Our family really enjoyed our stayed and would absolutely recommend it to friends and family. Our children (ages 3 and 4) loved the pool. The beach was beautiful and clean. The condos location was very convenient to activities, restaurants, and shopping.

Overall fantastic stay. Very clean place right on the beach. Great indoor pool and outdoor lazy river. Bring your own pillows/blankets if you want some extra. If you book through VRBO, etc., be aware that you will have to pay ~$55.00 per parking pass. We squeezed all of our people into three vehicles. Apparently I misread that two parking passes were included, so I paid ~$165 for three parking passes on top of renting the place. That was the only extra thing I had to pay for though.

Our condo was clean and spacious and perfect for us and our children and grandchildren. The pool area was fun with the curved slides and lazy river, and we had easy access to the beach. We would highly recommend this facility. 😀

Definitely bring extra blankets with you if you plan on having a cozy movie night on the couch because they don’t have any extras. But the condo was beautiful and very clean!

There was a maintenance issue. Some kind of strange banging noise in the wall behind the master bed. Explained that to them and a maintenance worker was suppose to come. The first time I was not in the room but according to the text he was there 5 minutes and left. I reported that it hadn’t been fixed and maintenance never returned. Checked out early because the noise was so bad we couldn’t sleep. Requested a refund for the last night and nothing was ever done.

The condo did not disappoint. We were searching for somewhere so we didnt feel like we were on top of each other and this one was very spacious and it had amazing views.

Nice vacation condo that met our needs. The lazy river, slide, and splash pad were a hit. The condo was nice size and overall clean. The sofa and chairs are pretty worn but we put a sheet over them to be more comfortable when sitting on them.

The condo was well decorated and looked exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable. We liked the lazy river and splash pad. The floors were dirty and made my infants knees and tops of his feet black when we first arrived. There was also only one dish towel.

The condo and property amenities are excellent and in a great location. Our grandchildren especially loved the pool area and slide! My only negative comment would be that Phoenix OB II has almost doubled their rates since last summer. Also, the $55 per car for parking passes is ridiculous! Otherwise, we had a great family vacation.

This condo has an incredible layout. My husband and I brought 5 teenage girls and 4 college girls. Our daughters and their friends loved it. Open concept and beautiful and spacious balcony was great. The wet bar with ice machine was great to always have iced drinks available. Beds/baths spacious and 6th floor parking great for no elevator wait to load/unload car. The amenities are wonderful and we will definitely stay again. I will say since this unit was new, there were not a lot of extra kitchen items- no wine glasses, limited serving bowls, pots/pans, no keurig and no tea kettle. If you plan to cook a lot, bring some of that with you. Otherwise, the place is really amazing!! Highly recommend it!

We were there when Ida hit Louisiana. We stayed in Phoenix Orange Beach II #604. And even though the beach closed on Saturday, we were still able to use the indoor pool and hot tub and really enjoyed ourselves. However, there was a maintenance issue that I felt the property managers could have handled better. I have rented thru Liquid Life a few times and had not experienced this. Sunday night, there was a noise that appeared to be coming from the inner wall of the master bedroom. Initially it was intermittent then constant starting about 1 or 2am to the point that I could not sleep. I called and sent an email. I then called again about 8am. Security came by that morning and heard it but no one followed up or addressed it. When I mentioned it to the rep at checkout on Tuesday, her comment was that she would write it down.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo was amazing!! The 6th floor was perfect and overlooked the Gulf and the lazy river. Perfect for our family! We loved how it was clean, spacious and the decor was beautiful. We called the management company because we did not have an ironing board (yes we iron on vacation !!) and you responded quickly by bringing us one.
