It was nice , would do it again just not this location

The neighborhood was very nice, quiet and peaceful. About about a 4/5 minute walk to the beach.

It was a 20 minute drive to Galveston to all the attractions sights. Have to drive at least 10 minutes to a store. Have to pay extra to use the pool.

The stay was ok for what it was worth just didn’t like how the a/c unit stopped working and it was uncomfortable bec

I liked how clean the place was and how it accommodated all adults and children.

I didn’t like that the a/c unit was being controlled through a smart device or phone .we burned up all day and night. The dish disposal was also backed up.

I loved that it was so close to the beach. Great cable options and fans in each room. Overall was mostly clean except for a few things (see below). Overall our stay was pleasant and the house served its purpose.

The washer button was broke so we couldn’t wash anything. Also, the toilet in one of the bathrooms became clogged and wouldn’t unclog. There was a dirty blanket with brown crusty stuff all over it in the blanket bin for people to use. There was also a Dr Pepper and chip bag left on the porch that wasn’t ours. The covers on the beds could have been washed better but the sheets were clean. The cleaning people weren’t finished by the time we checked in so it smelled of heavy cleaning/wet dog smell when we walked in.

Delightful & Enjoyable

Convient, Well Kept & Clean. Price was In Our Range & Budget. Absolutely loved the Decorations. Especially the Antique Hutches & Turquoise Sleigh Bed. The Celing Fans were Phenomenal. We are both very Hot Natured & The Fans worked so well, We would like to know where The Owners got them. Also loved the Outside Plant Holders! We came for My Birthday Trip & the Best Birthday Gift Ever was the Fact that I could bring My Precious 13 Year Old Dogs with no Upcharging. Finding someone to watch Your Animals then they are that old is not an easy task. We would Like to Thank The Owners So Much for the Best Birthday Experience Ever & Getting to have Our Pets was a Game Winner! We rate this Facility Top KNOTCH & Jamaica Friendly. The Neighborhood was Awesome too! So many possibilities! Thank You So Much!

No Complaints. Just tossing out Friendly Advice for I Clean Lake Homes & Cabins. Have Cleaning Staff watch for Ice Freezing Up in Deep Freeze part of Fridge & the Coffee Pot had old Mildew & Slime in it from not being cleaned out. We cleaned it. Door handle lock seems to be a little loose to where we had to really work at locking & unlocking.

Not much

The place is not what the pictures showed. It was not like it was described or the pictures of the property. It said pool. There was no pool When I called they said there was a pool and another location but it was $100 for the weekend. We had a strange lady that just walked in on is and stated she was the inspector. And kept demanding where the keys were. It was weird. We didn't feel safe there and left before our trip was over.

Musty smell w/string cleaning products to try and cover it up. Weird there was no driveway. Sucked bc it had a golf cart but couldn’t use it.

The location was great. The kitchen (utensils, pots, etc.) was well stocked.

Even on the Wi-Fi, there was no connectivity, calls dropped. Immediately upon initial access, the code failed and we could not get back in and could not keep a call to get a new code, this took 45 minutes to accomplish and I had a two year old outside at 11:00 at night!! There were NO supplies, ie. dish soap, paper towels (not excessive expectations, just very basic).. and Absolutely NO response to our requests for such. Upon check in, there was sand everywhere. No dustpan for sweeping, toilet clogged and could not clear, ( again, no response to requests for help). The two double beds in one of the bedrooms did not have actual mattresses. They were futon cushions and unbearable to sleep on. The bunkbeds were not usable because there was only about 6 inches of clearance to the ceiling. There was no binder of information / access / instructions. This is NOT a 3 bath house. It is a two bathroom with a beach shower at the back of the house. The small back yard was overgrown, so use of the fire pit was virtually impossible due to the number of mosquitos in the grass. The living room furniture is grossly oversized for the space and very restrictive of access / movement. We did not receive ANY instructions for checking out. This experience was exceptionally frustrating, and the lack of response from Vacasa was infuriating!!!!

the door, the code to unlock the door never worked only the first time and after that that I had to leave the door unlocked each time I went out and the door was hard to just close and the bed I slept on was to hard the rest idk

Overall we all enjoyed our stay at Cozy Cottage, it was our first time in a beach house!

We loved the stay but thought it was a little odd that there wasn't an actual drive way but nothing to complain about. One of the beds was a little high up but not too bad, I believe everyone was comfortable for the most part in the beds they slept it and we all loved that there was TV in each room.

The kids and the guys liked that there was a golf cart but we couldn't use it, maybe that could be an added bonus? Like have people sign a waiver with the other paperwork and would make renting one on property so much easier than having to go anywhere else to rent one.
