Walk one block north to the Sprague Access for fishing, kayaking and exploring the Narrow River salt marsh estuaries. Explore the Narrow River to the north to enter Pettaquamscutt Lake or to the east to access Narragansett Bay and the north end of Narragansett Town Beach.

Enjoy the sounds of the surf, the clean sand, looking for sea glass, jumping the waves and the nearby snack shacks. Beach items are provided at the house for your use (cart, beach chairs, sand mat, umbrella, and cooler). Just pack up and go, so you have more time to enjoy the beach of your choice. Drop off your teens at the beach in two minutes and drive to many fine niche restaurants within five minutes, including those at the Narragansett Pier Marketplace, Point Judith / Galilee or the Coast Guard House.

A little further out offers additional Narragansett regional experiences.

Don’t forget the other area amenities; kayaking, paddle-boarding, fishing, golf, trail walking, bicycling, etc. Dining options are numerous. One of our favorite areas in Narragansett village is Boon Street, just 2 miles south. We recommend pizza from the Bike Stop Cafe and Crazy Burger for a veggie experience. For seafood try the Coast Guard House or Matunuck Oyster Bar. Don’t forget a trip on the Block Island Ferry out of Point Judith, less than 8 miles. Convenient coffee shops and boutiques on Route 1A just minutes away. This is the ideal location!

Newport, RI is less than 15 miles away with its famous Cliff Walk, numerous mansions, Grand Casino, and eclectic shops; and not to forget its fine restaurants and sail boat cruises. Head north just 10 miles to the quaint Wickford Village to carouse the antique shops, toy store and fine eateries. Dave’s fresh-food marketplace is convenient for picking up a prepared meal of your choice.

This 5-bedroom home with 2 living rooms allows for friendly gatherings and private retreats. Relax at the kitchen island with bar seating, or spread out in the dining area or light-filled family room with brick fireplace and large picture window. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and serving items, with full appliances.
Open the back slider to a comfortable shaded deck, a great place to listen to the birds or socialize on a summers’ eve. Enjoy a game of corn hole in the front yard on the spacious front lawn.

The second level has a Master bedroom (Queen) with en-suite full bath and a private slider access to sundeck overlooking the Narrow River entry to Narragansett Bay. Two additional bedrooms and a full bath complete the second level. The South bedroom (Queen) has a dresser and comfy chair. The Middle bedroom (Double) is adorned with a jungle animal theme in its accessories.

On the third level, relax in a second family room with a brick fireplace, cathedral ceiling, covered deck, reading nook. Off to the side is the North bedroom (Queen) with a Zen-like atmosphere. A full bath (with washer & dryer) is off to the side of the third level living room/bedroom; perfect for added privacy and multi-generational families. The living room has 2 couches, one with a pullout double sofa, giving the house a 10 + 2 sleeping space.

The ground level bedroom (Queen) with large picture window and adjacent multi-purpose/game room is ideal for casual entertainment. Desk top and book case (with books for your reading) and a 2nd picture window make this house entryway a first stop.

Your completely furnished home has central AC when needed, or try the open windows and ceiling fans.

We usually go to the Jersey shore. This summer, a wedding brought us to the Narragansett area and this property. Plenty of room with privacy when you wanted that. Well laid out kitchen, two big open-spaced rooms (with big flat panels). Close to good restaurants and excellent beaches. The owners and property manager were easy to work with and the residence was a cream puff. 5*

This home was great for three small families as we each had our own bathroom. Location is great. Close access to the river to fish and kayak. Our teens loved the ping pong table and corn hole games . Lots of supplies included and the beach chairs and kayaks which were nice quality. Home was very clean. We would definitely stay again.

House was clean. Beds were very comfortable. The twin bed was not a bed just a cot. Television was great with large living area to accommodate nine of us. Plenty of parking. Loved the suite on second floor with balcony to watch the fireworks. Stove and refrigerator were great but definiitely needs new pans. I would recommend this house .

Pluses: The home is in a great location with easy access to beach and amenities. The bathrooms are newly remodeled and very nice. The main living area was comfortable and spacious. Minuses: The home is older and had a musty smell, the beds were old and uncomfortable, sheets were not provided, the comforters and blankets were stained and poor quality. The bedrooms were minimally decorated and not very welcoming. The air conditioning did not work well and we struggled with keeping the house cool.

All of us really enjoyed the house. It was very well equipped ans we had no issues. The beach was within walking distance. Narragansett was very lovely. If you go, make sure to have some Brickly’s ice cream!

We had a ball- the location was perfect! The house was the perfect size for 8 adults- everyone had space to themselves! House is fully stocked for vacation fun! Our only suggestion would be moving the firepit downstairs so everyone can enjoy it- seating is limited on the deck where it currently is.

The house was a great size for our needs. Loved the location and area. The kitchen was well stocked. Furniture in the main living area was dirty and needs to be replaced. Overall, needs some TLC for sure. The lower level had an odor and the carpet was disgusting. All and all it is a fine home and a great size for families but needs some replacements and paint to improve.
