We were in town for a softball tournament. The accommodations were fantastic. Clean, beautiful and close to everything. Rooms were big and having a washer/dryer and hang out space was great. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Everything was wonderful, we plan on staying here everytime we come to see our grandson. It was clean, comfy and only five minutes from everything we needed. Great place. Thank you so much for allowing us the use of your home. It was great.

I'm a property manager, I stayed a week! from my experience it would be helpful especially people that come far to have more necessities. to be left extra things not just 1 or none! And beach chairs would have been nice. The place could be a little cleaner. but overall, I would recommend staying here

The condo is very confortable. We liked the fact that the River Oak golf course was so close and the heated inside pool just across the parking lot. We had a good time. The owner was very helpful.

Unit provided everything we needed. Location was acceptable. Everything in unit worked. However master shower/tub needs a new control and and a stopper for bath tub

We were to travel in Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island, but the hurricane Fiona changed our plans and we went south from. Maine instead. Our Myrtle Beach stay was unexpected and really. nice. This condo fit nicely into our changed plans.

Appliances & utensils were good. Outdoor pool was closed due to a condo fire. Indoor was not open yet (October). Disappointing. Called about other issues with a harassing neighbor & no call back as promised.

We traveled to Myrtle for a CCU football game. This location was a very convenient location in Myrtle. The condo was clean and well appointed. Nicely decorated and we enjoyed the nice golf course view every morning. The king bed was comfortable, and we didn't use the other beds. We would definitely rent again if available.

The condo was as advertised. Well stocked, clean and convenient to Grand Park Athletic Complex (<15 min drive). My son was even able to fish a bit in the ponds/creeks which was a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very close to everything we wanted to do. Enjoyed the pool time, was pretty quiet most days. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. Kitchen had everything we needed, washer and dryer was a great size. Check in was easy. Thanks!!

Enjoyed our time here, for the most part. Property was clean, but finding address and check-in instructions was a bit strange - had to sort through a few different emails, then make an account on the company's website that this unit is managed by, and then also received updated check-in information via text from the unit owner (who was very responsive). Just a lot to sort through. Property was clean enough for my taste, though my wife was pretty unhappy with the bathroom floors and baseboards. Different standards, I guess. Unit very clean otherwise. Our only issue was with the neighbor in the unit below, who on multiple occasions aggressively banged in the ceiling with that I imagine was a broom handle, when she heard noise above. I can assure you that we were not noisy guests - it was myself, my wife, and our 20 lb toddler, none of whom make much noise. The first jolt from below came mid-day. The second, more aggressive series of banging, came later at night, when my wife and I were whispering so as not to wake our baby sleeping in the 2nd bedroom. The whole experience was unnerving for my wife, and just weird, if you ask me. If you're the type of group that likes to hang out later into the night and make even a normal amount of noise, this one might not be for you.

This condo is actually our neighbor’s condo and we were glad he posted that it was available. It was clean, modern and the perfect size for our family. It was located right across from the indoor pool which we visited daily. It’s conveniently located near all the hot spots- boardwalk, beach, outlets, Broadway, restaurants etc. We would definitely recommend this condo to our family and friends.

The condo is gorgeous and relaxing. We loved the view of the grass and golf course from the screened porch. It is very clean and beautifully furnished. We did not cook but the kitchen looks well furnished and the appliances are clean and newer. The bed was very comfortable. And it across from the indoor pool which is nice.
