This home is professional managed by Beach Habitats 30A. Your rental comes with 4 complimentary bicycles and a six seater golf cart. This home provided the backdrop to our best family vacation to date. While the weather on 30A is unpredictable and it was either raining or high winds for most of the week, having this comfortable home to gather in and make memories helped us make the best of limited beach time. Features we loved were: 3 bedrooms with balconies/couch swings, covered wrap around back porch where early risers could gather, well equipped kitchen, proximity to Camp Watercolor pool, main living space had plenty of seating, grill under porch cover, and back yard view of pond/green space. We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed for a week with two families of 4, 8 people total. This was our favorite Seaside rental to date. The property was spacious, clean and the management was very responsive. We had only 2 issues, the golf cart wasn't working properly and they promptly swapped it out for a different one. The propane went out on the fireplace and that was also immediately swapped out for a new one. The location couldn't be better. We loved the house and would look forward to staying again. We did notice it is currently on the market, so who knows if it will continue to be a rental in the future. If it is, we would definitely return.

This home was for our annual family Thanksgiving trip. Being located close to the fields and Camp Watercolor was ideal for the kids. Use of the bikes and gold cart made getting around a breeze. The home was clean and well appointed, the management company was friendly and responsive. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay it was in a great area and the golf cart access made it easy to get anywhere quickly. The outdoor kitchen and fire lit area were out to use frequently and gave our family a great space to spend time in the morning fir coffee and evenings for dinner.

The location is great and the home is beautiful, however, cleanliness and general maintenance of the home is seriously lacking. Our first impression of the house was that it was a very beautiful home but after a couple of hours, we began to realize it wasn’t as clean as we expected. The furniture fabric in the dining room and the living room was stained and looked unclean. All of the outside/patio and balcony cushions were in need of a serious cleaning. It’s the little things, like the master bathroom mirrors were spotted and not properly cleaned, the roman shades and curtains throughout the house were in disrepair, the oven has seen better days and in our opinion needs replacing. We couldn’t even read the oven temperature settings due to the age of the oven. The master bed was squeaky and most likely just needs to be replaced, not to mention the dust under the beds. Without pointing out every unfortunate issue, I’ll just say the owners would do well to have a major renovation of the property. Considering the rate of rental, our family expected a higher quality of home. We have stayed in Watercolor many times before and have never had any complaints. We hope this review will help to return the property to the high Watercolor standards.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home for 7 nights last week. The home was in perfect shape and so spacious. I had a few questions during our stay and the management team was quick to answer them and work quickly on any issues. This week was so relaxing and we would 100% stay here again. My only request would be to have a griddle to cook our pancakes on next time:)

The house had all of the amenities we could have asked for and was in the perfect location for the kids with Watercolor's field in the backyard and Camp Watercolor walking distance from the house. We had a wonderful time and this house was perfect for our large group of adults and teens. It’s a great location right behind Camp Watercolor and It has a beautiful back patio overlooking a pond with a fire pit. The house had all of the amenities we needed from a golf cart to bikes to beach toys. The kitchen was very well stocked and the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and roomy.

The house had a nice outdoor deck, a great bunk room for 4, and wonderful location backing up to the pond by Camp Watercolor. The kitchen was a bit light on silverware (esp spoons) and coffee cups. There were some drawbacks like a wifi that only worked in a small portion of the house, a refrigerator that made a loud repetitive noise, and a master bed that was very squeaky and so soft that we relocated to the downstairs queen bedroom. Management tried to fix the wifi, but wasn't able to strengthen it. Based on the router names, there appeared to be an owner's wifi account with a strong signal that we were not able to access. So if you need wifi, this might not be the home for you. Management knew about the refrigerator but was unable to get the part. It was so loud that it drove people to bed early! We didn't even mentioned the master bed situation because I didn't want to bother them anymore. We had a great stay at Watercolor despite these issues. The management company was responsive despite not being able to solve the issues.

This was our first trip to the 30A area and Watercolor was a perfect fit! The house was super cute. Our only complaint was that it could’ve been cleaned better, but from what I’ve seen in 30A social media groups, thorough cleaners are hard to find. It by no means made for a bad experience! We had a blast! Having the golf cart, bikes, and access/bracelets to the beach club and other Watercolor amenities included with the house made everything so convenient. We loved the location of the house and the fishing pond area in the back. We are already planning our trip for next summer!

Perfect Location!
We really enjoyed our stay at this house and would stay again. We are a family of 5 - kids aged 9, 7, and 4. This house was large enough to accommodate us all and the perfect distance to walk to Camp Watercolor, where my kids spent most of each day. It was also a short walk to a little pier - where my kids enjoyed watching turtles and fish swim in the pond.
The golf cart is a nice bonus - we enjoyed using it for trips to the grocery store and to go to the beach.

This was on a holiday weekend so it’s understandable but it sure would be easy to put another propane tank in the storage area on the side of the house so that no renter ever runs out. It is one of the most enjoyable times at night during the winter months and we were unable to use the fire pit during our stay. I would suggest having two propane tanks at all times as I’m sure it isn’t checked between rentals. Otherwise we had a great stay and will rent again! Great house and property management was readily available via text.

Delightful location for group of family members ages 9-71. Celebrated our 50 th wedding anniversary with our 2 children and their 4 children. This location is close to everything Water Color has to offer. The Management company was responsive to our every need.

Both have nice porches off each room and nice size bathrooms. The bunk room is great! Kitchen is limited on supplies, not enough plates and cups. And a big disappointment, the large porch table that shows on the website is MIA. We had no where to sit and eat outdoors which was a huge bummer. There was no where to set up an office space. I sat at the dinning room table. I know not everyone works on vacation but for those that do…. I will definitely look for this next time. Amenities: Ugh therefore we will not stay there again. Camp Watercolor, great for kids, good luck with finding a chair for parents. And if your kids are little and need monitoring in the water it is even harder. There were days people sat on the cement for hours waiting for a chair to open up. It is unfortunate that the neighborhood has outgrown the amenities. (This could just be an issue 2-3xs a year but when you are spending $$$$$ on a trip, you do not want to sit on the cement). Also, you are not allowed to bring in food or drinks into the pools. They do have food and a bar, one popsicle for kid is at the steep price of $8! Drinks are $10+, and it adds up fast. Pros: Rental Service: The rental service, 30a Habitats, hands down the best service we have experienced! Watercolor: The neighborhood is inviting and very southern (not beachy). House: Bikes were great, golf cart was a bit old but it ran and is a MUST to have. House is spacious and comfortable. This is a mixed review, but at the end of the day we will not go back due to the amount of people and lack of chairs at all the pools. It really was disappointing to have to tell your kids we need to leave because there is no where for Mom and Dad to sit. But if that is your cup of tea, go for it. You will enjoy the area!

Beautiful home with space for everyone!
Let’s start by saying that this home was so beautiful! I have been coming to 30A for 35 years and this was our first stay in Watercolor. It was a great location...beautiful and peaceful and with the golf cart easy to move around and only a short walk to Seaside. House was clean, beads were extremely comfortable and outdoor and living spaces were perfect for our group. Will be back!

Gorgeous home with room to spread out, entertain and relax! We loved using the golf cart for beach days. Parking was easy in the new garage beachside. The home offered cooking indoors and outdoors. Enjoyed the fire pit and rocking adirondacks overlooking the lake and grass area. Great location near Camp Watercolor for use of the pools and playgrounds. Everything was clean comfortable. Would rent again!!
