We couldn't have been any happier with our stay here. It was clean and provided us with everything we needed to have a great stay. What truly made our stay was the host, Davin. He communicated with us throughout our stay and provided us with assistance with luggage and recommendations in the area. I'm a planner so when he sent us the guide with details on access, restaurants, things to do, I was in heaven. The apartment was styled so cute and it was in great proximity to everything we wanted to do. I hope that we were just as great to him with taking care of his place as he was to us. Thank you again, Davin. It was a pleasure being your guest.

Great place very close to campus and some good restaurants and shops. Have to visit Insomnia Cookies! Host is very responsive and communicative. Place is very clean and comfortable. Love not having a key to get in and out. Very good instructions. And very nicely decorated. Highly recommend this property. It is the nicest place we have stayed.

It should have been in the listing that there were 16 stairs to get up to this property. I have a bad knee and trying to lug 50 pound suitcases up all those stairs was terrible. It was fairly clean but very noisy. You could hear traffic all night and it was hard to sleep. There was a big metal gate surrounding the apartment building and you needed a code to walk into the gate. There was only three forks to use which we found very odd. We went out and bought plastic silverware. There is no ice maker, but are a few ice cube trays. Beds were hard if you like a hard mattress, some do. May want to leave a memory foam topper in the closet for people who do not like hard beds? There were no wash clothes to shower with so make sure you bring your own. I would also invest in a new roku remote as it is very touchy. They are cheap on Amazon. The owner came over the 1st full day to check on us and introduce himself which was nice. Very nice guy.

We rented this home for 3 days for a class visto Baylor. It was extremely clean and well-equipped, and the location was great to get to Baylor quickly. I can't recommend this stay enough. I am sure that I will return over the next two years as I complete my degree. Thanks for sharing this charming home!

This was the perfect place to stay when visiting Baylor. I dropped my daughter off for line camp and stayed here for the week. I felt like I was at home - everything was set up so nicely and there were secured parking spaces which made it really easy. I love that there were spices and coffee/tea already there. And it’s walking distance from my favorite place - Cupp’s!!!!

The property was as described and the host, Davin, was very attentive and quick to communicate. The neighborhood isn't much to look at, but there is a park close by for littles, it was quiet at night, and the gate around the units made us feel safe. My kids were also very entertained by all the eclectic artwork in the apartment!
