Fantastic Beach Home centrally located, in beautiful New Smyrna Beach Florida. This bright & spacious home is directly across the street from the beach. Grocery and dining options are within a short walk. The quaint boutiques, galleries, surf shops, & charming restaurants on historic Flagler Avenue are about a mile away. Home sleeps 10 and is fully stocked with utensils, beach accessories, and bikes.

Is very convenient ; close to the beach, is quiet, good beds, we were 10 family members age from 40 through 82. Everyone was very happy with the place. Thanks. we definitely visited again and recommend

Nice House, lots of room, easy access to the beach. Though the house is on them main street like many in this area so some road noise during the day. Easy location to many eateries, grocery store and churches. Back yard with lots of chairs and fire pit is definitely nice.

This is hands down one of my favorite houses! Kerrie and Scott were so helpful any questions were answered In a timely manner, the house was beautiful and very well stocked. I wish I could give more than five stars. No one can go wrong with this house!

6 adults spanning 3 decades have traveled to stay at Scott and Kerrie's wonderful home 2 years running. We stayed last year for a week and had only been back home in Wisconsin a week when we made the decision to return this year. The home is spectacular and the amenities plentiful. The location is perfect. We walked to stores, restaurants and of course the beach and the tiki bar. We also spent a lot of time on the patio enjoying the weather and grilling out. Scott was very helpful with local suggestions. There are 2 other units attached but we didn't hear a peep from anyone. I am hoping that we will be able to return next year. This is a true home away from home. Thank you, Scott and Kerrie, for your hospitality!

We loved the location to the beach, walking distance to a grocery store, and the home itself was very nice. The hosts were very responsive. I am retired chef, so the kitchen equipment left a bit to be desired, not the hosts fault :-). We also loved the fire pit in the backyard. Worth the price, very happy with what we received.

Great place for our 8 adults and two young grandkids. Nicely laid out house with all you need to enjoy your time. A quick 3 minute walk to the beach makes it easy to go back and forth during the day. Well supplied with all you need inside and plenty of beach gear to use as well. We'll look forward to the next time!

This space was absolutely perfect for our girls trip! The location to the beach is absolutely unmatched, was so easy to have the crew load up the gifted chairs and activities in the beach wagon and literally just had to cross the street in order to be at the beach. Not even a five minute walk! So close to coffee shops, and the grocery store as well, which made it really convenient and next to some really fun dining! Would absolutely stay again, if ever given the chance and will recommend to all friends and family visiting this area. Truly such a great space, clean and stockpiled to make sure their guests have the best time at the beach.

We brought our daughter and her family down to the beach to spend time with our grandchildren and make memories. We had so much fun and loved watching the kids play in the surf, build castles and dig in the sand! They laughed and played for hours and we loved every moment. Our home we stayed at was so clean and beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we could imagine. They even had board games for the family while we were making dinner. The location to the beach was amazing! The kids loved the wooden walkway to the beach! We grilled out in the backyard and there was privacy and plenty of seating for all of us. Our hosts were so kind and very responsive to my emails. We are grateful that we found this place and will definitely be back and also recommend to our friends and other family members. Thank you!!!

We had 3 couples staying from Wisconsin. We have stayed in vrbo’s around the country. We had a rental vehicle. The beautiful beach is literally right across the road. The location shopping and restaurants was outstanding and easy to get to. The pictures online were absolutely accurate. Scott and Kerrie responded quickly when we had questions. We used the patio every day and night. Scott and Kerrie had plenty of fun beach extras in the garage that we used. We had a great time at the beach tiki bar and loved the food from cafe vesuvius. We also cooked at home and had everything we needed. There is absolutely nothing we can complain about. We recommend this house and Scott and Kerrie 110%. We would go back in a heartbeat.

This property was perfect for our family to enjoy the beach together. We spend every New Year's Eve at New Smyrna Beach with a bonfire. This property was in close walking distance to just about everything we could possibly need. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and three bathrooms is always a plus when family is coming in and out, stopping by to say hello.

This home is so beautiful and thoughtfully equipped for visitors. Details everywhere to make guests feel welcome and at home. And the walk to the beach is so easy! With young children and all of our beach gear in tow (most of which was provided by the property host—huge bonus!!), the close proximity and access made this the PERFECT spot for us to unwind after days at Disney. We would love to come back!

First off, this property was perfect for the 9 in my party. We were missing sheets when we came in but the manager immediately had them replaced. Communication with owners was fast and accurate. The walk to beach was short and extremely close. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back.

the house was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities that a rental can offer . the Beach was a two minute walk away and beautiful . we had one small problem with towels I made one call they answered and with in an hour or two the problem was resolved . I cant say enough about the place and the master beed room was perfect .. Highly recomend !

Perfect get away and a home away from home. Location, cleanliness, access, proximity to beach, local eatery, groceries, medics were all perfect. Kerrie and Scott hosted a memorable family reunion at their abode. I would recommend to all my friends. They deserve more than 5 stars!!!
