Comfortably accommodates 10 guests with its 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, chefs kitchen with all the essentials, large oceanfront private deck with direct beach access from our boardwalk 😎. Complimentary starter dish pods, dish soap & sponge, paper towels, toilet paper provided!
The first level open concept design includes the beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining peninsula, dining table and comfy living room with wall Mount TV plus the 60 game arcade table set on free play for lots of family fun! Also on the first level is a Beautifully decorated Queen bedroom with ceiling fan, wall mount TV and street side deck. A full bath with tub/shower and laundry area on first level.
From the large ocean front living room deck, use our boardwalk to the beach! An outdoor shower is located on the deck to rinse off after a great beach day!
The second floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. First, the stylish Oceanfront King primary suite with private oceanfront balcony, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan , loads of closet space and 3 piece bath. Next room, a beautiful 60” Queen bed with wall mounted TV, ceiling fan and private ocean view balcony. Then, 2 sets of twin size bunk beds with wall mounted TV, ceiling fan and street side balcony.
Enjoy time on the deck watching the ocean, wildlife and yes...Dolphins! Stroll the beach searching for shells and sharks teeth. Gaze at the star filled night sky. Make memories you will talk about years from now!!!😎

We had a great time staying at Dolphin Tales! It was our first time taking our dog with us to the beach and I was nervous with pet friendly places. The house was very clean, you would never know any dogs stayed there. Loved the house and the view. Plenty of games to play. Had an issue with the air conditioning and the host Beth had the issue resolved quickly. Highly recommend this house!

It was perfect! The kids had plenty of space to play. Everyone was able to gather comfortably in the same spaces. Check-in and out process was seamless! Our older dog loved the experience. Communication with owner was quick and to the point! Would definitely consider returning next year! Oh most important, beach access was perfect! 😍

The home was comforting. The views were amazing. The island has a lot of history Our trip was during Hurricane Lee so waves were so loud and memorizing but for me the best part was the shooting stars at night.

All the pots and pans were very dirty. All the mattresses were poor. All the boogie boards were broken, so didn't have boards to use, and cabinet contents not as pictured.

First time to Topsail and was not disappointed! This home was lovely and Beth super responsive to all my questions. Amazing ocean view and dancing dolphins every day! Loved the delivery of fresh sheets and towels for the week as I knew my linens were fresh and clean! Super relaxing week! Next time we will rent kayaks from the Beach Bar directly across the street to take in the beauty of the intercoastal. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Very nice half house. Up stairs, downstairs. 3 bathrooms is SO HELPFUL. Being able to bring our pet was everything to us! 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids. We happily enjoyed our stay and noone wanted to leave!

My husband and I rented this property over thanksgiving so I could concentrate on finishing my school semester. I would take breaks and go down to the beach to clear my head before hitting the books and papers again. We really enjoyed this place and have no regrets. Just FYI for future residents.. You will have to make your own bed when you get there. I wish I would have known this prior so we could have made the bed before I was totally physically and mentally tired. We found the bedding was in bins at the bottom of the stairs to come into the townhome. Other than that this place was perfect and I will rent from them again!!

This was our second stay at Dolphin Tales this year!! The home is beautifully kept and well-stocked. We love the quiet location and it’s only minutes from anything you need. We even saw a pod of dolphins and a whale from the deck! We had the pleasure of meeting Beth, the owner, this time and she was wonderful! We look forward to our future stays at this property!!

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Dolphin Tales! The place was clean, the kitchen appliances were new, the kitchen was fully stocked w/ utensils, K-cup coffee maker, and air fryer, the place had tons of room, and it had a great view. The beach was not crowded at all. We really enjoyed sipping wine on the master bedroom balcony overlooking the ocean. The location of this condo was ideal because its just a few minutes drive to Food Lion and a few restaurants. We love the fact that we didn't have to find accommodations for our beloved dog. We would definitely rent this condo again!

This half of the duplex was perfect for our family group. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the porch, which had an area of shade as well as an area of sun, and gates that could be latched to keep our dog inside.

We absolutely loved our stay!! The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The location was quiet and peaceful, but centrally located to shops and food. The views from the decks were superb. And with two young children the ease to the beach was the best! The video game console was an added bonus! My family is already planning our next stay!!

We found this property to be just as advertised. Recently updated home (new flooring, countertops, faucets, appliances). Kitchen was really well stocked. Owner (Beth) was incredibly responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay even if the weather was cooler than we'd hoped. The view was spectacular! Right on the beach.

Aptly named!
Had a wonderful, relaxing week at Dolphin Tales. Saw dolphins almost every day of our week-long stay. There was ample room for the six of us and being just steps from the beach was fabulous! Took the dog on several walks a day which she was thrilled about. The only negatives were some of the pots/pans in the cupboards were not the cleanest and the sliding doors did not slide very well which made it hard to open/close them (assuming it has something to do with the sea moisture). This is not uncommon in the 1-2 rentals that we stay in a year, however. I was also surprised there was no cheese grater or a whisk that would have made making the pancakes a little easier. There was plenty of silverware, plates, bowls and glasses/mugs which was appreciated. The dishwasher was also much nicer than mine at home :) Overall, a 5 star stay with just a couple inconveniences.
