About this house rental

LATIGO LANE #5 (Sleeps eight/1950 Sq. Feet) $230 per night (W$210) ON THE ISLAND! Beautiful three-bedroom three-bathroom cedar home with two-car garage decorated in country charm and mounted hunting trophies. Master bedroom suite is upstairs and has an office area with a table and booth seating and a ¾ bathroom. Master bedroom has king bed, built in dressers, window alcoves, leather chairs, and 25-inch TV and DVD. Second bedroom is on main level with queen bed, log bedframe and furniture, private ¾ bath, and 19-inch TV with DVD/VCR. Third bedroom is also on main level with queen bed and a stereo/CD player. Third bathroom (common bath) is in hallway outside the third bedroom. Living room, kitchen, and dining room are one large open room. Living room has real wood plank flooring, split log railing on the stairs, queen size futon, two recliners, rock and log coffee table, 37-inch flat screen TV, DVD/VCR, and French Doors to 8x28 front porch with a view of the mountains in the background. Fire pit with bench seats in driveway. Fenced back yard. Walking distance to the recreation center (250 yards). Wireless Internet access provided. Gas and charcoal grill. NO SMOKING.

We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.

Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!

Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.

The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests. The seasonal communal pool at the recreation center is available by presenting the pool pass and paying the use fee.

Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies.

A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is eight. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. The maximum number of pets is 2. If you are bringing your pet(s), please let us know how many pets you will be bringing in the comment section of the reservation request.

The house is very spacious and in a lovely location. It however really needs to be cleaned better. Legit didn’t seem like it was cleaned at all. Crumbs on the floors under the tables still and hair in the bathtubs. Bedding seemed unclean as well and there were people’s clothes folded in the bedroom drawers which was weird. Reached out to the rental company several times via text and email and never received a response which is pretty poor in my book. This house could use some tlc as it clearly was a luxury house at one point but lack of attention seems to be bringing it down. The towels were old and many had holes in them in the kitchen. Blankets were thin and ratty. Vinyl kitchen chairs covered with dirt and stains. Just a few little things could make this place great-new linens and replace some furnishings and actually clean it!!

We was very Happy with the property and cleanliness . The family enjoyed watching the deer around the property. We even got to feed corn to them. Plenty of things to do around the neighboring towns. I Would recommend this place to anyone. We will be staying here again.

We found the property very accommodating and comfortable. We loved the spacious upstairs and the 3 separate bathrooms. Sitting on the deck with coffee was a favorite. Everything we needed was available.

We have stayed at this residence twice. Love watching all the deer. And it's always wonderful to have 3 bathrooms!

3 bedroom and 3 bath good as we had 3 couples. Main ceiling light burnt out. Two of three lights over kitchen sink burned out. Large ceiling stain in main bathroom. Bakeware needs replacement as cookie sheet very bad, etc. Yard not mowed and landscaping unkept. Replenishment of soaps etc needed. Windows clearly not cleaned. The gas grill was a disaster and we spent over an hour cleaning it throughly. The property has awesome potential but needs more customer driven effort. Just being honest in hopes it prompts change.?

Check in was easy, property was clean and neat. Plenty of room for our family, we were there for my nephews wedding in Eureka Springs and made a mini vacation out of our stay. Lots of parking with room for our boat and vehicle’s. Very close to the water. From some of the other reviews I would have to agree about the upstairs sink, the water pressure was very low, but the shower was fine. Not a big problem, still a 5 out of 5.
