About this house rental
7 Bedroom 7 Bath home sleeps 23 in Branson. Located in Chateau Mountain, which has an outdoor pool, indoor pool, pickleball court, basketball court, and playground. This home is one of the closest to outdoor amenities - very close walking distance. Lakeview from every level of the home!
This is one of the most custom vacation rentals in Branson. There are so many custom features and upgrades throughout the home we know you will love! 6 bedrooms are ensuites and 7th bedroom has a bathroom right outside the door. As you walk into the home, you will notice the beautiful lakeview from inside the home. The back of the house is a wall of windows with a custom 12-foot folding window in the dining room that opens up to an outdoor screened-in deck with a bar to set at!! The main level deck is amazing, with plenty of seating. Vaulted ceilings in kitchen, dining, and living room. The living area has a fireplace and a big-screen TV. Plenty of dining seating for the whole group. Did I mention the cool catwalk on the upper level, which leads to a 3rd level deck with breathtaking views? The lower level has a pool table, theater with surround sound, and kitchenette area. The lower level leads to another deck with lake views and a hot tub - all three decks have breathtaking views. The lower level deck is extended for the firepit area along with one of the only homes in Chateau Mountain with private dedicated side space for outdoor activities - private, professional putting green! There is no home to the right of our lodge. Plenty of parking out front, and one of the closest houses to overflow parking and pool area. Bedroom layouts are as follows:

We celebrated 50 years of marriage with our four sons and their families . . . 21 people total. The Caddy Shack was perfect in size and location for us. Kitchen was well stocked. The view from all three decks was fabulous! The pool across the street was very much appreciated in 90+ degree weather. The host addressed our questions and needs in a friendly manner. Enjoyed Table Rock Lake and many Branson activities! Fun area for families!

This house was PERFECT for our family reunion (21 people, ages 11-87). It allowed the parents (5 couples) to each have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. There were 2 additional bedrooms for the 11 kids, allowing the kids to be divided along gender lines.
Enough space for folks to group off into playing pool, board games, putting, chatting, etc. The pool, basketball court, etc were next door. Some of us needed quiet personal areas to do work/relax, and there was plenty of space for that, esp with the different patios. The kids enjoyed the well-serviced hot tub.
The kitchen/eating area was great, especially the screened-in outdoor eating area can be connected with the indoor dining area. The kitchen was big enough and equipped enough, so that we cooked all our meals, except for 1, during our week-long stay. We had planned to eat out/order in the whole time, but cooking was a wonderful time for bonding among the 3 generations.
The property manager, Cindy, was extremely wonderful and responsive. We needed a universal remote for one of our TVs, and one was dropped off the same day.
Areas for improvement, which we never discussed with the property manager, so she couldn't have addressed them: The property knives were VERY dull, slightly improved by the property's sharpener. The PS4 needs some sort of update that requires some sort of cord?? (I'd rather the kids be off screens, so this didn't bother me!!).
All-in-all, a perfect property for our stay. Thank you!!!

Lots of room for our family reunion. Kids loved the pool table and put put golf. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. Had some issues with TV’s but messaged about it and had help right away. Very responsive communication. Everyone loved the gorgeous view of Table Rock. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This place was perfect for our family trip. Location was great house was great. Each room except for one has its own private full bathroom. Great for multi-family. Communication with property manager was great and helpful. Loved our week here and would definitely return.

My family and I loved staying here. The house was very clean, great layout for families, fun ways to spend time in the house. The kitchen could use a few new casserole dishes and cookie pans but overall we had everything we needed. Lovely experience here

This place was awesome and plenty of room for our family of 15. It was very clean and we'll equipped. Everybody enjoyed the hot tub, the pool and the patio and decks with awesome views of Table Rock Lake.

Beautiful home . The kitchen very well equipped. Plenty of dishes and glassware. Pickle ball court across the driveway and was always busy. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property.

The house was even more beautiful than the pictures and the perfect house for our family vacation of 12. The views of the lake were very calming and peaceful sitting on any of the decks, enjoying morning coffee or relaxing in the hot tub after a busy action filled day. There was plenty of room for all to be together or for everyone to have their own space, especially everyone’s own bathroom. From the outside grill to kitchen utensils, towels, beach towels, the house provided all of our needs. Everyone enjoyed the putting green & the pool table. It was a memorable and enjoyable week on our first visit to Branson.

This house was beautiful and the views were wonderful! Upon arriving, we had a couple of issues that the property manager quickly fixed and even made a special delivery of Hurts Donuts for us for our troubles (which weren't even really troubles) She was very prompt at returning messages and wonderful to work with. The home is huge and had so many fun things to do. Every bed in the house was so extremely comfortable. The best beds I have ever slept in away from home. The pillows were also great. The house was fully stocked with more than enough toilet paper, paper towels etc. They also provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Would recommend to anyone and everyone and cannot wait to come back and stay again!

From the adorable welcoming entrance to the gorgeous decor as we entered The Caddy Shack, this vacation home truly exceeded my expectations. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for our large group. My only wish is that we booked for a longer stay. This location was perfect for our short drive to shows in Branson or just hanging out and relaxing while enjoying the scenery of Table Rock Lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Caddy Shack!

We had our family Thanksgiving at this property in 2021. The layout of every bedroom having its own bathroom is much appreciated with several families CoMO together. And everyone having their own room was great for infant/toddler nap times. Would recommend and stay again.

We hosted a joint bachelor/bachelorette party and had a fantastic time! The house was the perfect size for 16. We never felt crowded and could all hang out in the same area together. House had everything we needed and more. Perfect location to the marina and a swim beach too.

An amazing retreat
This gorgeous home is very well stocked for a large group. Plenty of everything including dishes & silverware, which is appreciated for a large group!! While we didn’t use them, having a crock pot and mixer was also wonderful. The best stocked kitchen in nah property!! Beds were comfortable, rooms clean and spacious. There were even hangers in the closets-a nice touch. The outdoor areas were lovely-a fire pit area, hot tub and putting green. The other decks didn’t get used much due to rain and cold weather but offer beautiful views os the lake. We would love to return! I think the only concerns the teens in the group voiced was that the wifi wasn’t fast…but I didn’t use it.

Perfect Stay at The Caddy Shack AMAZING!!!!
What an amazing experience our group had at The Caddy Shack. Can I just say as the organizer of our trip, everyone couldn't say thank you enough that I was able to book this property.
This property hit everything on our checklist:
- Most comfortable beds we've ever experienced in a vacation home
- The amenities were so entertaining and unique and too many to list! The putting green kept everyone in the group entertained. The folding window in the dining area was over the top - it allowed you to feel the lake breeze and watch sunsets while enjoying our big group on the deck and at the indoor window bar! Theater area and pool table were amazing with over the top surround sound. Hot tub and firepit were used every night. 3 levels of decks are amazing with the best lake views!!
- Fully stocked home! One of the best we've seen in a vacation rental. Cindy provided not starters but plenty of soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash and the list goes on.
- Customer service, Cindy was amazing from the moment we reached out with any questions we had all the way to check out. So friendly and responsive.
We loved the little gift basket upon arrival. Did I mention this house is the most conveniently located in the neighborhood - close to all amenities and best lake views! Book with Cindy at The Caddy Shack and you won't be disappointed.

Only negative would be the roads getting to the location and lack of lights to see your way. The turn into the development was sharp and deep.

Favorite Table Rock Property 10 out of 10 stars
We stayed in The Caddy Shack for a long weekend with friends and family and felt spoiled from start to finish. The property is located in a new development with perfect location and lakeview! House was very clean and very well stocked. Beds were so comfortable and asked Cindy where she purchased. The houses amenities from the pool table, theater area, firepit, and hot tub kept us entertained all weekend that there was really no need to leave the property. The folding window in kitchen allowed us to enjoy the cool summer nights and gather around bar with our big group. Branson attractions are only about 5-15 minute away. Cindy's customer service was above and beyond and we will definitely be booking with her in the future.
