It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced Watercolor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Included Guest Amenities passes also give you access to all of Watercolor's Pool and amenities including Camp Watercolor (just steps away) which has Three pools including a beach entry and Lazy River with waterslide, Bar and Grill. Our children love to take the Gem Car shuttle or ride bikes 5 minutes to "The Candybar" candy and ice-cream shop in downtown watercolor... Wine and Tapas bar nearby is excellent!

You'll be welcomed by it's spacious front porch, a perfect place to retreat from the afternoon sun or enjoy your morning coffee. Natural hardwood floors and beautiful granite countertops, the interior of the home will exceed your expectations with it's open, airy layout, well-appointed kitchen, spacious dining area and spa-like bedrooms. The wonderful open floor plan allows plenty of space for guests and entertaining.
The Main Bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor and opens up to a private screened porch with a private full bathroom.
Watercolor has much to offer including multiple community pools, the Boathouse with Kayak, SUP and Canoe Rentals, parks, biking and nature trails, tennis and basketball courts. Explore all the local shopping and dining as well!

This is an amazing property that was perfect for a weekend away. Our group stayed here for a girl's getaway; the house was perfect. The location was amazing as we were literally steps away from Camp Watercolor and a quick golf cart ride to the Beach Club and local shops and dining. The owners quickly communicated with us regarding any questions during our stay. I would highly recommend this property and will be back in the future!

Home away from home! Location is superb especially with children along. 200 feet from playground and pools. Amenities are top notch. Beds are dreamy! Full unrestricted access to the entire Watercolor Beach and Beach Club. Everything one needs in a home is available. So well stocked and organized above and beyond - from kitchen to laundry to beach toys. The friendliest neighbors and staff. Super clean. Morning walks on the trails were delightful. Abundant wildlife - even deer! How beautiful to see God's creation in living color. Take advantage of The Citizen and the pizza at The Wine Bar Restaurant. Great communication with and from the owners. If you're looking for quiet, this is it. Highly recommend. So grateful for the gift of having our children and grandchildren along! We'll be back!

This was our third time to stay in this lovely home. It features an open floor plan with plenty of seating for everyone and is filled with natural light. The bedroom layout is perfect for our family and my granddaughter loved her little nook with the toddler bed. The location is perfect, just steps away from the playground and Camp Watercolor, plus it is an easy bike ride to the beach and the Watercolor Inn. I would highly recommend it to anyone. I'm thinking it would be a great getaway for a girls trip! Might have to try that next!

This was a well-kept home within eyesight of Camp Watercolor, which has awesome pools and slides. We used the free golf-cart shuttle service to get to the beach, which was quick and easy every time. Highly recommend the area, this house, and the owners were very communicative. They gave us ideas of things to do, texted with us if we had any questions, and they were very accommodating.

The location of this house is great! Easy to get to several pools and about a five minute bike ride to the beach! The owner of the house was super responsive and would answer my questions within minutes! We stayed here with two other families and we had ample room.

We love Watercolor, and this is an absolutely perfect location close to Camp Watercolor pool, as well as easy access to the front of the development and in and out.
The property manager was wonderful to work with, incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions that arose.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything in the house is as pictured. The master bed was super comfy and all of the linens were luxurious! My favorite spot though was the swing on the front porch. Perfect location for family with kids, walking distance to the playground and CampWatercolor. The absence of golf cart was not a big issue; we drove to beach by 9:30am and had ample street parking near the beach club to choose from. Would definitely come back again

I highly recommend this home. This is the second time we stayed there and it was great. We love the location, close to the park and Camp Watercolor for my grandchild, plus it is an easy bike/golf cart ride to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay in Watercolor. Home is walking distance to Camp Watercolor, which is great for kids! We enjoyed drinking our coffee on in the mornings and playing cards on the porch in the evenings. All the beds were comfortable and the home had all we needed for the week. You will need bikes or a golf cart to easily reach the beach and beach club. We will be back!

The home was great and we loved the location close to the park and Camp Watercolor. We had a 2 year old with us and it was easy to walk to the park in the mornings and end our day at the children's pool after a day at the beach. The house was perfect with it's open floor plan, large front porch with plenty of seating and 2 bedrooms up and 2 bedrooms down. We also enjoyed the updated kitche and baths. I would stay there again.
