Welcome to Sea Pointe South at St. Regis Resort, unit 2607! As you enter Sea Pointe South, your eyes are immediately drawn to the expansive views of the Atlantic ocean and beautiful North Topsail Beach from the 6th floor vantage point. Want extended family or friends to join you? Reserve Sea Pointe South & Sea Pointe North - the only adjoining point units at St. Regis - for 6 bedrooms total!

The open concept floorplan includes a beautiful kitchen with quartz countertops, large farm sink and stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator, beverage fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with all the tools you need to prepare a feast from the land or sea and includes a bar with seating for 3. The kitchen is open to the dining area with a table for 8 then a large living room with 75" SmartTV, new, comfy sectional with queen sleeper and those gorgeous ocean views. Large sliding doors open to the main balcony with bar height Adirondack chairs and dining table for 4. Down the hall are 3 bedrooms: a master with king size bed, ensuite bathroom with spa like tiled shower with rainshower head as well as a hand held, 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed and 3rd bedroom with twin over full bunk bed. The master bedroom has a sliding door to access the main balcony, while the other two bedrooms each open onto the side balcony which has beautiful ocean and sunset views with a couple bar height Adirondack chairs. The second bathroom in the hallway serves these two bedrooms and has a tub/shower combo with beautiful carrara tile and a large vanity. There is also a laundry room with full size washer & dryer. Wifi is available throughout the resort and cable TV is provided in the living room, while the bedroom TVs offer access to Amazon Prime Video and allow you to login to your Netflix, Hulu or other streaming services.

Property was great- very clean! Kitchen was fully stocked with every kind of appliance you could need. It was very roomy for our family of eight. Only complaints were that the beach seems to be eroding and we had to set up very early in the morning to get a space on the beach and that the pirate restaurant on location had ok service but the food was less than desirable.

Great views. Never have full sunrise or sunset view from balcony…but it is always better on the beach! The master shower wasn’t cleaned well and the tub didn’t drain well in the other shower. Other than that very clean.

The view from the condo was breathtaking. You can see the ocean from every room and balcony. The whole place was very clean and the decor was beautiful. We highly recommend this rental and hope to visit again one day.

Condo is as pictured, however, the building it’s located in is not well maintained/it’s very dated. Mattresses are very firm - not comfortable at all. Sheets are low grade, itchy and also uncomfortable. We were a party of three -two of us would get hot showers; the person who showered last would have lukewarm water. That said, the condo is clean, well equipped and has great views of the beach.

Everything went smoothly during our visit. We enjoyed the new light fixtures and upgraded closets from last year. Suppled kitchen appliances were great except for the lack of a set of pasta tongs. (Previous guest might have taken that!). All other needs were met. Beautifully decorated apartment with a great view

Amy was an amazing host to book with. She answered my messages extremely quickly and was happy to answer any questions I had. The property was very clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view! We loved spending the days at the beach, checking out local golf courses, and trying nearby restaurants. Having a car with us was super helpful as groceries / restaurants / shops are a drive away. Thanks again!!

We had an awesome week at the St.Regis resort ! Our 3bedroom beachfront unit was spacious , clean , and beautifully decorated .The kitchen was well equipped the ice maker and beverage fridge were a bonus! Our Sons really enjoyed using the fitness center and pool. They took Surfing lessons and rented surfboards. We will definitely be returning!

My family had a fantastic time, and these two adjoining condos served our group of 11 people well. The area has only two downsides totally unrelated to the properties themselves. One - there is no walking or biking path in this area of the island. Two - the beach in this area is a bit narrow with very little space at high tide. Nonetheless, the resort property is great for families, the condos are gorgeous and extremely well appointed, and the beach and water are delightful. Those two small negatives did not stop us from having a vacation to remember for a lifetime.

Very enjoyable experience. We used the adjourning condo for our family, and it worked great. Both condos were very clean and nice. They were well stocked with kitchen items & appliances made dining in easy.

Great view. Property very clean and we had everything we needed. Plenty of room and nicely furnished and decorated. The only negative was the noise each evening coming from the restaurant above our condo.

I have to admit I was a little apprehensive about the property due to the fact there were no pictures. I was quite surprised upon our arrival at how well taken care of the space was. Very new, modern and updated! I was extremely impressed by the property.
