Excelente ubicación y comodidad

La comodidad, privacidad e instalaciones en toda la habitación eran muy agradables. Baño amplio y la cama muy cómoda.

Ubicación inmejorable en Las Condes

La ubicación es excelente para hacer compras y para recorrer el Parque Arauco. El desayuno es bueno y el personal muy atento. Tuvimos un inconveniente en la habitación y lo solucionaron de inmediato.

Ubicación, vista y limpieza

Quizás deberían mejorar el servicio a la habitación, como así también el desayuno y el servicio de televisión puede resultar obsoleto para los tiempos que corren.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse en Santiago.

La ubicación es excelente. La suite es muy amplia, muy bien equipada, con cocina completa y un living con una maravillosa vista a la cordillera. Todo el personal muy atento y amable.

El desayuno debería ser mejor para el precio y categoría del hotel. En booking decía que en el baño habría batas y no fué así.

Cafe da manha muito bom, todo pessoal muito atencioso e gentil. Nota 10 para a equipe. Especialmente o Nicolas , que esta no cafe da manha, muito amável e atencioso. Resolveu a questao do cafe , pois era muito fraco para o meu gosto, e ele providenciou um expresso .

o Hotel precisa de algumas reformas e melhorias, especialmente nos banheiros. E falta uns mimos para ser considerado 4 estrelas.

Un alojamiento que queda al debe en muchos aspectos.

Lo mejor es su ubicacion, en una excelente área comercial. Habitación espaciosa, cama muy comoda. Desayuno regular.

La habitacion no era la que reservé por Booking, tenía una ventana pequeñisima que aportaba poca iluminación. El baño mal diseñado, al parecer sufrió una remodelación porque quedaron las marcas y perforaciones de lo que sacaron. Le fataba una buena limpieza a los cerámicos, se veía desaciado. El wc sumamente pequeño, la ducha un peligro porque era bañera muy alta, para abrir el agua te mojabas porque el shower solo se abría de un lado y no era el de la combinación. Las toallas quedan colgadas fuera del alcance de la mano cuando sales de la bañera. Está muy mal pensado todo. Las fotos de los baños no están publicadas en Booking, debe ser por esa razón. Mal sonorizada la habitación porque se escuchan todos los ruidos de los pasajeros en el pasillo y el tráfico de la calle.

Quarto excelente, área comum pessima.

O quarto com tamanho excelente, bastante espaço e conforto.

O hotel não tem nada de área comum além de uma academia compartilhada com o hotel Marriot, o que só se descobre lá, o salão do café da manhã é pequeno e lota rápido. Se você pensa em usufruir do espaço do hotel como descanso, infelizmente não tem nada a fazer lá.

Great stay with the best location and view of Santiago and The Andes.

The hotel has a great location next to one of the best malls in Santiago and a few steps from the park. The metro station is located 15 minutes walking from the hotel. Friendly staff.

You don’t need to pay tax as a foreigner as long as you pay in dollars. However in this (as in other hotels in Santiago) I couldn’t pay with an American card. Also, dollars are not easily accepted. There can’t be any marks or stains, otherwise they are rejected.

A cheap alternative to the more expensive Marriott next door

Very nice staff.

Given that it was attached to a more expensive hotel it can be confusing. I would explain the location a bit better and that the breakfast area is actually in the other hotel but in a separate room. A lot less food but it really fine. I liked that it was a quieter there.

Good staff, great area but Hotel needs a serious a renovation. In all poor value for money.

Hotel is location in one of the best areas of Santiago with great views on the Andes. Very close to main shopping malls and good restaurants. Staff were very accommodating and tried their best to keep customer happy despite the poor facilities.

All the rooms need a major upgrade. Closets don't close properly. Window blinds are old and broken. Windows are Dirty. Wall sockets are falling out. Water pressure too low. Very old furniture. Beds need to be replaced.

Amazing hotel in beautiful zone. Great price for value.

The staff is amazing, everybody was super nice and helpful. Location is great. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are very spacious and they are all in high floors with great view, which makes the experience even better. Everything was very clean. The pool is not great, but good area to sun bath. The gym is bigger than expected. Great price for value.

Some of the facilities in the rooms could be renovated, but overall everything is well maintained and super clean
