This fabulous island home is custom-designed and just underwent a complete transformation by one of the Islands best interior designers! The home embraces coastal living, offering an easy, luxurious lifestyle with an expansive floor plan allowing you and your family to spread out and have your own space!
The four-bedroom, four-bathroom configuration functions perfectly as a home away from home allowing many different configurations depending on those visiting. When you walk through the front door the welcoming cozy family room with sectional sofa and club chairs overlook the amazing backyard and grilling deck. An awesome 65" smart TV with Sonos over the gas fireplace allows guests in the family room and kitchen to catch the big game! The kitchen features marble counters, a 36" natural-gas cooktop, built in oven and microwave, stainless fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser and detached beverage center, and a tons of cabinet and counter space! The kitchen is fully outfitted from top to bottom and any gourmet chef will be thrilled.
Completing the main level entertaining area is a well appointed coastal dining room table to seat 8. Off of the main living space is a great screened in porch with cocktail table and four-chairs, a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine before dinner while the children play in the pool or a nightcap. This home boasts over 1,000 sq./ft. of elevated porch, deck, and roof-top sundeck / balcony space throughout the property!
As you head upstairs from the main living area you have the downstairs master suite with king bed and ensuite bath on left and the queen bedroom with full bath on your right. All bedrooms have there own flat screen TVs with Xfinity cable.
The second floor of the residence offers privacy, containing a guest suite bunk room with full over full bunk beds and ensuite bathroom on your left at the top of the stairs. The complete laundry room is on your ight with full size washer and dryer. Down the hall is a second family room with a wet bar, microwave, huge flat screen tv and comfy sectional sofa for enjoying movies after a long day at the beach!
The exquisite master suite is at the end of the hall and has a beautiful king bed, giant ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and walk in shower with multiple shower heads, rain head and massage jets. The master bathroom also has an amazing walk in closet with dressing area. Completing the master suite is the serene screened porch overlooking the lush backyard, simply the best place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or from that porch you can stroll up the spiral staircase to the roof -top deck, a perfect place for private sunbathing or to catch that shooting star before bed!
The grounds are laid out carefully on a deep, heavily landscaped site, the front portion of the property offers a formal greeting with upwards of six driveway parking spaces. The enclosed ground-level space features an expansive two-car garage and one golf cart parking space.
Moving toward the rear of the site, the formality fades into what is simply a landscape-architectural gem with a custom heated saltwater pool & sun ledge, stacked stone hot tub & retaining walls with waterfalls, expansive travertine stone patio with multiple lounges & seating niches and an outdoor shower room!

This beautiful home was close to the beach. It had a lovely pool/hot tub and was equipped with everything you would need for the beach, pool and home. I would highly recommend this property!

The property was very nice and was perfect for our family trip leading up to our daughter’s wedding. The outside area was wonderful and we were able to enjoy time at the beautiful pool! The foliage around the pool made it very picturesque but it also caused lots of bugs. Anything more that could be done to alleviate the bugs would be great. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house and would recommend it to anyone considering spending their vacation there!

We had a wonderful time staying here! The house was clean and everything worked! Kids loved the pool and we all loved the proximity to the beach. Plenty of room for all. Having access to a golf cart was a bonus! Hope to stay here again in the future.

The house was perfect for our girls getaway weekend. The backyard and pool were a relaxing environment after a day in Charleston or at the beach. All 9 of us said we would happily stay here again in the future.

This was a perfect house for our family to stay for our vacation. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made a great difference in everyone getting ready on time. It was very clean upon arrival and the pool/hot tub was fantastic. Location was perfect for what we had planned. If we ever come back to the Isle of Palms we will definitely look into renting this house again.

Our golf trip was great and having the pool and large common area to hang out in was perfect. It was just what we all needed! We needed some extra help in one area and had an immediate response!

My daughters and I spent a long weekend at the property and had the best time. The property is immaculate, with modernized and updated furniture both inside and out. Josh was incredible in timely communication and offering support. We explored isle of palms and Charleston but frankly loved just being home soaking up this beautiful property. Highly recommend !!

Great home near the beach. It was as described. Our family wanted a quick getaway to IOP and this was perfect. Pool was nice. Everything you needed was on site. The golf cart was very nice to have to get around town and to the beach. Would definitely book again.

Our family had the best vacation staying in this perfect home from home. This home was true to the description and pictures.
The pool was fantastic, we all had so much fun playing, laughing, swimming and soaking in the spa. Awesome!!!
We Enjoyed hanging out on the screened in porches, we used every corner of this home, the upstairs sitting area was great for the kids to play and watch a movie, while the adults were downstairs watching another movie, preparing food, playing a game. Having a glass of wine.
Josh was amazing, he answered my calls and text immediately, and did his very best to take care of any needs or concerns we had as quickly as possible.Thank you so much Josh!
We will definitely be coming back, our family loved every minute of our stay in this beautiful oasis.

My boyfriend and are I working remote for the month in Charleston. During this time we are exploring different areas and once we saw this listing on VRBO we knew we had to stay here on isle of palms. It was the perfect beach oasis. Wish we could have stayed the entire month!

Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay in Isle of Palms and the house was okay but fell short in some areas and was a little disappointing in that respect. We were notified on check-in day that the elevator was not working but should be fixed that week. We were travelling with twin 5 month old babies, a two year old and my 82 year old mother in law. The elevator was not a nice convenience but very much needed, and it created some dilemmas that we had to adapt and overcome. The elevator never did get repaired so checking out with all of the baby gear was again a challenge. The shower/tub combos in the three small bathrooms are a bit odd and somewhat difficult to get in and out of. Kitchen was a lot smaller and cramped than the pictures portrayed, but the appliances were very nice and the dining room was spacious. The master bedroom suite was very nice and huge. The upstairs living area worked out really well for the babies. The two screened in porches were awesome, lots of bugs and they were not a problem at all. The pool was fantastic, loved the pebble finishing. Having the use of a golf cart is a very nice touch and we were able to use it a few times and not worry about moving the vehicle. The location in proximity to Charleston is a huge plus. The management company was very easy to work with and even offered to come and help us load up on check-out day, which wasn't necessary but greatly appreciated. Overall I would say 7.5 out of 10

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Property had an amazing pool with great features that the kids loved! We loved that the amount of shade in the back yard allowed us to spend hours in the pool in the middle of summer. We all really enjoyed having smart TVs in every room. The beds were comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. House is a very short distance from a public access point to the beach, which was incredibly convenient. We loved the whole stay, kids keep asking when we are going back!

Our family decided on an early summer vacation in May at a new location for all of us, Isle of Palms. This property was a great place for us to chill & relax after an emotionally draining year. We LOVED the outdoor space from relaxing rockers on the charming southern front porch, to the magnificent pool & spa. The pool had a unique design that fits everyone’s needs, from slow moving grandma to spirited 3 yr old boy. We haven’t swam that much in the past 10 years as we did our week there. We were offered heating for the pool and spa and it was perfect each and every time was got into the water. The house is very comfortable decorated, bedrooms are quite spacious, beds super comfy with lots of pillows. I give this house 4.5. Some things needed attention, light bulbs out, sticky doors, etc. We were disappointed the grill did not work, and the outdoor shower did not work. The property manager was glad to hear the feedback and said it would be addressed. Kitchen is a little dated but very well equipped. We also really enjoyed the use of a golf cart, it was a fun bonus on an island getaway. Our first visit to Isle of Palm will not be our last. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will return.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home! The backyard is stunning and a perfect place for relaxation, happy hour or meals! The bedrooms are well appointed and the screened-in porches are perfect for the occasional beach thunderstorm. The proximity to the beach and to the shopping center is great! The host was also very helpful and accommodating! Would highly recommend this home!

We were in Charleston for a family wedding. This house was perfect! The location was close to all our events. There were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. It’s a short walk to the beach. But best of all, the backyard and pool provided plenty of privacy and areas to relax. We are looking forward to a return visit.

My friends and I needed a weekend away and this house was perfect! It was so lovely, we never wanted to leave the pool and hot tub. We never even made it to the beach because the backyard provided everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable..

This is a beautiful home! We stayed for 3 nights for a girls trip and loved everything about the home. It was clean, had a well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and an amazing pool and outdoor space! In addition, it is only a short walk to the beach which is really convenient. Lastly, communication with the host/Josh was really great and they were super responsive. We highly recommend this property and definitely would stay here again!

Our family really enjoyed our week at Mary's Beach Bungalow. We have a lot of local CHS family so they also joined us to enjoy the gorgeous backyard and close proximity to the beach. Comfy beds, modern conveniences and Josh was very nice to work with!

Another Excellent Stay
I have been to Isle of Palms multiple times and this is the second time I've stayed at this house. The house is extremely clean, very nice, and the backyard pool is - in my opinion - the best on the island. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need in terms of utensils, appliances, etc. There are two living rooms with one upstairs and one downstairs that both have big screen tvs and surround sound. There is plenty of space and - as noted above - the backyard makes you feel like you are at a resort.
There is plenty of space with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The master bathroom is enormous, equipped with a large walk-in shower with car wash shower feature, a large jacuzzi bathtub, two sinks, and a large walk-in closet.
The house also comes with a golf-cart that we could easily transport 2 adults and 4 kids to the beach and/or the local park. I know most come to Isle of Palms for the beach, but the fact that this house is two blocks from one of the nicer parks I've seen is something most people likely overlook.
Even the front porch is equipped with four nice rocking chairs and fans to comfortably read or just relax.
On top of everything else, Josh at JEA Real Estate is responsive and is quick to address any issues that arise.
Overall, our stay was another good one, and we would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to Isle of Palms.

This is the perfect home for a vacation! Close to beach, amazing back yard, super clean, lots of room for everyone, and high end finishes throughout! This will definitely be a house we try to vacation in again!

This home was setup for the ultimate in relaxation. The outdoor living space and pool was simply perfect. The landscaping and umbrellas provided provided all afternoon shade even in while in the pool. The home was beautifully decorated and provided every amenity for a walk in vacation. Also the host was completely accessible to answer questions regarding things nearby and an even additional golf cart. We will be back!
