Fully remodeled 2 story, first floor villa with private courtyard located in Hilton Head Beach Club. Reserved parking 10’ from your front door makes unloading a breeze. This quiet, private villa is located just one block from the beach, Coligny Plaza and Hilton Heads new Lowcountry Celebration Park. This remodel includes 'driftwood' flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinets, granite counters and all new appliances (full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric range/stove, toaster and coffee maker). You will also find a first washer/dryer for your convenience. There is new furniture throughout with smart TVs and Wi-Fi for your enjoyment. The spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed, private attached bath and your own balcony overlooking the courtyard. The guest bedroom has twin bunk bed with a separate queen bed to comfortably sleep 4. Enjoy the on-site pool or beach just 5 minutes away. Tennis, biking, shopping and dinning at Coligny Plaza all within a few minutes of the villa. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

My lifelong friend and I went to celebrate 50 years of friendship and had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and spacious. The walk to the beach was a little farther than we expected, but I think that's typical in Hilton Head, there's just very little beach access for most of the properties. I want to return and take my family! Thank you for a great experience.

What a great time on Hilton Head! My husband and I, along with our daughter and son-in-law totally enjoyed our time away to celebrate anniversaries. We enjoyed Savannah, the whole island of Hilton Head and also Tybee Island. We ate at several of the restaurants recommended and thoroughly enjoyed the public beach area. Highly recommend the condo, the pictures were exactly as we found the condo to be. There was a local kitty that napped in the patio area every afternoon. Thanks again for a great place to rent while on the island!

Excellent location Love walking to the beach and all the many restaurants in Coligny park. Whatever issues occurred with the Villa were resolved quickly with the owners. Very well stocked with all you need to stay in this facility. I would definitely return again

I say that in my title because friends who travelled with us stayed at a different residence which had bed bugs. This place was clean and neat, no insect issues, not even a lizard. Well stocked with necessary items; once I read the owners email (my fault not theirs), finding and gaining entrance was as a smooth process. Owners were helpful and cordial, it was a great comfortable stay which made a for cozy Thanksgiving Day in Hilton Head. My applause and thanks to the owners. Thank you very much.

Our stay was flawless. The condo was perfect. Clean. Beds and furniture were comfortable and easy beach access about 5 minutes away - walking to the beach path or the public access. Close to shopping and good restaurants. Only suggestion I would offer is to either bring or rent a beach cart! Highly recommend staying here!

This is a great place for a small family to stay that is only two blocks from the beach. Very nicely decorated (we loved the whale theme) and and furnished and stocked with started supplies of coffee, coffee filters, trash bags, hand soap in bathrooms, etc. Modern appliances; granite countertops in kitchen. Plenty of closet and drawers storage space. Outdoor patio furniture. Excellent Wifi. Lacking for nothing. Owner kept in touch and was ready to answer questions; had a notebook full of maps, local attractions, and eating suggestions. Easy check-out: empty the trash and turn on the dishwasher!

Our hosts were very organized and everything we needed was well thought out and provided. The location is great with a very short walk to Coligny Plaza and beach. We were very happy with the quick and efficient check in process. I highly recommend this villa for a couple or a family. The only negative which isn't the Villa's fault is that the complex's pool has a closing time of 8pm which is a little early. Thanks again to our hosts and we look forward to renting from you again Craig, Ontario Canada

The hospitality from J & C was off the charts. The property is spacious yet cozy. A quick walk to Coligony, or even shorter drive. The public parking is first come first serve. So hit the beach early. We highly recommend FISH (the restaurant in Coligony) best HHI trip yeti and I’ve been going for 34 years!

Joel and Connie’s rental was perfect for our beach getaway. The pictures on their listing do not disappoint. The rental was clean and just as the listing shows. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions and made check in and out easy. This location is perfect for walks, biking, the beach and shopping. The pool was also very nice!
