Apartamento limpio, bien situado pero pequeño

Limpio y la ubicación

Para ser un apartamento de 4 (éramos 3 y lo cogí más grande) es pequeño, dos camas pequeñas y un sofá para uno. Además , la reserva me obligó a hacerla con desayuno aunque no lo quisiera

Die Lage war gut.

- z. T. unfreundliches Personal - Studio war nicht sauber - Küche lies ein Kochen nicht zu (Töpfe passten nicht zur Herdgrösse, dauerte ca. 20 Minuten bis Wasser gekocht hatte)

Un poco decepcionante por la comida.

Me ha gustado la habitación, porque era como un apartamento con microondas, nevera y fuegos para cocinar. Me gustó que tuviera bidet, porque nosotros lo usamos mucho, es imprescindible para nosotros.

La habitación estaba bastante vieja, el baño muy antiguo, sólo una pequeña pica rajada y con el grifo que se movía, sin un toallero ni siquiera para colgar la toalla, ni repisas ni estanterías para dejar el neceser. No había secador (yo no me llevé, porque pensé que tendría), Las camas eran un poco incómodas. Había un sofá y tenía un agujero de estar quemado por tabaco. Poca variedad de comida y todos los días más o menos lo mismo, hemos ido a otros hoteles de 3 estrellas y por lo menos la comida era más variada.

Good family value hotel.

Just a good basic Spanish aparthotel. If you want the 5 star experience this isn't for you, but if you like value for a wide ranging family holiday this is perfect for you. Lots of activities/games for the kids to keep them occupied day and night. Evening entertainment is cheesy but fun. A typical breakfast that you would find in most Spanish/English catered hotels. Salou is not cheap to eat out and beer is €3.50-€4 euros a pint everywhere so the upgrade offer of €25 a day per 12+ for all inclusive is great value. Able to change money at a competitive rate at reception daily.

Pool over crowded at times and the beds a bit hard. Doors on apartments don't close easily. We stayed in room 238 09-14th July and were woken morning and night by the 2 Irish couples staying next to us slamming doors.....don't they close doors consideratly in Ireland?

Big room. Was everything I needed in the appartement. Just perfecto.

Balcony was a bit desperate and this is the 3rd year in a row where I booked inter 2 but was sent across to the other apartments again. Very annoying

I liked my apartment, it was a nice size and very comfortable. The location was also great. I feel like this could be a lovely place to stay in the right circumstances (explain more below)

I would score the property higher - probably an 8 or 9 - if it wasn’t for a few things. The first thing was that I arrived on Sunday to find reception closed at around 5pm. I had emailed a couple of times prior to my arrival on booking and not had a single response. While there was a number to call in this situation and someone arrived quickly, it wasn’t needed after a long day travelling. Second, the last few nights I was there it coincided with a sports event where thousands of children flocked the city. Unfortunately many of the rooms surrounding me were filled with the children who were loud until the early hours and it seemed no staff were around (or didn’t care) how loud they were. This meant I didn’t get good sleep for a few days. The same children were playing with a bouncy ball in the reception at times and staff said nothing - I almost got hit with the ball several times. Third, the painting of the elevators meant these were out of service for a few days. This unfortunately meant that those on higher floors had no option but to use the stairs. I am unsure why this took more than a day. Lastly, the cleaners were very nice and helpful when I saw them but it didn’t seem like they came everyday. It also seems that my bed sheets were not changed once in my week stay. I was however given new towels every couple of days.
