This is a fully stocked, beautifully decorated, brand new home with all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable, fun and memorable.
Enjoy gathering on the outdoor decks with views of the lake, golf course and mountains after a long day at the beach or relax as a family together watching movies in the large theater room, or playing games including billiards, air hockey, table tennis and foosball in the large family friendly game room.
In addition to the Theater room, there is a large screen TV on the main floor, to provide multiple entertainment options. All TV's include YOUTUBE TV subscription for a full range of TV channels, as well as Netflix and PLEX for on demand movies and TV series.

We had 33 people for our reunion and it was amazing that every family was able to have their own room. The house was very clean upon arrival and had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens for everyone. The access to the Ideal Beach club was the cherry on top. We went everyday and enjoyed all the amenities there. The house is nicely decorated and well laid out for large groups. We would stay here again! Quick communication with the hosts was also a plus!

Everything was great. Everyone had a bed to sleep in, and places to park. Nice patio off the kitchen with picnic tables for the kids to eat outside. We used the theater room, and the kids played with all the toys and games.

Great house! More than enough room. Nicely decorated. Plenty of dishes, cooking appliances etc. The game room and theater room were a huge hit the day it was too cold and rainy to go to the lake. The access to ideal beach kinda ruins you for going to the not private portion of the lake. Would recommend!

This property was perfect for my entire, large family. Everyone had lots of fun in the game/theater room. We had plenty of beds & bathrooms for everyone. Jason was very easy to communicate with throughout the process. Would definitely stay here again.

Once again this property did not disappoint. We left a couple of things there, and the owner has arranged for the cleaners to get them to us. He was always quickly responsive if something happened. Our family is already talking about next year (though we may need to rent a second smaller place as we are outgrowing this one with some grandchildren marrying.)
I definitely recommend this property and host.

It was a great time to catch up with family. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, kitchen appliances, dinnerware, and cookware. The manager was great to work with. He answered any questions we had quickly.

The property was excellent and met our families needs. The previous visitors had left the home with a few needed repairs but The hosts were quick to respond and get those taken care of. The home was short of normal supplies like garbage bags, paper towels, etc.. We had a very enjoyable time there.

My family and all our children were accommodated with this beautiful property. We have a large family with lots of children. We had plenty of rooms for sleeping arrangements. The owners went above and beyond to make the place comfortable. The owners were very responsive when we had question and the place was well stalked with everything you need. I would recommend this place to family and friend with large groups. We had a wonderful stay and would like to come again when we come to Bear Lake. Thanks

We really liked this home. Had almost everything we needed. Loved the game room. They also had a high chair and a pack n play. The host was great to work with.
Only drawback was the golf balls that hit the house. We had one car that was hit by a golf ball and an adult.
Suggestion: maybe have a folding table. Also if the net that is suppose to keep golf balls out could be extended with no holes.
We would definitely rent again.

We loved our stay there. They were great to work with and it was bigger than expected. It has a lot of extra perks which was nice (household things). Only con were the beds were slightly uncomfortable.

We stayed here for a family reunion over Labor day weekend we had 22 people with plenty of places to sleep and spread out as well as great activities in the house. The house was sitting up on the bench a few minutes from the lake it was a great quiet spot to go to after the loud crowds around the lake, while also being super close to everything.
When we had questions or concerns the staff was fast to respond and worked hard to resolve our issues. The fire pit for s'mores and theater room were favorites of the kids and teens.

This place was perfect for our family reunion. The amenities were wonderful and we had everything we needed. We loved going to ideal beach resort. Everyone loved the game room and the theater room was wonderful to relax in after a day of playing. I highly recommend this place!

Our large family with children and grandchildren stayed here four nights. It was great. We went to three different beaches, played lots of games, and made good use of the game room.
Kids did crafts at the Ideal Beach Activity Center and some of us played night mini golf. We mostly brought our own games, but the resort had many available, most of them free. Pickle ball was a favorite of the young adults. So was nearby Bridgerland. There is lots to do, and the house provided excellent accommodations for a large group. We hope to come back.

We were very happy with our stay at Sweetwater. The owners were excellent to work with and so kind. We enjoyed staying at this property and would return again!

This home was even better than it seemed in pictures, and accommodated our group of 18, adults and children, very well. The home was very clean when we arrived, the kitchen well stocked, and the kids loved the game room and theater room.
The beds were super comfortable with nice linens and pillows. The deck out back had great views, and we used the backyard for lawn games in the evening.
The home was also minutes away from nice beaches and "downtown", so it was super convenient.
The owners were quick to text back when we had a question about the home.
The only drawback was being so close to the driving range. When there were golfers on the range, we didn't use the deck or backyard, and we had several golf balls end up in the backyard and hit the house despite the large nets protecting the house.
But that wasn't enough of a drawback not to come back! The home was more than accommodating and we loved our time there.

We loved our stay! This location was great and mattresses were really good for sleeping! The owners truly have thought of everything from multiple fridges to extra ice maker, beach towels, beach toys, two washers and dryers, extra blankets, pac-n-play and so much more. The only thing we needed more of was paper towels and Tp!

Great home for family reunion
We loved this home. Plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked. We used the gas grill twice and it cooked our food very quickly. Master bedroom is BIG. Really enjoyed this space.

Bear Lake Vacation
The home is beautiful. It was very clean and quiet for the most part. We did have a golf ball break a window just off the deck so we cleaned up glass. I notified the golf course and they gave me the number for the golf course owner. I called him and left a message. If you want to pursue this it occurred about 3:30 pm on Friday afternoon. Also on Saturday evening when we were trying to enjoy a bbq on the deck there were several golf balls that hit the house.
Other than this incident, we had a wonderful stay. We really appreciate your willingness to share your home with us and hope we left everything in good shape.

Family Get Together
We enjoyed being all together in one location. It was close to town and Bear Lake. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Jason was amazing to work with. Thank you for helping our vacation be a success.

Almost perfect
Fabulous home to stay in for kids and adults alike. Great yard, clean and spacious house. The only drawbacks are the proximity to a driving range and the bar stools. We had several golf balls fly into the yard or hit the house which made us nervous because we had lots of kids playing. The bar stools were not terribly sturdy for kid use. Other than that the place was absolutely wonderful and would definitely book again.

Great Place overall
We used the place for a 30 person family vacation. There were enough rooms for each family unit within our family to have there own room. The place was in great shape and very clean and we had an enjoyable few days staying there.
Pros:
-ice machine in garage
-plenty of space
-fun amenities(pool table, ping pong, fooseball)
-plenty of parking
-very clean
-access to Ideal resort
-landlord was responsive when we reached out
Cons:
-the sound did not work in the theater room and while they were responsive and tried to fix the issue it did not get resolved during our stay so we weren’t able to enjoy that space for a movie(which we had been looking forward too).
-the second refrigerator in the garage worked but it was not very cold, despite the temperature being on the coldest setting.
-a piece of of the patio deck came loose and fell down and almost hit one of our family
members on the head.
-we discovered on our last night a very sharp metal projectile sticking up from divider between the grass and rocks in the back yard.

Room and fun for everyone
We had an excellent stay at the loving Life Bear Lake House. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well appointed and had pretty much everything we needed and more. Having 3 sets of washer/dryers was also a bonus. There were rooms and common areas to accommodate all age groups with lots of fun things to do. The first two days of our stay were cold and very windy, so it was nice that the home had so much to do indoors. The theater room and the game area was a big hit and kept everyone happy while at the house. We also enjoyed time around the beautiful firepit and playing out on the lawn. The Ideal Beach Access Pass was a huge benefit. The beach, grounds, lawn, playground, pools, and facilities are a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend this house. It was the perfect setting for a memorable and fun family reunion.

Very enjoyable vacation home
We had about 22 people with us stay here and everyone had a comfortable bed, plenty of towels and bedding. This home was right on the golf course had a good view and lots to do- pool table, ping pong table, movie theatre room and of course ideal beach access which really was a great way to spend our family reunion.

Gamily vacation at Bear Lake!
We loved this home! It was spotlessly clean & well stocked (except we needed more “T” paper, paper towels & garbage bags). There was plenty of parking for everyone. The view of the golf course from the back deck was nice & we were close to all activities. The game room & movie room were both real hits, the afternoon it rained they kept everyone happily occupied! We had a moose visit in the backyard & became acquainted with the resident salamander🤣. The nights were beautiful & quiet as we enjoyed the pergola & the fire pit. We would definitely recommend this home for a family get together!

Beautiful home! Perfect stay!
This house was perfect for our family reunion of 23 adults and 7 children. It had plenty of of things to keep adults and kids entertained the whole week. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking all our meals and didn’t find it lacking for anything! It was very clean, beautiful, and just about perfect in every way. A couple of minor things we would recommend is to supply just one more roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and one more roll of paper towels. That is being very nit picky because really it was the best vacation rental property we have stayed in. Also, beware of golf balls as the house is right at the end of the driving range. There were three balls that missed the protection net and hit the house. The hosts were very generous, helpful, and quick to communicate with when needed. We would love to come back another time!

Bright, beautiful and so much fun!
We loved this home and it’s bright cheerful ambiance. There were enough rooms and beds to accommodate our large extended family so that we could hangout and play together. The fun downstairs family room with ping pong, pool, and air hockey was a huge hit with the teenagers, and the adults enjoyed the spacious kitchen and movie room. We highly recommend staying at this lovely location.

Beautiful bear lake home.
We went with a group of 35 for a Family reunion, so people of all ages. The home was able to accommodate us all. Beds were decent. They have a good number of extra pillows and blankets, plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked with items. The media room was fun for the kids with lots of comfy chairs. The game room was also great. The owner was very responsive. We told him the AC was having a problem and he had someone out the next day. The deck was perfect in the evening for dinner with picnic tables for extra seating. 5 minutes to the lake.

Great house for a large group
Great house for a large group. Decorated nicely and a well stocked kitchen. The only problem …. the driving range behind the house made it scary to be on the outside deck when golfers were playing. We had a golf ball go between two teenagers while eating dinner and hit the house. We feel so lucky it didn’t hit one of them.

Hot June Stay
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, & pans, and some specialty equipment. Plenty of good towels. Good TV and other electronics. The membership at the Ideal Beach Club was great, with pools, mini golf, horse shoes, etc. However, water craft rental was pricey. Only problem with the house was an undersized air conditioner, so in hot weather, the house is hot until cooling breezes start.
