Beechwood Cottage is a charming property attached to the owner's home in Easby near Great Ayton in North Yorkshire. Hosting three bedrooms; a double with en-suite shower, a ground-floor double with en-suite shower, and a twin with en-suite bathroom, along with a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to six people. There's a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove, while outside is an enclosed patio garden with bike storage and seating, with access to 21 acres of shared grounds and off-road parking is available for one car. Set close to wonderful walking trails and cycling routes, yet a short drive from pretty market towns and villages, Beechwood Cottage is a great choice for a family get-together.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. 2 TVs with Freeview, DVDs, WiFi, and a selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for two cars. Lockable bike shed. Private enclosed courtyard garden with furniture and access to 21 acres of communal grassland fields. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.3 miles, pub 1.7 miles. Note: Home-cooked meals are available by prior arrangement with owner
