Just stay away stay far far away don't waste your $ and stay at nice resort for same price. Once again renters have no rights we just get what they give us and tough, we are supposed to take it. I'm getting so sick of being ripped off by VRBO. Never again. After 12 years service is gone
