We welcome guests from all over the world to have a one of a kind experience. Relax and leave all your worries behind in this spacious, tastefully decorated, and fully furnished two bedroom, two bathroom non-smoking condo.

Enjoy breakfast on the South facing, glass-lined balcony overlooking the city and Florida’s famous Intracoastal Waterway. The apartment is surrounded by beautiful palm trees, and only a few steps away from Hollywood Beach.

The Tides at Hollywood Beach has been fully renovated, featuring two swimming pools with extensive sun decks, beautifully landscaped grounds, two 24-hour state of the art fitness centers, a stylish ultra-contemporary lobby, concierge services, valet parking, attended front desks, and 24-hour security and access control.

CLEANING STANDARDS
We are committed to protecting our guests by providing them with a safe and healthy home away from home.  In common areas, employees are working under CDC guidelines to clean and disinfect community facilities. In private areas, we have taken additional measures to ensure a clean and hygienic living space. We use hospital grade disinfectants on frequently touched surfaces including door handles, light switches, and TV remotes.

MASTER BEDROOM
Spacious bedroom with king-sized bed, comfortable memory foam mattress, 100% cotton linens, and a large, South facing window with blackout blinds.  Walk-in closet. 44" LED

MASTER BATHROOM
Quintessential walk-in spa-shower equipped with a rain shower head, message jets and hand held shower handle, complete with modern finishes.  Hand towels, bath towels, hairdryer, and hair straightener included.

SECOND BEDROOM
Spacious bedroom with two queen-sized beds, comfortable memory foam mattresses, 100% cotton linens, and a large, South facing window with blackout blinds. 32" LED TV.

SECOND BATHROOM
Full bathroom with modern finishes. Hand towels and bath towels included.

KITCHEN
Modern kitchen with new cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped with flatware and all necessary appliances. Eat-in counter with seating for two.

LIVING ROOM
Equipped with a high-end sofa and chaise, lined with decorative pillows. Sliding, glass doors lead to large balcony with daily breathtaking sunset views. Complimentary high-speed WiFi. 57” SmartTV equipped with Cable TV and Netflix.

COMMUNITY LAUNDRY ROOM & TRASH ROOM
Community laundry room available on each floor of the building - located directly next to the service elevator. Each laundry room has two professional grade washers and dryers that work with a chip card.

Linens, towels, kitchenware, and security safe are included. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, are cooler provided. Guests may also rent chairs and umbrellas from Esteban's Place- the beachside rental company.

Other applicable fees (not included in the price of the stay):
1. Parking: 1 - 7 Days ($75), 8-14 Days ($100), 15 - 21 Days ($125), and 22-31 Days ($150)
2. Key Fob: $30/fob - Key fobs are required per 2 people, 14 years of age or older.
3. Packages- $7 per package

We had a great time enjoying the beach and pools. We were close to restaurants, grocery shopping and lots of activity at the Broadwalk. We enjoyed using the local electric car service called Circuit but couldn’t seem to locate the trolly that was noted in our condo information booklet. The locals didn’t seem to know about the trolly either…. We have a couple minor complaints, the street is really noisy but likely better on non peak travel weeks and the pools could use more lounge chairs, not enough for the size of the population staying at The Tides. Overall, our condo was well equipped and we enjoyed using the beach chairs and cooler.

Stayed at the condo for a family wedding across the street at the Doubletree. Perfect location for walking to some great restaurants and a short Uber ride to the Boardwalk. Pool is great and beach access is awesome. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hosts very responsive and communicated well before and during our stay. No complaints at all it was a great experience.

We had a wonderful seven day stay at the Tides. The pool and the beach are well kept. The rules of conduct are not as strict as they sound. My main concern was the AC in the master suite; it didn't cool the bedroom the way I wanted. It could be 68 degrees in the living room and 75 degrees in the master bedroom. It wasn't a major issue,though. We are definately coming back.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The pool was wonderful and the location to the broadwalk was fantastic!! We had a great time at the beach and all the beach stuff at the condo was a nice touch.

Everything was very good, clean and neat. Like everyone says checking in was not great but got through it. 1 complaint the master bedroom bed squeaks really bad. So be prepared Great location! Thanks for a great vacation Bryan

Overall, we loved our stay at this condo. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The couch and beds were comfy. The condo was clean. We couldn't get the master bedroom as cool as we liked it, but the rest of the condo was a comfy cool temperature. The grounds and pools were all nice and clean. The check in process could have been easier and better explained. There is valet parking, but due to COVID they aren't actually parking cars. You do have to pay for parking before they allow you to park in the lots or garage. You must check in at the front desk before you may park in order to get the parking pass and key fobs to let you into the buildings. Even though you pay for parking, you may not park in the valet spots, or you will be towed/ticketed. The rules are a bit excessive. You can't bring luggage or groceries in through the lobby. You are supposed to bring everything in the side door to the service elevator. If you park in the lot beside the pool, you can key fob in and take your luggage and groceries in the back to the service elevator and up to your room. I wish staff would have better explained this to us from the get go; along with the fact that you can't park in the valet spots. We found that most of the staff did not speak English and there was a language barrier. Communication with the property manager was prompt and easy. Thank you. I would definitely recommend this condo for everyone, especially those with kiddos. The beach was a short walk away and was beautiful.

Everything was nice. We’ve seen a handful of places within the tides and this was the best so far. Family friendly place. Everything was super clean and there was everything you need to stay there besides we needed to provide our own TP and Paper towels which is okay by me. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your place for a week

This condo was clean, beautiful and right on the beach. My family was very comfortable during our stay. Beach gear and boogie boards were already available in the unit. Highly recommend the unit! The Tides building itself had a few odd rules. Only one building key for every two adults, but you needed a key to get in and out of every area of the building, so you had to be together to get around. You could only ride in the freight elevator when carrying anything other than a purse. Playing with toys or throwing balls in the pool is not allowed as well as no music by the pool. None of these odd rules were dealbreakers. The actual condo and the owners were wonderful and I’d highly recommend!!!

This was a great spot for friends to getaway. Close ride to both Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The only downside was that there was not much in walking distance in terms of food/bars. Distance to the beach was 10/10.
