Geniale Hotelanlage

Die Apartments waren super Top! Pools Super, Sport und Spiel Mega. Frühstück Gut. Nettes Personal. Noch keine bessere Einrichtung gehabt!

Getränke, Eis und Abendessen für Normal Preis gibt es nicht. Alles sehr Hochpreisig. Wir haben nicht einmal da gegessen. Sehr Schade.

We had a very nice stay, the location of the room could have been better.

The facility was really nice, a lot of accommodations, super friendly staff, good food and a lot of things to do. the rooms where nice and the environment really beautiful.

Our room was at the street side and there is a lot of traffic, it's not possible to open a window or sit on the balcony. Furthermore, and although the facility was really clean, the guests showed little to none respect for this clean environment, there where al lot of guests with babies and little children and left the garbage everywhere.

Sehr schönes Familienhotel mit vielen Möglichkeiten für jedes Alter

- schöne und saubere, neue Apartments - tolle Spielbereiche für Kinder (innen- und außen) - schöne und gepflegte Anlage mit Schwimmbecken für gross und klein - gute Ausstattung in den Apartments - leckeres Frühstücksbuffet - nettes und gutes Restaurant mit einer kleinen Auswahl an Speisen (eine kleine Auswahl ist nicht schlecht. Ich würde mir aber innerhalb der Karte mehr Abwechslung wünschen. Aus meiner Sicht wäre dies auch mit wenig Aufwand möglich zb durch Tages Suppen oder mal wechselnde Tagesgerichte o.ä)

- wir waren bereits letztes Jahr da und es hat uns insgesamt wahnsinnig gut gefallen. Es steht und fällt aber tatsächlich mit den Angestellten. Letztes Jahr die Kinderbetreuung mit Melanie war ein Highlight. Bemüht, freundlich, immer gut gelaunt und mit Spaß an der Sache hat sie die Kinder motivieren können. Bereits morgens beim Frühstück ging sie rum und hat alle gegrüßt oder eingeladen später teilzunehmen. Dieses Jahr war es leider das komplette Gegenteil. Man hatte den Eindruck je weniger Kinder desto lieber war es den zwei Betreuerinnen. Auf die Kinder wurde nicht wirklich eingegangen. Die “Schatzsuche” war ein gelangweiltes Vorlesen der nächsten Tipps und ein wildes hin- und hergerenne auf dem Gelände, ohne dass die Kinder mal richtig motiviert und animiert wurden. Es haben mehrere Kinder abgebrochen, weil sie die Suche “nicht schön” fanden. Zu Beginn wurde sich nicht vorgestellt, sondern der erste Tipp gelesen und gesagt man dürfe nicht rennen. Sonst nichts. Das war sehr schade! Die angekündigte Minidisco für die Kinder war auch eher lustlos gestaltet. Nach einigen weiteren nicht so überzeugenden Aktivitäten haben wir die Betreuung nicht mehr weiter genutzt. Letztes Jahr war die Betreuung ein Plus. Wir hatten wohl dieses Mal Pech - die “süße Ecke” beim Frühstück ist grundsätzlich eine schöne Idee. Die Auswahl war aus meiner Sicht seltsam. Was da Himbeermousse, Vanille Pudding, Kirschkuchen oder an einem Morgen Tiramisu zu suchen haben, erschließt sich mir nicht. Das gehört für mich zu einem Nachtischbuffet. Da hätte ich mich über pancakes oder Ähnliches mehr gefreut. Ist natürlich subjektiv! Das Frühstück an sich ist wirklich gut. - bei einem Hotel in dieser Klasse hätte ich erwartet, dass die Bademäntel im Preis inklusive sind und nicht noch on top ausgeliehen werden müssen. (Nur in den Penthäusern enthalten) - mehr Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen im Badezimmer wären wuenschenswert.

Riesenspass für klein und groß und Wellnesshotel in einem :-)

Wir wollen uns beim Team für einen tollen Aufenthalt bedanken und werden sicher wiederkommen und das Hofgut weiterempfehlen. Es war einfach unglaublich :-) ein geniales und durchdachtes Angebot für groß und klein! Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll… super super freundliches Team, sehr komfortable modern eingerichtete Appartments, in denen man nichts vermisst. Leckeres Frühstück mit Riesenauswahl und wechselnden Gerichten auch für Veganer sehr sehr viel dabei. Tolle Sauna und Ruhebereich. Das beste ist aber das Spiel-, Sport-, Spaß- und Freizeitangebot es ist einfach einzigartig und hat unsere Erwartungen absolut übertroffen. Ach ja der kleine Shop mit allem was man so brauchen kann und das hausgemachte Essen in Gläser zum aufwärmen im Appartment - wie bei Oma :-) und die Pizza to-Go waren auch super.

Nun doch ein kleiner Minuspunkt - das Abend-Restaurant hat uns ein wenig enttäuscht - ich verstehe den Gedanken dahinter aber regional, bio und ein wenig bodenständiger hätte uns besser gefallen. Die Auswahl für Veganer und Vegetarier könnte auch ausgebaut werden. Wir haben dann einfach auswärts gegessen, was in der Umgebung sehr gut möglich ist. Wir hätten uns Mückennetze gewünscht. Die bezahlten Bademäntel fand ich ungewöhnlich, liegt aber vermutlich daran, dass nicht alle Bademäntel verwenden und so weniger gewaschen werden müssen :-)

Totally recommend

The location is great, and it was easy to get to many attractions in the area. The facilities are amazing, and 6 nights are not enough for enjoying all of them since there are so many :-)

Excellent stay - great restaurant, huge underground floor with plenty of facilities for kids!

Excellent breakfast, stylish hotel with a huge underground floor full of game rooms and facilities for children. The SPA is very nice too. The restaurant in the hotel is great! Highly recommended. There is also an Italian guy cooking pizza if the restaurant is not your choice.

Although the hotel is great we were surprised you don't get sheets nor bathrobe for the SPA/sauna

Very cozy and modern apartment with superb location

location is perfect, next to the road but still quiet and close to the village and mountains and ski lifts. The apartment was very well equipped with all kitchen necessities. and an amazing breakfast with a lovely staff.

Great Fall Vacation with Family and Friends

Very friendly staff, great facilities for adults and for kids alike. Nice property and surroundings. The kids had days of fun in the play area (bowling, trampoline, gymnasium for basketball, soccer,...; movies, PS3, pool billard,...), as well as at the indoor pool and on the well kept outside soccer field. The owners offered trail running and archery. Great breakfast with very friendly and quick service. Upgrade upon arrival into the PH1 which has a great size and modern interior design. Roof terrace with nice views of the surrounding mountains.

A fantastic family get-away with something for every member of the family

Our family had a great stay at Hofgut! Highlights of our stay were the friendly staff, fantastic breakfast buffet to start each day, indoor and outdoor facilities- pools, saunas, playground, trampolines, game-areas, offered us and our children both relaxation and enjoyment. Besides that the beautiful location of Wagrain Austria with great panaranas and fresh air was wonderful. Each day was a mix of enjoying day trips and the Hofgut Resort.

Its expensive but if you can afford it, it's totally worth it.

Fantastic facilities, particularly for older children (which is always tricky). Great apartments, which were really well equipped and the beds were amazing. The complex has plenty of space, so it never felt full (the nearly-full carpark was our only indication of how busy it was) and the location was great.

Our only quibble was we were given little/no information when we checked in: the receptionist sent us (with heavy luggage, 2 kids and a dog) on a very long and complicated way to our room, which meant having to carry everything up to the top floor when in fact we had been standing within 10 metres of the lift that was right next to our door. We also weren't informed that we could use the wasserwelt or kletterwald for free. These are only small gripes but we were just handed our room cards at check-in and that was it.

Every kids dream resort!

This resort is every kids dream place...and a dream for adults too! Outside are trampolines, large sand box with toys, slides, swings, pools and more! Inside is a bowling alley, indoor pool with slides, baby pool, indoor trampolines, a kid's playroom with a rock wall and the list goes on and on...even a long tube slide for kids to go down rather than take the stairs. We loved having our own kitchen for breakfast meals but the on-site restaurant is wonderful. There's a pizzeria where the kids can order what they want too. So many great things! We didn't have enough time to do everything! The staff were so kind and helpful too. We'd definitely stay here again.

If you plan on needing a travel crib provided by the resort, make sure to request it well in advance. We requested one last minute and they didn't have one on site. Also, the beds in our rental were on the firm side which wasn't comfortable for us but that's definitely just personal preference. Otherwise, everything else more than made up for it.
