The hotel is not very old but it already shows signs of poor maintenance and lack of detailed upkeep

Overall i enjoyed my stay. Next time I may opt for a bigger space.

The check in/out was quick and easy. Our room was clean and towels were well stocked. Free Showtime Location Staff was attentive and friendly

The shower only had a half door sleek but slippery The room was small No free breakfast

Horrible experience, Dirty and has Roaches!

The hotel was very Dirty, smelled bad and our room had Roaches! The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful on anything we needed! We left the next morning after our check-in because of these issues, yet we were over charged for nights we didn't even stay! We will let everyone know, Not to ever stay at this location!

Met my needs for the single night, but very disappointed by no complimentary breakfast.

Room was very clean and appeared to be new. Bed was comfy along with different firmness of pillows for various taste.

The sink faucet water for “hot” did not seem to work. Let water run for over 5mins, no hot water. Even after taking a hot shower, tried faucet hot water again, still cold. Advised staff at check out. Also was surprised in the morning to wake up and to discover no complimentary breakfast. Had to pay for one which was surprising at the price point for the room for one night.

I left there the next morning knowing I would be coming back. and I wasn’t even at your hotel a full 12 hours! that’s h

very clean, the staff was friendly, went out of their way to go above and beyond. the room was bright, clean, spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I’ve been coming into town a lot but first time at this hotel so just noticing all the little things I loved. The large towels, room to move about in the bathroom. I could go on and on.

that I didn’t come here first weeks ago. absolutely nothing wrong with this place

Great hotel

Very clean, room was like the pictures,it was perfect for what we needed to do

Only thing I could say ,is that wifi most not come included, or t.v. isn't connected to internet. I didn't need either so didn't effect my trip

location. close to I40

toiletries in bathroom missing. no body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers broken. guest services are poor. Nobody answers the phone or the phone in the room is out of order.

overall it was a good stay. I would recommend

Angela was great. we had a minor issue with our first room but Angela fixed it right away

the rooms could use a full body mirror and breakfast could be until 10/10:30am
