Super stay in Philly

The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. It was easy to park right near the apartment. The self check-in was very convenient. The best part of the experience was the owner Becca, who I was able to reach to answer any questions I had about the apartment.

Perfect stay for quick business trips

The property itself was beautiful in the inside. The common areas and room were decorated nicely, and I felt right at home. All the rooms and bathrooms have coded locks that only you can access so you’ll feel very safe and have your own privacy. The owner was very responsive and helpful during my stay, and she made me feel like a true guest. I would definitely recommend this place to traveling business professionals whore in town for a few days.

The parking in the area was hectic, and parking a block away from the property was common. If you’re in town for business or leisure, I would suggest renting a smaller car or truck to fit into tight parking spots around the property. Parking gets tight after 6pm, so be prepared.

The place was very beautiful, peaceful and so clean. We felt comfortable all the time and I enjoyed our room. The place is pretty close to everything just to walk by or take an Uber. Definitely a place worth to stay.

I loved it!

Everything! This place is special, the attention to details, the thoughtful little touches were beyond my expectation. I absolutely loved this place, so much character…perfect.

surrounding areas were a bit sketchy ~ I like walking/jogging I had to be mindful of where I was going

best stay in Philly in a long time!

This was honestly one of the best bnb’s we’ve ever stayed! Becca was a wonderful host and was very easy to reach, we opted to extend our stay for 2 extra nights last minute and she contacted me immediately to set it up. Every detail was thoughtful from the kitchen amenities to guide books to small touches in the room like soundscape audios to fall asleep to. If any of their rooms are available and you’re looking to stay in Philly, this is the place you want to be! also, I’ve never found such easy and free parking in Philly in any neighborhood!

Perfect stay

Perfect stay. The room was not very large, however enough. Comfortable bad. Clean! Bathroom was large, extremly clean, nice smell. Good quality of shampoon/contitioner/shower gel available. Remaining part of the building also very nice - in general, one of the best homestay I've been so far.

The interior of the apartment was beautiful and exactly what I expected from the pictures. The bedroom was small, though comfortable, and included a TV and white noise sound machine (which was very thoughtful).

Unfortunately, the area that the apartment is located in was a little dilapidated and my partner and I experienced a few unfortunate encounters with passersby that involved harassment.

Superb

The whole place was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and well equipped. Everything seemed to be brand new. It took us just 14 minutes to get to downtown by car.

We had a small problem to find parking on one occasion, but it's to be expected since we visited during the first week of July.
