It was in a decent and safe neighborhood. It was close to shops and restaurants. The swimming pool was nice.

My daughter’s room had something smeared on the wall and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned very well. You could see that on the underside of the toilet, it had splash from someone else’s poop. And we could tell that someone had been in our rooms even though we had done not disturb signs on our doors.

A welcoming place to stay.

Staff was very friendly and greeted me upon arrival. Room was clean and met my needs nicely. Breakfast at facility was helpful and convenient.

Parking was a little tight for the type of vehicle that I travel in, but I managed it. Would like to have had a plain waffle for breakfast.

The minor problems were overshadowed by the friendliness and concern of the staff.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When their cable was out, they went out of the way to inform me and give me options on my stay. Impressive customer service.

The baseboards and impressions on the bathroom door were extremely dusty. The bathtub was quite slippery. A light bulb was out in our room.

Love the location near family and staff very friendly!

Didn’t partake but great location.

The rooms needs updating. The odor wasn’t pleasant on the inside of room and the toilet had a leak behind the base on the floor.

They charged me twice for 1 night. But after an hour of talking they refunded one night. So turned out alright

parking isn’t secure. There’s no security outside to watch and report in case of a brake out specially in that area.

This is now my favorite place to stay for my monthly trips to Memphis.

The breakfast was excellent and the coffee was good. I felt safe the whole time I was there, which is saying something considering the crime issues Memphis is having right now.

nice location, plenty of restaurants nearby, staff was exceptional.

there was a lot of trash, litter around the surrounding areas. We had a puppy and it was very limited on where to take him out to go potty. The hotel itself was very clean and staff was exceptional!
