Our condo is perfectly situated on the 22nd floor coveted East corner with incredible panoramic views of both the Pass and the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 58" SMART TV in the master, and a 58" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd , 2 queen beds in both the 3rd and 4th bedrooms and along with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 14.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

We stayed at Phoenix OB II, Unit 2205 and it was great! We had 13 family members in our group and had plenty of room for everyone. We did bring 2 inflatable twin beds for our littles and worked perfectly. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Beachfront and sitting on the large balcony was so peaceful and relaxing! The pools and slide and lazy river was awesome! We all enjoyed it! We love Orange Beach and will be back! ❤️

Our Christmas week was filled with special memories. The view was awesome overlooking the gulf, the bay, and the pass. The condo met all our needs and was very comfortable. It was tastefully decorated with warm beach colors. We have to purchase a dust pan, a swifter, and cutting board as there was none of these items. TOur feet were black from walking on the floor. Not sure if this was from tracking in or from not being mopped. Swifter did the trick.

We had never stayed in Orange Beach before. We had stayed in a Phoenix property before. The condo was beautiful and the location perfect. My grandkids loved the lazy river and pool and slide. We had great weather! Due to jellyfish in the water we didn’t go to the beach much and stayed at pool. As far as the property several suggestions:More kitchen hand towels, perhaps including dishwashing liquid for automatic dishwasher and something like Dawn for pots and pans would be a nice perk. Also trash bags too for your week long stay. There was no broom for sweeping the floor so we bought one (call us neat freaks).

The rooms were beautiful and spacious, and the view was gorgeous! All of the appliances worked well, and the kitchen was well stocked. It would have been nice, however, if the floors had been mopped and if the toilet tissue had been a better quality. Other than those two things, we were extremely happy with the condo.

Stunning unit We enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of room for all. Kids loved the lazy river along with the beach.
Only negative comment is the refrigerator produce/meat drawers were broken and difficult to use. Refrigerator kept things cool but not cold.
We would stay again in a heartbeat!

There were 6 of us there. Loved the location and the pool. The kitchen is lacking in basics...pot holders, cutting board, dishwasher doesn’t dry. Blankets needed to be washed. Some had blood stains them! Not sure sheets were clean cause certain pillow cases were smelling with perfume. Windows with handprints and smears. Just a worn out apartment that needs a bunch of work. Great view from the 22nd floor.

13 of us. Each family had their own room which was perfect. Views were awesome. Grandkids loved all the pools indoor and outdoor, lazy river was fantastic and of course the slide was a hit. Easy check in and out. Would definitely do it again!

Best condo yet for our family. The view is amazing. Balcony had a nice breeze, never hot. Very easy check-in. Location was perfect. Great distance for walking across the bridge. Across from donuts, liquor store and Shrimp Basket. Condo was very clean, perfect sleeping arrangements. Lazy river is a must. Refreshing to chill in after coming off the beach. Chair rentals are easy and a nice perk to have. You can't go wrong staying in this condo.

Cleanliness of floors, sheets and decking left a whole lot to be desired! Very disappointed! With what was paid for
This rental the property should have been in tip top shape yet the floors turned our feet black, stains from a drink were on the decking and the bedsheets had sand and stains on/in them !

Spectacular view | Immaculately clean
Loved everything about this condo...especially the corner unit with views of the Gulf and the intracoastal waterway. The extra-spacious deck with a dining table is a plus over most condos. The building is a cinch to navigate with four fast elevators, easy access to the pool and beach, and a bathroom at the pool level--an advantage over many other properties. We will be back.

Wonderful beach vacation
The condo was perfect and spacious! The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook for our family of 9. It was so nice to float in the lazy River after a long day at the beach. The teens used the work out room every day! Initially, I was hesitant about being so high up on the 22nd floor… but the elevator rides were very quick and the views were amazing!! There are shopping carts on the lower floors, making the trips to grocery and unpacking the car so easy! I would definitely stay in this condo again! Perfect beach vacation!!

Wow! What an amazing place. It far exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in a lot of rental places and this one far exceed them all. Even with the weather forecast being rain most of the time during our visit the living arrangements made you forget all about that. The condo was clean, quiet and relaxing. The property management was very courteous and responded to our one request almost the same time that asked. We highly recommend this place and most likely will be using it again! With roots in Northern Alabama, and being stationed at Kessler AFB, MS, we knew nothing about Orange Beach, Alabama. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely vacation there again!
