Très agréable

Gentillesse et Disponibilité du personnel au TOP. Déjeuner : bon et avec du choix ( sucré /salé ) Hôtel très calme, nous avons pu nous reposer.

( Sd bain :Manque de serviettes de toilettes et tapis ) Douche: le pommeau de douche très grosse fuite !!!!mais la petite douchette fonctionné . Nous l’avons signalé de suite, personnel à l’écoute. Petite chambre, pas de places pour nos deux grandes valises !!!

Très appréciable pour le personnel, la propreté et confort moins pour la taille des chambres pour 2.

Tout le personnel, poli, gentil, serviable. Ils ont toutes et tous répondus à mes besoins et attentes avec le sourire. La Literie est confortable. L'accessibilité de l'hôtel.

Le nombre de place du parking, certes beaucoup de place pour se garer à proximité mais hors parking surveillé de l'hôtel. Chambre et salle de bain un peu exigües que ce soit en deux lits simples séparés ou en lit double.

Ne vaut pas 140€. Déçus.

La gentillesse du personnel qui nous a accueilli à 21h. La piscine.

Nous sommes rentrés à 2:30 du matin. Nous avons dû sonner pendant plus de 20 min avant que le personnel de nuit nous ouvre, même pas d’excuse une fois le portail ouvert. Énormément de bruit dans l’hôtel. La porte de la chambre ne fermée pas à clé. Pas très rassurant. La moquette au sol pas très hygiénique. Le lit était très dur, pas confortable. La chambre très petite. Il faisait très chaud et la clim pas très froide. La salle de bain minuscule. Pas d’eau chaude. Le ménage est à revoir, beaucoup de poussière. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner à 9:30, lorsque nous sommes arrivés le buffet était quasiment vide. Les croissants et pains au chocolat surgelés. La patronne très intrusive « prenez ça et ça et ça puis oh regarde un plateau ».

Terroble sleep due to loud ventilation noise

It was an affordable option with free parking near the city (if you have a car) but it was not worth the poor night sleep

The room ventilation was making a loud noticeable noise. We talked to the reception and they said they were aware of it but couldn't do anything. The did not try rectify the situation by changing us rooms or offer any other sort of compensation for it(free breakfast or something) . We slept terribly and cannot recommend this place.

Worst hotel stay I have ever had

Location near parc expo was good. Close to eating and shopping. Quiet side street. Staff friendly and trying to help with issues

Stained bed linen, stained pillow case, stained and worn blanket, leaking shower and bathroom sink, people trying to enter room at midnight, breakfast below expectations, heater not functioning, had to pay nearly full price for this awful hotel stay

Exactly what we needed.

We have stayed at the hotel on many occasions and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. We have asked for a ground floor room and always have been able to have one every time.

The hotel is under renovation. Enough said.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but that's all.

The warning about renovation works should have been placed in big red letters on the hotel's booking page, not hidden somewhere in the photos. The ground floor of the hotel is a total mess and I would not have booked it if I had known about the renovation works. The room was tiny and not very clean.

The Hotel is good value for the money, and ideally situated for visiting the surrounding areas

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful regarding how to get into town, buses etc . It was very clean, and the room made up each day. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we were up and out to make the most of our stay.

The room was a little too small for us. The bathroom although clean and modern, was very small, and there was nowhere to hang our wet towels, not even the hand towel. We made the mistake of parking under the trees one night, only to find it covered in bird poo the next day!

Definitely not a 3 stars hotel

Holes in thé blankets, staff is not very nice, cleaning lady came 3 time BEFORE the checkout time to clean the room, the parking was full in the evening... so, not a pleasant stay, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Also, it is definitely 2 stars hotel, not 3, as indicated.

Secure parking, cozy new room, quiet and clean hotel right off the highway.

We booked this hotel fifteen minutes before arrival and was surprised at the cost to value presented. The room was very clean and cozy, lots of outlets for device charging, and a new looking bathroom. There was gated parking as well.

Good for an overnight stay

We stopped by on our way to Spain, location is convenient, close to the A9, easy to access and close to a commercial area. The hotel is simple but the staff is pretty nice
