About this house rental

Come relax and enjoy one of Rhode Islands best beach towns. This well-equipped house is conveniently located 0.7 miles from Narragansett Town Beach. Also within close walking distance are restaurants, shopping, a playground, basketball court and more.

This home is professionally managed by Narragansett Properties. We are available to guests as needed.

This home is 0.2 miles to the Sea Wall, Coast guard house is 0.3 miles, Crazy burger, the Bike Stop Café, PJ’s and Trios are about a quarter mile or so from the house. And of course, Narragansett Town Beach is 0.7 miles!

This home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps ten! You will find a beautifully upgraded home (as of 2019) in the heart of the Pier. It includes central AC, finished basement area with a built in desk for working, a laundry room, a TV in every bedroom and the two common areas.

This home also features a lush, private, fenced in backyard perfect for spending time with loved ones, hot/cold outdoor shower, a deck with a table and chairs and a picnic table, two grills, lobster pots, etc! Plus, five beach chairs, a beach cart, and toys in the shed!

**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.

We have stayed at this house two years in a row, and we have loved it! The beach decor is so adorable and helps with our vacation vibes! The house is loaded with supplies and makes the stay so restful and enjoyable! I look forward to another stay next year!

We've been visiting Narraganset for years, and this is our families new favorite summer rental! The home isn't huge but had plenty of space (and hot water) for 2 adults and 5 teenage girls. It's incredible well cared for and very comfortable with higher end finishes than most comparably priced homes. The backyard is fully fenced in and feels very private, even with neighbors pretty close. For once, the grill at a rental home was recently cleaned and felt like the one I use at home! The location is great and only a 5 minute walk to Boon Street shops/restaurants, and maybe 10 minutes to Coast Guard House, Celeste and Nana's ice cream. We're definitely planning a return trip next summer!

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to even cook at home. Had a few rainy days so we utilzied the board games and cards. A GREAT time was had.

The property is as advertised and more. It's amenities, especially in the kitchen area surpassed what was listed. The owner provides a style of comfort, beach house accents and the floor plan offers a design that utilizes the space efficiently and decoratively. The bedrooms were roomy, the beds were extremely comfortable and storage in each room was well thought out. The bathrooms are so nicely designed and so clean. The location is ideal and is walking distance to the downtown, coastguard house and the town beach, 2.9 to wakefield's downtown which is a must visit. Our weather given the lower temps and smoky haze during our long weekend did not dampen our time spent at this location. So happy we found this rental, we will definitely come back again & again as long as it is available. Thank you to the responsive property manager/Rhonda who was extremely responsive and pleasant for a few questions we had. As out of staters we didn't quite understand how the cox cable worked but that was quickly resolved. This place is a gem!!!

The house was so clean and neat. The design was coastal beach vibe and all the colors and furnishings were great. Super comfortable beds. So convenient to walk around this quiet nice neighborhood. Close walk to beach and all the little stores and shops. Bond street is adorable. Super fun relaxing time and would love to return next summer! We loved it!!!!!

We arrived the day before the Hurricane and despite losing power the second day, our stay was terrific. It was in a perfect location, had everything we needed, and was super clean when we arrived. We loved how the house was decorated and how big it was inside, even though it looked small on the outside. Thank you so much for a great place to stay.

Wonderful and clean property at great location

This cottage was wonderful. New, very clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything from herbs and spices, garbage and zip lock bags, dishwasher tablets, to toaster, waffle maker, etc. Nice fenced outdoor area with bbq, tables and chairs. Outdoor (hot) shower and shed with beach chairs and toys. Also present a washing machine and dryer with detergent to use. At the end of the street is the sea wall and the water. The two beach passes were great to access the Narragansett Town Beach. Parking just across the street for $10 a day per car. You can walk to the beach but with all the chairs and towels we liked to drive there. Less than 5 minutes. Basketball court and two playgrounds are close to the cottage, as well as a big Stop and Shop, Walgreens, and other shops. We used the car to get there, again less than 5 minutes drive. I stayed with five children (ages 6, 10, 11, 14, 15) for four days and the cottage was a perfect size for us. Four bedrooms with Queen beds. Two bathrooms with showers. Shampoo and body wash provided. I would say that the cottage is a good fit for 6 people, not more as the space is not big. Dining room has a table for six, living room sits three people on the couch and there are two chairs with foot stools. We visited Adventure Land (only 5 mins away) and this was a big hit for all ages. The kids also took surf lessons at the local Surf and Skate shop, which was very fun as well. We had a wonderful time and we loved how the cottage was decorated. I especially appreciated how clean everything was! We would definitely come back again!!
