Are you in for a treat? This exquisite townhome is super modern and spacious: 3 beds/2 bathrooms, flex space (yoga/office), washer/dryer, patio, and fully stocked kitchen w/Nespresso machine, smoothie maker.

You're located in the most diverse, vibrant, and hip neighborhood in the city - a stone's throw from some of the best food, coffee, and sights.

Stay in this new, cool, and comfortable, 1,360+ sq. ft. sanctuary in the world's most beautiful city.

The space:

Fully stocked kitchen (glasses, bowls, plates, cutlery, cooking pots, condiments, coffee, microwave, oven, Vitamix blender, air fryer, toaster, fridge/freezer, pantry, and more) ready for you to cook meals. Local grocery shops are all within walking distance. The living space seats 5 comfortably. There are loads of books to peruse and a top-notch napping area.

The patio gets the sunshine from the early afternoon and is great for having coffee/tea and relaxing. The flex space has dozens of books to dip into, as well as a yoga mat, blocks, and roller for exercise.

Wifi is reliable and fast. Private entrance directly from the street and easy free parking just outside.

They say that no coffee is better than bad coffee - and I concur. Vancouver has some of the finest coffee joints in the world. Local shops include Matchstick, Foglifter, Prado, JJ Bean, and a short hop to Nemesis, Revolver, Platform 7, Argo Roasters, and many more.

Terrific two floor townhouse with all the amenities (except TV). It's in an eclectic neighborhood with lots of ethnic restaurants. Very convenient to anywhere in Vancouver by car or public transportation. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Super cute little apartment. It was perfect for the 3 weeks I was there working on a project. Jonas was nice and helpful when I had questions. Neighborhood is quiet and you can walk 10-20’minutes to be in busier areas with nice shops.

We needed a place to stay comfortably for a week in Vancouver, and this was one of the few places with 3 bedrooms. We had a car & parking wasn’t a problem. The house has tons of books & plants (no TV or AC). Jonas is quick to respond to questions.

Jonas has been super easy to work with as a host. The place was clean and well laid out when we got there. Check in/out was seamless. Jonas provided many *extras* that most hosts don’t consider like: tin foil & plastic wrap, to-go containers for food storage, scissors and scotch tape (cause you never know!!). Lots of extra towels, a great record album and book collection! Personal touches with a west coast/beachy theme. Quick to respond to texts & questions answered. Location is central with tons of eateries, grocery stores, one of kind coffee houses. Easy access to downtown, parks and Seawall. Thanks Jonas! We’ll be back!

The property was to a very high standard and perfect location to explore Vancouver as bus stops were located nearby. It was a 5 minute walk to our sons house which was perfect for us as well. We also downloaded the uber app and used this a lot too. There is a lovely bakery and coffee shop close by and we made a bar called Bells and Whistles our local. The property had everything you needed and Jonas was quick to respond with any queries. We made use of the extensive book collection.. We will certainly use this property again . Thank you Jonus

Clean, modern, and well-equipped rental at a great location

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and centrally located rental home. Even before check in, Jonas answered all of our questions and kept us updated to make sure that everything would go smoothly. Everything was just as nice as in the photos, and honestly it made our trip to Vancouver such a pleasant one. My favourite parts include the beautiful kitchen with a gas stove and a huge sink, the hotel quality king mattresses, the projector for watching movies, and of course, the amazing amounts of books and records which I enjoyed to the fullest! Not to mention the abundance of great restaurants in the area! Overall, nothing bad to say about this VRBO. We hope to visit again!
