We usually go to the Jersey shore. This summer, a wedding brought us to the Narragansett area and this property. Plenty of room with privacy when you wanted that. Well laid out kitchen, two big open-spaced rooms (with big flat panels). Close to good restaurants and excellent beaches. The owners and property manager were easy to work with and the residence was a cream puff. 5*

This home was great for three small families as we each had our own bathroom. Location is great. Close access to the river to fish and kayak. Our teens loved the ping pong table and corn hole games . Lots of supplies included and the beach chairs and kayaks which were nice quality. Home was very clean. We would definitely stay again.

House was clean. Beds were very comfortable. The twin bed was not a bed just a cot. Television was great with large living area to accommodate nine of us. Plenty of parking. Loved the suite on second floor with balcony to watch the fireworks. Stove and refrigerator were great but definiitely needs new pans. I would recommend this house .

Beautiful home - great location - wonderful hosts. The property is less than a mile away from the beach and a short walk to the kayak launch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pluses: The home is in a great location with easy access to beach and amenities. The bathrooms are newly remodeled and very nice. The main living area was comfortable and spacious.
Minuses: The home is older and had a musty smell, the beds were old and uncomfortable, sheets were not provided, the comforters and blankets were stained and poor quality. The bedrooms were minimally decorated and not very welcoming. The air conditioning did not work well and we struggled with keeping the house cool.

All of us really enjoyed the house. It was very well equipped ans we had no issues. The beach was within walking distance. Narragansett was very lovely. If you go, make sure to have some Brickly’s ice cream!

We had a ball- the location was perfect! The house was the perfect size for 8 adults- everyone had space to themselves! House is fully stocked for vacation fun!
Our only suggestion would be moving the firepit downstairs so everyone can enjoy it- seating is limited on the deck where it currently is.

The house was a great size for our needs. Loved the location and area. The kitchen was well stocked.
Furniture in the main living area was dirty and needs to be replaced. Overall, needs some TLC for sure. The lower level had an odor and the carpet was disgusting. All and all it is a fine home and a great size for families but needs some replacements and paint to improve.

Property was clean, comfortable. Space to spread out. We had 12 family members staying and everyone enjoyed the week. We stayed away from the Narragansett Town Beach (hefty parking and entrance fees). Instead, we bought a season pass to RI State Beaches. Allowed us to park at both nearby Scarborough and Roger Wheeler beaches. Kayaks on a cloudy day proved to be a nice activity. Main kitchen, dining and living area is warm and inviting. Nice family gathering space.

We brought our adult kids and grandson on a family vacation. Between the beach, kayaks, and fishing there was plenty to do. The beach house was very spacious, and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen was awesome and well stocked. We really enjoyed eating on the shady back deck. It was a great time! We’ll be back.

We found this property online and when we got there we absolutely loved it! It had ample amount of room and it was in a great location! We were visiting from out of town so we were able to have some family stay the night and there was plenty of space for them! Not only was the house spacious but it was in a great location, close to food/the beach/as well as other locations in RI. As an RI native I would have to say that if you are looking for a great space that is well supplied with items (cooking utensils/pans/citronella candles/all your beach needs) this is the house for you!

House is clean with plenty of rooms for two families. Only problem was that Narragansett town beach is very expensive, but we went to the state beaches which were great.

Nice house, ample space and amenities
Basement carpet needed cleaning, had musty odor. Glass stove cooktop was dirty, crusted with food/spatters. Washer/dryer bathroom had mildew on the ceiling of shower and needs some TLC. Large windows in upper level living area needs curtains or something to diffuse light. We enjoyed the layout of house, closeness to beach and kayaking area.

Terrific house for a family
We stayed at this house for a family wedding. Our group went from age 11 to 93. It was great for everyone, had a well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. There is no bathroom on the main or entry floors but it turned out not to be a problem. I recommend this house as it worked very well for us.

Narragansett is a fun place to vacation.
Easy access to both the Narrow River for kayaking and the ocean with several beach choices. Plenty of room on the main floor for our 4 families to hang out. Deck is comfortable. Front yard perfect for corn hole and games. Main living space has a window air conditioner. REFRIG screen a big hit!

Great space for a family
We had a great time at this house. The yards and decks were spacious. The place was clean with the exception of various items in the lower level that cluttered that area including broken chairs and other misc items. Kitchen and living area were quite large. We were a little soured when one dining room chair collapsed the first night when we sat down for dinner, but, other than that, this place gets pretty high marks. Good proximity to beach too.

Wonderful location
We really enjoyed our stay, the kayaks were great as we would kayak to the beach. Deb was very responsive and check in was a breeze!

The home was nice, however there was an issue with cleanliness. With the hype about how the place was cleaned to meet covid requirements there was hair on floors and in fridge and freezer. The middle bathroom had mold and a mushroom growing out of the wall. This was off putting to say the least. Personally I was fine but my sisters who payed 1/4 of the bill weren't happy. Debbie was very nice.

Narragansett beach access++
The house was perfect for our family of 5. There was more than enough room. The house is worth staying in just to check out the fancy high tech Samsung fridge! The house was so close to Narragansett town beach which was exactly what we were looking for. The house provides a few kayaks for paddling which was a nice bonus. Beach umbrellas and chairs were also helpful. What a great property for a family beach week vacation!

Perfect location and space to spread out
This house was perfect for us and another family. The double living rooms were a great way for kids and adults to have their own space and the 3 decks meant you could really spread out and have some alone time. The only small downside is that Boston Neck Rd is a very busy street so there is constant traffic. But that trade-off was made up for by the convenience of the location. We could walk/bike to Narragansett Town Beach or kayak down The Narrows (steps away) and convenient access to a 7-mile bike path as well. The house had everything (a ton of beach gear) and the owner was responsive and accommodating to any of our requests (e.g. provided a rice cooker). We would defintely rent this house again!

JT & Family
Overall the house and area were great. Owners supplied a lot of resources like chairs, rolling carrier for beach, kayaks, games, etc. which came in very handy. Only concerns were: the refrigerator had an error message and we texted the mgr with no response, someone in the past had at least one dog in the house since we found a bone in one closet, lot of hair and dog poop bags in the garbage, floors didn't seem to be clean between sand and dog hairs. Last issue was, my wife was told a few times by mgt that we could get onto Narraganset beach with copy of our rental agreement and that wasn't the case so we had to do the drop off at the beach and someone had to walk to the beach or go to other beaches. Fortunately the house is within a mile of beach.

Great house for large group
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. It was perfect for a group, with a large open kitchen, living room, and dining room table. The 2nd living room upstairs was a great bonus for our teens.
Kayaking on the narrow river was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed the corn hole, foosball, and grilling on the deck. The property manager was very responsive and friendly as well. I highly recommend this property.

House by the Narrow River
Thanks to our hosts who were clear and responsive. Thanks for a beautiful home with room, with views and walkable access to the river to launch kayaks and our paddle board for an easy paddle to the end of Narragansett town beach.
The house was clean and was really well appointed for dishes and cooking. The location less than a mile from the town beach entrances meant easy beach drop off. I parked the car back at the house and bikes to the beach.
We hope to return soon.!

Narragansett Family Vacation Disappoints
The home was large enough to comfortably house our family, but we were many problems with the plumbing and electrical systems in the house. The property requires maintenance! We experienced a leak under the kitchen sink( an inch of standing water on the kitchen floor! Yuck), electric outlets that didn't work, a broken window shade in a bathroom, a light in the shower that didn't work, etc. Also, the lowest level containing a bedroom with a queen bed and twin bed, smelled very musty/moldy. We had to call Narragansett Property Management several times and even though we verbally explained the issues AND provided a written list of items needing immediate attention, the problems were not corrected.

Spacious well kept home
This house is ideal for a large family or large group of people. It is spacious, has 3 full bathrooms, and 3 decks. Having 2 living rooms is also a plus. The owner and the management company were very easy to work with.

Spacious and convenient
I've rented five houses in Narragansett over the last 8 years, and this is the only one I would rent again. It's perfect for large and/or multi-generational groups. Each bedroom is a good size, and we are a tall family so the abundance of queen-sized beds was appreciated. I especially liked the top floor master suite, where I could accommodate both of my children and still have space for myself (plus laundry, so convenient); and there was a second floor suite for my father to have his own bathroom and private deck. Everything was super clean and well-organized, and it's right next to Town Beach - we could have walked if we hadn't had small children and so much stuff to carry. The large open-concept first floor was perfect for family meals and hanging out, because we could all be in the same shared space without feeling cramped. The neighborhood is very pretty and good for evening walks. Overall a great property, we will be back!

Great Management! Well Stocked!
The house was well stocked and comfortable. The management company was awesome, responding to some minor issues we had in a timely manner. It was comfortable and within walking distance (if you're in good shape) to the city beach. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Great and relaxing
My friends and I really enjoyed the house and its location. It was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us.

The overall house was clean & the location was perfect!
This house definitely needs a lot of TLC. It did not seem to be ready for rentals yet. The outside needs ALOT of work ! The yard is messy, the deck was dirty in the backyard & seemed like no one cared people would be using it. The 2 decks upstairs had no furniture on them & flower boxes were left unattended as if someone was going to plant & then walked away. Upon entering the home from the driveway the first room you entered had a mold smell and there were some many items just strewn around the room. Luckily this wasn’t a room we used. The Home described a bedroom on this level, however, a sign posted on a door said “ under construction “. Luckily we did not need that room . When we arrived the air conditioners were not in the windows, however, the property managers arrived early the next day after I had contacted them. The property managers were very efficient! But there was a lot of stuff in the closets that really should be cleared out. It really made us feel as though this house was rented before it was actually fully prepared. I believe if a good overall straightening of the outside is done it will be much nicer. Also, someone needs to walk through the house and get rid of so many odd & ends hanging around. It is in a great location and with some attention given to it, I believe the House has great potential!

Clean, comfortable, spacious and a great location!
Thank you! We enjoyed our stay with family. A perfect location, we walked to town, enjoyed the Air show on the second floor deck and the Coast Guard House and Cool Beans.
