Redelijk aangenaam voor een kort verblijf.

Ligging was leuk direct aan zee. Personeel was erg aardig.

Badkamer middelmatig en aan renovatie toe. Smal bad met hand douche en douche gordijn. Kranen aangeslagen en tevens tegeltjes. Matrassen erg hard en de toplaag verschoof. Kussen hard. Stoeltjes op balkon waren ook aan vervanging toe en zaten absoluut niet goed. Parasols aan zwembad waren stuk, ook te klein en er stonden er te weinig. Geen schaduw dus.

Nu m aș mai întoarce

Ca era aproape de centru

Nu există parcare. Maxim 4-5 mașini. Piscina e mereu plină, oameni nu se dezlipeau de ea. Micul de jun foarte plictisitor, aceleași preparate o săptămână la rând . Multă gălăgie de la stradă, auzi orice sunet .

Exceptional

The best i liked is the ospitality. All the staff members are great. It was my friends birthday in one of the days and the pretty young lady from the bar helped me ordering a cake with candles and everything. They are ready to help you with anything you request. The breakfast was good, the swimming pool area is very nice and the location is in a good position. Personally a recommend this place for couples and families because of the peacefully atmosphere.

Maybe a little problem is that ,in the shower, the water is from the sea and is salty.

Perfect! exceeded my expectations excellent value for money

The location was really good just at the end of the main Argasi strip. Near to amenities but not too loud to be bothersome. Beautiful view of the sea and the pool. Nice and quiet with plenty of bed availability. Breakfast was included. There were lots of the usual options, jams, yoghurts, cakes, pastries, toast and fruit. There are eggs bacon, mushroom beans etc...for those wanting hot food (don't expect a slap up English breakfast) but they have done well with ingredients they have and the price limitations. Lovely view of the ocean whilst having breakfast. The hotel was very clean and in the room towels and bedding changed every 2 days. The beds were huge and really comfortable. The staff were polite and cheery.

There are no allocated parking spots. Not great for people with disabilities. It can be quite difficult to park outside depending how busy the surrounding area is. The coffee included in the breakfast is like rocket fuel and the tea bags are not brilliant so bring your own. There is no kettle in the room but you can use hot the water in the canteen.

the room is very dirty and full of mold. goods are everywhere. the water from the taps is salty and not even suitable for taking a shower. the bathroom has been flooded since the first day. they promise to fix it, but they never do. help, this is already a long question. breakfast is inedible. the water at the stop is from the tap, which they fill in a balloon with water to make you think it's drinkable. Don't come here if you love your money and your health.

Need more attention to customer satisfaction

We were close to the swimming pool and there was a beautiful see from the balcony where we had breakfast

The room smell of humidity even if we use air condition in de-humidification mode and an additional de-humidification machine. Bathroom with-out window and no possibility to dry towels (we use sunbeds of the pool). For this reason towels had to be changed every day (and not every 2 days as written), I personally discussed about it with staff. Breakfast with few choices of food and many extra costs for beverages

The girl working at the reception was really helpful, i had my wheel down and she called for help. She's so nice and always with a smile. My father too liked the place as well is an very good location. Thanks a lot for everything till the next time

Nothing other than the weather

Half the pool is in the shade and it's half the size it looks in pictures We arrived there and around 1pm in the afternoon so peak time for lunch etc. There was no staff om the pool bar or the bar area upstairs . Due to our concerns A kind couple let us have a look in There room which by the pictures was what supposed to be the same as we had booked and ended up it was tiny and not very nice. Single beds where practically on top of each other. The nearest shop is a good 15 minutes walk and when you walk back its all up hill. Overall location of the property is terrible too and not as described Had to spend our first day moving hotels and even though all of these issues and the dissatisfied custom the hotel has decided to ignore all customers laws and rights and not refunded our money because we didn't take no pictures. How ever we asked to see our room to take some photos as we was concerned to which we was told no. I wasn't going to.leave a bad review but after the way they have dealt with our problems and the aftercare of customes people all need to know just what you are letting yourself into. I am now having to go to court to get my money which I'm legally entitled to get back. Avoid this hotel at all costs !!!!!!! False advertising to the maximum level by booking.com and the hotel

Not happy with my stay at nefeli hotel

The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets got changed every 2-3 days, i also told the cleaner to change my sheets and the towels , the cleaner came to the room just to fix the bed and leave , not change anything unless i told her! Also a day before i was about to leave, the cleaner knock the door and she said you guys have 1 hour to leave cause i have to clean… horrible!!!In none of the hotels i ever been knocked the door to let you know you leaving, also the receptionist was not the best ever, didn’t liked the attitude!!! Other than Zakynthos is an amazing Greek Island to visit.. but my stay in this hotel was not the best!!!!

Fantastic, we loved our stay here.

Nice location next to the sea, fantastic view. Delicious breakfast and cool pool.

In the room, the tv was not working. The breakfast was good, however it was the same every morning. It was quite difficult to park our rented car near the hotel, due to the lack of parking places.

The bathroom had a very bad smell. cleaning service of the room was not well organised. One day, the cleaning staff took our used towels and forgot to put the new ones.

I was hoping this would be a decent 3 star hotel. While it likely remains in this category, ownership needs to invest in

the AC was great, the location had a great view and the pool was nice to come back to once we were done at the beach for the day.

It was ok for the money we’ve paid, but would not go there anymore because of the matress.

We liked the pool. Location was okay because it was quiet and close to Argassi centre. Big fridge in the room.

The matress was horrible. We went on holiday but returned even more exhausted, I haven’t slept on worse bed in my life! I can still feel every spring from that matress. About the breakfast, it was okay but they don’t change anything, not even one thing.. the same food everyday. Bathroom is in need of renovation. They don’t change the towels everyday… The hotel is beachfront but the beach is really not nice there.
