Me asignaron una habitación con balcón

No hay personal de limpieza, tuve un incidente y lo que hicieron fue mandarme un trapero para que yo limpiara. El lugar no está ubicado en una buena zona, parece ser muy peligrosa. La cama muy dura y cada vez que me movía, sonaba mucho. Costoso y sin desayuno para el servicio que ofrecen

El balcón que tenía la habitación.

El televisor no servia, las sábanas de la cama tenían mal olor, el servicio no fue el mejor, no tienen una política establecida del cobro adicional por pasarse del tiempo del check out. Personal poco amable.

El personal era muy agradable, sobre todo el del desayuno.

Se tardaron para el check in (después de las 3pm aun tuvimos que esperar). Saliendo a caminar para hacer tiempo en los alrededores me topé con un habitante de la zona que intento robarme. Las fotos están muy bien tomadas pero los colchones son incomodos, no hay ventanas en las habitaciones. Había un olor muy fuerte a cloro cuando entramos. Las toallas que nos dieron son viejas e insistimos varias veces para que nos dieran dos que faltaban. La ducha no tiene puerta para cerrarse y se moja todo el baño. A pesar de esto no ponen alguna alfombra o una toalla adicional para secarlo. No hay regadera sino solamente un tubo doblado que apunta en dirección de la pared. El chorro no tiene casi presión y no se puede regular la temperatura. Baños muy viejos comparados con las habitaciones. No hay aire acondicionado en las zonas comunes y el sofa del primer piso (donde me quedé) estaba viejo, sucio y roto, da vergüenza que lo tengan puesto. Pagué alrededor de 50 USD por noche, seguramente por el mismo precio o menos hubiera encontrado algo mucho mejor.

We were booked in for 2 night ms

There was nothing to like about our room we were given.

The lock on door was broken, there was no security in the room. The toilet seat was broken and there was no shower head, and the shower was cold. The neighbouring rooms were making excessive noise until 2 am in the morning, slamming doors, arguing and swearing.

the bed was so hard it was like sleeping on a sheet of rock. The hotel did not provide any towels. The walls are paper thin. the neighborhood dogs bark incessantly during the night.

Friendly & Efficient Staff.

No furniture. Smelled like vomit and bleach. Thin sheets. No blankets. Very noisy. Purchased room with balcony and did not receive one. No ventilation or windows. No locks on door inside room. Hard, uncomfortable mattress. Only 2 small pillows. Strong concerns about cleanliness of mattress and sheets (sheets were so thin they barely separated the mattress from bare skin).

Poor

The staff was amazingly helpful. The location to the beach and local grocery store was fantastic.

The room had a horrible mildew stench. There is no sound barrier between the hallway wall/window. You can hear everything from everyone outside in the hallways. There was a Christian band/service on the 4th floor at 8 something in the morning on a Saturday that lasted all day. This service was so loud that I had to leave the building all day. The hotel never forewarned the guest aboutthis nuisance.

my stay was a disaster in this hotel

There is nothing good in Playa Norte Hotel

The building is very dirty ‘ the bedroom is full of ants , the pillows are awful and we couldn’t sleep one night because it was full of teenagers having birthday party at the apartment in front of us with music very loud until 4AM It was a disaster my stay in this place. Just cold shower and the lock of the door have a very poor security .

Terrible, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there, they did not meet the expectations for the price, no elevator, lazy staff, difficult access to parking lot, it is located in a loud and what seems as unsafe neighbourhood, so bad!

I did not like anything about this place!
