Caravan was equipped with everything needed for our weekend stay.

Caravan was ideal for myself and my daughter. Great location within the site, literally a min walk either direction to children playground and all other amenities. Entertainment passes were include in the price.

The double bedroom got really cold at night even with the blow heater on.

These caravans are usually spotless but it has not been cleaned properly this time.

Dirty and disappointing

The property was very dirty, covered in dog hairs and dirt, we called the staff in and was told it had been cleaned. The dog hairs were all over plates and the dogs had been on the bed. This was denied and said it must have been picked up when being caught on the floor. The plates had dog hairs on set on the table

Chaotic environment. Dirty smelling caravan. SPIDERS.

The staff were pleasant and polite.

Very chaotic and busy, not a lot of quiet. Caravan was dirty and had an unpleasant odour to it the whole stay. Beds were not made on arrival, after 3 hours of travelling that’s the last thing you want to do, with two children. Spiders EVERYWHERE inside the caravan.. stripped the bed and found 4 spiders within the mattress sheet, not okay 👎🏻 couldn’t wait for a bath when I got home!

Great getaway

The location was perfect close to everything liked that there was heating and a fire made it Cosy in the evenings

There were no cleaning products apart from a sweeping brush could do with a dustpan and brush and hoover as we had a toddler who was quite messy

The caravan is in a great location.

tumblers are provided but a wine glass would also be nice. Not as clean as it has been in the past with rubbish left in the cupboard from the previous people.

Simple and beautiful in a prime spot

The caravan was cosy and clean and perfectly placed near amenities. Easy to find. Great food nearby and crazy golf. Nice clean bedding.

No drainer for the pots or kitchen bin just a basket with no rubbish bag in itin the living room. Had to go out to the fence to pick up a data signal to send email. Which wouldn't normally be a problem but the whole area seems to have bad signal and most shops operate cash only. Really should say that you need to bring your own cleaning products and cloths etc. I had to go buy lost of supplies for the week when I arrived. We managed but the twin room was very tight and better for children than 2 grown adults.

The fringe stunk the caravan out everytime opened door and wasn't cleaned well .

a very enjoyable 4 night break

location excellent enough facilities within walking distance , excellent bus service to Skegness, bus stop directly outside site and only 10 minute walk to chapel st leonards

Reception very helpful but were not aware of our booking, so we were very fortunate to arrive earlier than expected as we would have ended up sleeping in the car

great location and great facilities

good location, good on site facilities, pool and club with great entertainment great for kids and adults and you get free facility pass to use pool and club , you would normally have to pay for this so it was a great perk about this booking , it was close to shops and restaurants and beach , I’ll be staying again it’s basic but great fun

could have done with a few home comforts , like cushions and things , but your only paying for a basic holiday home so you can’t complain really

The venue was absolutely amazing, great entertainment for kids and adults and only a short drive away to Skegness, for the price you pay it's definitely worth the money

The beds were a little uncomfy and hard so I was glad I took my own duvet, however they do supply enough duvets to pad out the mattress so this was a massive help and allowed me to have a great night's sleep
