Amazing place, AMAZING host

What a beautiful place! Highly recommend it if you're visiting Siena and just want to get away from all the noise and truly experience Tuscany. The host is absolutely the best, he makes you feel as if you're visiting a friend's house. The rooms are clean, roomy and really beautiful and the location is just amazing (my only suggestion would be to add a door to the bedroom for some privacy). Highly recommend getting a bottle of wine at sunset and take in the views.

The best place

Edmondo the host was super nice ! and welcomed us at the apartment, showed us around and helped us plan our trip. The apartment was perfect. Very clean, everything is new (we thought we are the first visitors) and in a very high class. Very beautiful garden and view! We definitely recommend to our friends!

Great relaxing stay on the outskirts of Siena

Quiet and secluded farmhouse yet within easy reach of Siena by car or taxi (which costs about 10€ from the city centre). We got a full size self contained apartment on the top floor which was fully furnished to ensure a comfortable stay. The place is super quiet (best sleep I've had in years as a big city dweller), there are fantastic views over the olive groves, vineyards and Tuscan hills as well as a sweet and friendly cat called Mira who kept us company while sipping some Amarone in the garden. The owner was also nice and helpful, and he kindly agreed to turn on the heating ahead of time for us.

I wish we had stayed for more than one night as it was such a beautiful location! very relaxing.

Stunning setting, very kind host and a relaxing place to be.

It's a little far out of the city centre but still walkable or you can get a taxi for about 10 euros.

This place was the nicest accomodation we had in Tuscany! The apartment was stylish, perfectly clean and huge. Our host made us homemade pesto pasta for dinner, which was delicious! The area is beautiful and you can go for a nice stroll around.

Edmondo and his place are perfection!

Edmondo, the host was delightful from start to finish. He was very flexible with our arrival time, met us with the keys and carried our bags to the apartment. The accommodation was spotless, spacious and well designed. The finishes were luxe and the bed/pillows extremely comfy. The Wi-Fi was fast, the smart TV and coffee machine were also a great addition. The weather wasn't great during our visit so unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of the great outdoor space, but the views were fantastic from inside too.

No complaints other than we wish we could have stayed for longer! One thing to note is that the road to the accommodation is narrow, I do not remember seeing this of this during booking (but I could be wrong), personally it was not an issue and access is definitely manageable if you drive slowly. Do not let this put you off! The path only sends you further into the beautiful hills that give Edmondo's place that secluded, special feeling with spectacular views.

We spent 6 nights at this beautiful place, right outside of Siena but you would never know it as it is so quiet and peaceful. The outdoor area is beautiful with lovely views of the area. We loved eating our breakfast and drinking our morning coffee out there. The apartment itself was very clean, had a well equipped kitchen and everything was modern and of a high standard. Edmondo is a wonderful warm host who made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable, he really goes above and beyond for his guests! The place is situated in a convenient and central location for exploring all the beautiful villages, towns and wineries Tuscany has to offer. We loved everything about our stay!

A hidden gem among the olive trees

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The location is perfect, hidden among the olives trees, just a 5 minute drive from Siena. The apartment was perfect: comfortable, stylish, super clean and the view was incredible! You can definitely tell that Edmondo, the owner, has eye for detail. The only thing we missed was.. a pair of scissors, haha! Honestly, don't doubt, book straight away and you'll probably stay longer than expected. Thank you Edmondo for our lovely stay, great talks and hospitality: you made us feel so welcome and at home. We wish you all the best and hope to come back soon!

The apartment's location is absolutely beautiful, it gives you a "like in a movie" feeling. Everything was perfect, clean, comfortable and super organized. The owner is a really friendly and nice person, the welcoming was warm as well as every day with him, he makes sure you've got everything you want. He even gave us some tips where to go and what to see, was really helpful. Definitely rate the whole experience a 10/10, recommand it to everyone!! For last but not least, their home-made pesto pasta is the best, must try it! (oh, and it's gonna be hard to live without it after:D).

The place is a lot better than what you see on the photos, which is rare. The apartment was spacious and, most importantly, spotless! Kitchen well equipped and very considerate for all needs. The host even picked a bouquet of fresh herbs and placed them in a glass as a decor in the kitchen. Very classy. Loved everything in that place!

Beautiful Villa in the Tuscan Hills

Amazing little villa, not far from Siena and Florence, set in a breathtaking scenery. The apartment is super comfortable, equipped with all and any appliances you may need. The host has his own wine cellar which offers a range of different wines that you can sip in the patio overlooking the Tuscan hills. The cherry on top was the host, Edmondo is extremely attentive and spoils his guest with small gestures which make a difference: for example the coffee and chat with him before we left was an absolute treat. Thank you Edmondo, we will definitely see you soon!

Excellent and relaxing stay in a beautiful surroundings.

Edmundo is a wonderful and very helful host. We were warmly welcomed and we immediately felt at home. Edmundo made also our arrival by car easy. The suit was very clean and very well arranged, beautifully decorated with great attention to details. Great location with a beautiful view. In the evening, we had a nice bottle of Tuscan wine on the terrace, accompanied by cicadas concert. It was a pity to leave. Edmundo, we'll come back again for more....

Beautiful. Top level apartment and hospitality.

Where to start? Thank you Edmondo for your hospitality. We absolutely loved the place. Location was ideal for Siena and the surrounding area. The apartment was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. Thoughtful touches had been put into the amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms, and Edmondo even offered to do our laundry for us when we asked about local facilities to wash some clothes. Sitting outside, glass of wine, the view over the Tuscany countryside... perfect.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and organized. The kitchen was well equiped and has everything you need. The rest of the apartment was amaizing, nicely decorated. The garden, which we had access to anytime was great and the nature surrounding the house was very beautiful. It is very quiet and peaceful. Edmundo is an amaizing host, very kind and makes this experience even more pleasant. Makes you feel like you are staying at your own house. We would definitely like to return and stay longer.

Tuscany beauty at its finest!!

The apartment is located in a fantastic and very silent area with a great view of Tuscany countryside. It’s 5 min away from Siena centre too so you can get there easily! The room are super nice clean and big! Edmondo, the host is a fantastic person and he gave us a lot of info and recommendations! Definitely TOP place to stay!

A piece of Tuscany

The place is special. You are within 7 min driving to the city but still in the heart of the countryside of Tuscany. A wonderfull place, where you can enjoy silence and fresh air alltogheter with a magnificent view of what we all project in our mind that represent Tuscany. The apartment is very well equipped, and very clean. Details are making the difference and Ed is carefully taking care of all. An excellent time spend in a place that made our holiday special! Hopefully we will be able to return!
