About this house rental
Grand, classical Sevillan town-house of exceptional quality and size (600sqm), comprising of 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, living spaces, terraces and a summer patio. Located in the historic centre of Seville, next to the Museum of Fine Arts, and just 5 minutes walk from the main shopping area. Suitable for up to 12 guests.
The house has been lovingly restored to a superior standard using traditional materials and techniques such as hand-crafted doors in wood, artisan ceramic tiles, and wrought-ironwork. Other notable features include exposed beams, flooring sourced from an old convent and the 18th century solid mahogany front door. Antique furniture and decoration sit side by side with modern touches.
The house is of traditional Sevillian architecture and has a zaguan - tiled entrance with a wrought-iron gate - and a central patio that keeps the ground floor cool during peak summer heat. The patio has a confortable seating area and a fountain with plants.
On the first floor there is a large living room, with an additional sitting area on the adjacent room. Smart TV and high speed fibre optic internet connection are included.
The kitchen is well-equipped and in the same style as the rest of the house - the traditional punctuated by the modern - exposed beams and wood cabinets sit side-by-side with the modern dining table and chairs.
The six bedrooms are arranged over the three floors of the house and comprise four double-bedrooms and two twin bedrooms.

Observations: the use of the fireplace and gas stove is not allowed for safety reasons. The kitchen has a separate ceramic hob for cooking.

We had a few families traveling together with kids and this place was perfect! 3 floors please multiple outdoor terraces gave enough room for everyone to have their own space and at the same time provided areas where we could all hang out together.
The location is great! majority of the places we wanted to go were a short 10-15 min walk which was a great way to see the city as well.
Highly recommend it and would love to stay here again when we revisit in the future!

Unique Seville experience
We had an amazing time in Seville, in large part because this gorgeous, gracious house let us pretend that we were staying in the family home of some distant, cultured relative. The ground floor is open with a beautiful patio area at the back, and so not really use-able in winter - the ground floor bedroom heated up nicely, but our guests decided to stay in another room to avoid moving through the cold to the shared areas. Any other time of year, though, it would be lush.

Superb Stay in Seville
This is a truly lovely home in the heart of old town Seville. It is just as described in the photos and the location is close to everything. The management company is wonderful and accommodated an early check-in for tired American travelers. They responded promptly to all requests to ensure our stay was great. The house is well stocked with most things you need. It is a little light on some essentials like garbage bags, paper towels, hand soap, etc., but all of those things are easy to pick up at the amazing supermarket just down street. All of us loved the house and hope to return some day...ideally not in the August heat so we can enjoy the beautiful rooftop.

Great home close to everything in Sevilla
We had 7 people in the home and we all loved it. Plenty of room and the patio on the top was amazing. AC was great to come back to after a warm day. The host gave us several tips on where to go for dinner and adventures. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cool Town Oasis
We found this property to be very spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable base from which to explore Seville.
We loved this cool retreat from the heat of the streets after a day of exploring all the sights and sounds of the city right on our doorstep. Most of the living areas are efficiently air conditioned but the entry level with its walled garden stretching up to the sky is just a naturally cool, open and quite mesmerising place to be. This is the perfect spot to relax in with friends and family at any time of the day.
We were a party of seven adults, with mixed ages, and we found it suited us perfectly for our 5 day stay.
The Veoapartment manager Angela was very helpful in explaining the facilities of the property and provided vital support in reuniting my wife with her passport after it got lost in the airport transfer taxi they had arranged for us.

The perfect place
There were six of us and this flat was the perfect place for us. It was comforting to be able to come back to our own space at the end of each day. Everything we needed was there. It took us awhile to figure out the washer and dryer but we finally did. A couple of us got food poisoning one night and it was wonderful to be able to stay in one comfortable spot to recuperate. The flat was in a great location to be able to walk everywhere. The managers were excellent in customer service. Attentive, gracious, and caring. I would highly recommend this place and I hope to come back to it again.

Excellent house for a large group
We had a great week in Sevilla. The house accommodated our large group of 13 adults. We always had plenty of hot water, and spent a fun times at the kitchen table. It was in easy walking distance of most sights, many restaurants and bars, shopping and a nice grocery store. I'd love to stay again.

Fantastic Sevilla Experience!
The apartment was perfect. Phenomenal location, very nice accommodations, Wi-Fi and appliances. The AC is excellent. Walking distance to everything. The pictures did not exaggerate how impressive the actual home looks in person. If ever in Savilla we will absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful and spacious house
Our family absolutely loved staying in the Calle Monsalves house during our recent stay in Sevilla. The eight adults enjoyed the comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as spending time on the rooftop and second floor patios. The location is perfect, just a two minute walk to the Art museum and an easy walk to all parts of Sevilla, including the Triana ceramics district. It is a safe and quiet area, but near cafes and shopping.
The house is beautiful, the fullsized washer and dryers a plus, plus a spacious kitchen and dining area.

Spacious home in central location
This home is perfect for a large number of people who all want their own bathroom which is very hard to find in Spain. There is plenty of room to stretch out on all three floors. It has a charming rustic Andalusion feel and our party enjoyed staying there very much. However, I don't feel that the management company is doing a good enough job of keeping up with maintenance. Issues. We had several light bulbs out that were supposed to be replaced and they weren't. Some lamp shades were totally missing, we had some toilet issues and worst of all there were no coffee cups in the kitchen. They did bring some by after a couple of days. Just be forewarned and do not expect a spanking clean or pristine home. Also, the bedrooms facing the street are very noisy at night.

Wonderful Apartment
A very agreeable description of the townhousr. 5 minutes to Les Cortes English supermarket and 2 minutes Carrefour express. Restaurants round the corner and these are really good places to eat off the beaten tourist track. Apartment well equipped with rustic feel. It has the andalusian feel to it. Markus was great. Personally greeted us and arranged for departure transport for all 10 of us. Thanks a lot. Didnt hv chance to thank you personally.

Prachtig huis, centraal gelegen.
Beautiful, stylish holiday home with lots of wood and beautiful painted tiles. The house is very spacious and well equipped. Beautiful large kitchen with complete equipment, everything has been thought to coffee filters thereto. Beautiful entrance and spacious rooms. There is a nice roof terrace where you can sit up and enjoy the nice weather. The house is in a quiet street in the center and the sights can be reached by foot. The owner was very helpful, he arranged a taxi to and from the airport on our request. Our stay was great!
Prachtig, stijlvol huis met veel hout en mooie geschilderde tegels. Het huis is erg ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie grote keuken met een complete inrichting, aan alles is gedacht, tot koffiefilters aan toe. Prachtige entree en ruime kamers. Er is een mooi dakterras waar je ruim kunt zitten en van het lekkere weer kunt genieten. Het huis ligt in een rustige straat in het centrum en de bezienswaardigheden zijn lopend goed te bereiken. De eigenaar was erg behulpzaam, op ons verzoek heeft hij een taxi van en naar het vliegveld geregeld. Ons verblijf was top!

Wonderful stay, very authentic, comfortable and well-kept
We stayed as a family of 5 adults and 2 children, and were very delighted with our experience with this property. The house is very tastefully decorated , and well prepared for us as renters. We met the owner on the first and last day, and he was so courteous, kind and welcoming.
Its a huge property with 3 floors and 2 beautiful terraces, you will never get bored during the week. All the amenities are well stocked from appliances to toileteries.

Exquisitely tasteful details, superb location and a truly
The best features: beautiful, beautiful home, excellent location, rooms with en-suites on each of three floors, so multiple families had full privacy, TWO terraces and ground-floor indoor/outdoor space with fountain ... and the owner is a true gentleman.
Features that may be problematic: (I had to think about this) only one bedroom is on the ground floor (perfect for one elderly or disabled couple)
It would probably suffice to say that this is the first place we have ever rented which was far lovelier in reality than even the pictures or the description would suggest, and we have travelled far and wide. The entire experience exceeded all of our expectations ... as a family of 7, ages 5 to 80 traveling from three separate continents to meet up for my father's 80th birthday, we had many expectations!
The details: This house is very roomy, charming and has been lovingly care for. House and family are new to the rental scene so were guests NOT renters! The house is laid out very nicely, with communicating indoor and outdoor spaces, tasteful old wood and wrought-iron/brass lamp details balanced by modern touches to keep us connected, caffeinated and generally pampered. The kitchen is a cook's kitchen, stocked with cheese, ham, drinks, ... The bowl on the dinner table offered juicy oranges from the owner's groves (we later found out). The bathrooms EACH had toiletries, unexpected in a house rental and four full sets of fluffy towels! Total of 16 sets!!! All linens were super clean, looked new and all the beds were ruled very comfy by their respective (some curmudgeonly) inhabitants.
The location is very central in the cobble-stoned old town with landmark sights and shopping an easy walk away, BUT close to the periphery for a quick getaway even during crowded times of day. We used a car ONLY for day trips to white villages, the coast, etc. The icing on the cake is definitely the owners (really a host family) who were welcoming, thorough, and very thoughtful. They went out of their way to make sure we had a smooth trip even down to suggesting then booking a parking spot for us in the nearby parking garage after we told them we would be renting a car during semana santa. We were very grateful when we realized it was fully booked upon arrival!
The final highlight was being able to witness the emergence of the El-Silencio procession from their church (late Thursday night/ early Friday am) ... only one and a half blocks away from our house!
