It was okay, in my opinion a little over priced for the service you get.

Decor and location

One pool for families to enjoy. Pool staff not enough for amount of people. They need more pools for the amount of people in the hotel.

Beautiful resort close to Camelback Mountain

Amazing resort, great location close to Camelback Mountain & city landmarks, great pools heated in the winter, great comfort in the rooms.

Fell short

Very pretty location well maintained property.Food and drinks good.

Ice makers broken all around room not one but 3. Had to ask to have them light fire pits. Had to ask to have room cleaned.

A great getaway! Yummy Mexican taqueria on property.

Beautiful property and location. Staff was wonderful all around; helpful and friendly.

I would love to come back when the weather is cooler to enjoy the rest of the property.

Omni is Our New Favorite Getaway!

Beautiful surroundings. Great food. Front desk very helpful. Our room was clean and beautiful. We were on the second our and although it was near the pool, it was very nice. Beautiful terrace with xeiling fan, chaise and two chairs. Room was large. Hannah was a great server at the adult pool.

The Oasis pool needed a good cleaning. I did report it to the front desk.

Great ambiance and wonderful staff but some improvements needed to take it to a 5 star.

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff were excellent; friendly and helpful.

The Parado restaurant could have had a more varied menu and the food seemed overpriced. Also, the patio furniture in some of the villas need replacing.

amazing day. More attention to maintenance in the rooms, such as bed posts that rock against the wall and water faucets

amazing property with multiple amenities, including an incredible spa and spa pool. Also an 18 and older pool.

Felt like one was constantly challenged to give up their daily housekeeping service for a donated meal of the resorts choice for them to receive credit in some unknown destinations. Felt a lot like a fast food restaurant asking for a donation after ordering a meal.

The pool and service at the pool was great. The food in the restaurants was excellent. The property is very aesthetically pleasing.

Exceptional

We got upgraded to presidential villa - what more can you ask for? It was divine!!! Private pool and hot tub, 2 rooms 3 bathrooms. Royal treatment!!!

location was good, reception and bar staff helpful and friendly. close to camel back for hikes

there are better places to stay for the same or less cost. Seemed short staffed, charged for overnight parking when we didn’t have a car which we had to point out, empty mini fridge, unfinished or poorly finished decor, had to ask for water and coffee repeatedly as well as cups to drink it from despite the fact that due to hot weather the cold water tap still ran warm, the pool music at the adult pool was like we were in a night club even at lunch time. Expensive menu $5:00 for two slices of toast for breakfast and $8:00 for a medium sized bottle of water from the shop when we had to get it for our room coffees.

Relaxing and enjoyable

Layout of the property was great, with pool centered among the courtyard and lunch/cafe places. Loved the music & lights to add special effects to an already beautiful scene.

Beautiful resort that exceeded all expectations!

Everyone was so friendly. We loved the crew at Oasis Pool - JossLynn, Danae, Victor, Kyle, and all the gang! Spa facilities were superb! I loved my deep tissue massage. Spa amenities were very nice. Loved the cold plunge! I liked that the hotel communicates via text. Grounds are beautiful and very well maintained.

I wasn’t crazy about the room service. I didn’t care for the disposable paper cartons.

Lovely setting, hotel well laid out. Very relaxing and excellent service.

More water in the room would have been nice as it was so hot.
