Boa opção de custo para primeira viagem a Punta Cana

Apartamento bem espaçoso, maior do que eu imaginava. Isso proporcionou privacidade que nós precisávamos. Beira de bela praia, conforme a foto com guarda sol e espreguiçadeira de boa qualidade. Tem pessoa responsável pela segurança. (não tem bar na praia privada) Preço da comida no restaurante era melhor do que os demais. O apartamento dispunha de suprimentos suficientes para o início da hospedagem.

1. Assim que chegamos, fomos recebidos por uma barata grande no armário da cozinha. 2. Valor extra de 50 dólares que apareceu na fatura do cartão, que não estava na cotação do booking. 3. Alto preço da luz, 87 dólares para 6 noites. Eu entendo cobrar a eletricidade a parte, mas achei o valor bem alto, não achei a forma do cobrança clara e transparente. 4. Para o mês da nossa visita, 05/2024, a quantidade de algas na praia de Bavaro é muito grande. Problema de todos os hotéis da região, mas mesmo assim algo a que se considerar visto que esse é o atividade principal desse condomínio.

Le personnel pas aimable , le logement est indiqué pour 4 personnes mais il n’y a qu’un grand lit et un canapé lit inutilisable pour dormir car inconfortable, douche bouchée avec l’eau qui reflue

Top lokatie en de beste als je niet van drukke resorts houdt !!

De lokatie van de appartementen is fantastisch , aan het strand en op loopafstand van winkel bars restaurants. Het zwembad is prachtig en schoon met goede ligbedden. Het personeel.is vriendelijk en helpt met alles. We komen graag nog eens terug

Excellent value and great place to stay for an alternative to all inclusive.

The location is unmatched and the beach front was the best around. Pool was nice and not too many kids kept it quiet. It’s also well located to restaurants, markets, and bars in the area. Romeo was very helpful and booked our excursions for us.

Room could use updating and food and the pool bar was not good.

Une bonne adresse mais ne pas prendre les chambres du rez de chaussée

Les espaces extérieurs sont extraordinaires. La piscine est grande et il y a toujours eu des transats disponibles. Le restaurant de la piscine a une large amplitude horaire. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil. Nous n’avons pas eu de chance car d’autres appartements sont bien mieux équipés et plus confortable.

L’appartement était ridiculement petit même pour 2 personnes. Les « équipements » cuisine étaient sales. La salle de bain était en piteux état. La literie était en mauvais état également. Tous les services en plus sont payants (y compris le papier toilette).

Tout était génial, de l’accueil à l’emplacement, Roméo sur place nous a été d’une grande aide concernant l’organisation des excursions et l’établissement en lui même, nous tenons d’ailleurs à lui remercier pour son aide.

Definitely going back for a longer stay!

Location is great, nice long beach, everything close by! Apartment is nice and spacious.

Inside is not so fresh with just windows open, AC is a must. However you might not end up inside for the whole trip!

Very good place to go for a short stay.

Location is very good. Close to restaurants and the beach.

Air conditioning is only in bedrooms. Needs to be in the family room too. Also mosquitoes are abundant.

frustrating as the ad did not match what we experienced

The hotel is literally on the beach and that was the most positive point. There is a restaurant inside the hotel that has very good food and the restaurant staff are very sweet. The architecture and the pool are very beautiful, very Caribbean.

It is not explicit in the hotel description but it is a place where apartments are rented within a complex with a swimming pool and restaurant. Because I was traveling with my mother, totaling 2 people, we stayed in a terrible room, very small, without a window, and with only one bathroom and an area in front of the room that faced the parking lot. When I booked the room, it had beautiful photos of the apartments and mentioned a private pool and furniture in the kitchen, however, when I landed in punta cana, booking.com released the photos of the room that they had placed for us, and they had not been made available before (otherwise, I would have canceled at the time). Also, it is not mentioned either but you are charged 35 USD when you arrive at the hotel for energy consumption. A $100 damage deposit is also mentioned. The room is only cleaned before you arrive, if you need an extra cleaning while there, you need to pay (around 20 USD). The employees are very rude on whatsapp and when you need additional information. Also, we didn't have wifi in the room on ANY of the days we stayed there. It was a very bad experience both with the hotel and with Booking.com for letting places like this make misleading ad offers. To make matters worse, the beach is not beautiful and we caught seaweed. We were informed that there is sargassum all year round there.

Exceptional

The place was beautifully located, loved the little restaurant on the pool deck. The apartment was spacious and great view.

The water went off at 10pm and came back on at 6am while repairs were being done. We weren't told about this ahead of time. Otherwise, everyone was amazing and helpful. Romeo and his team were great. It was well worth the money.

Mostly good but could use some improvements

The location was great. The beds were very comfy. The restaurant had great food and service. We loved the pool also.

There were mosquitos in the condo the whole time. The water barely got hot. There should be trash bags for people who don't want to pay for the expensive cleaning service each day to bag up their own trash.

The beach view location was perfect, the local pool was also very good, the apartment was big with a nice kitchen and balcony overlooking the beqch

Safety box locked by previous guest and the key to open it was not found The cooker was not working, the staff only got it going litteraly the moment we were leaving, where the gas had to be left on for a long time before it would light Had to pay 3750 pesos more for electricity, even thought I was careful not to use too much AC The location is perfect, and the apartment is big. My big concern is that every meal has to be bough or cooked with food from the overpriced mini Market, the restaurants locally are very nice but expect to pay European prices, an old English couple were amazed at their expensive bill, I checked it for them (as it was in Spanish), they were charged over 60 dollars for a portion of crabs, which put the total bill very high. I delighted payed a few grand (Euros) on just eating out, so next time I think an All inclusive might be better, a bit more expensive upfront but longterm much cheaper The staff were very nice by the way and the security was very good.

Staff is very friendly, helpful and answer quickly to any question or issue! Apartment was big and had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Nice view to the pool. Our apartment had been recently renovated so everything was kind of new and all was clean. Beach is 1min walking.

We didn't have the apartment we booked, we paid more to have a sea view but got the pool view instead. The pool was closed, even though they told us that we needed to wait 2 days for it to open. I guess the renovation took longer than expected. One of our AC didn't work but they tried to repair it, it wasn't a big deal because the other AC was functioning well. The closest beach was full of algae, you can't swin. This part is not cleaned. We had to walk 20-30min to find a part of the beach that was cleaned everyday by other hotels.
