Recomendable para estancia corta en pareja amigos o flia

El apartamento era pequeño con lo necesario pero muy limpio y confortable su cama . Buen wifi su ubicación es excelente cerca de todos los comercios y shoppings.

El baño demasiado estrecho y pequeño. La limpieza y cambio de toallas cada 2 días.

Me pareció muy bueno el servicio de check in, que nos guarden el equipaje tanto a la ida como a la vuelta. Y wifi impecable. Muy amables todos. Tmb que haya un café abajo solucionó el desayuno

No estaba tan bien ubicado como esperaba. Pero estaba cerca del shopping parque Arauco. Cerca de ahí del departamento no era una zona muy linda pero no se sintió insegura

No tiene limpieza el fin de semana. Tal vez es un poco pequeño para el precio, en nuestro caso fue suficiente porque estuvimos pocos días. No hay mucho espacio para desarmar valijas por ejemplo.

Excelente y cómoda

Excelente, todo limpio, amplio, cómodo, espacioso. Lo mejor de todo fue la disposición del departamento. Al ingresar en un día feriado, habían dejado todo listo para retirar la llave/tarjeta en portería.

Faltaba una esponja para lavar la loza.

La distribución del espacio La cama y respaldo en general

Falta un kit básico pequeño de cocina( aceite, sal, limón) alcuza, formato sachet algo asi. Falta un cuchillo para poder cocinar, hoja lisa ( solo hay cuchillos de mantequilla y para pan)

Todo bien, pero la ventana del baño estaba mala y en la ducha se filtraba el agua por el shower door. Todo lo demás bien y cómodo.

Buena ubicación, cómodo y a buen precio.

La ubicación es ideal. Cerca de restaurantes y centro comercial. Una zona muy tranquila y agradable. El apartamento es muy cómodo con independencia entre el dormitorio y la zona de la sala y la cocina.

No hubo aseo ningún día de la estadía y la llegada al área administrativa es dando una vuelta por fuera del edificio. Realmente son muchas más las cosas buenas que las que tienen por mejorar. Sugiero mucho este alojamiento.

Very good

A great solution for accommodation at the financial center of Santiago. It's a modest-sized apartment with the necessary facilities for someone who will spend most of his time either doing tourism or working. It is within walking distance of malls, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, and churches. The place is very clean, and there is a cleaning service every weekday. There are also security guards, and they are very kind.

The internet stopped working on the last day.

Excellent location, friendly staff, prompt to solve the problems and make you feel comfortable. Clean and cozy apartment with a balcony. We will use this apartment again.

They need to improve the communication channel on the weekends.

Two good days in Las Condes

Small apartment with kitchenette included, well located just in Apoquindo avenue near the subway and many other things. Good to stay a couple of days, specially if you travel alone or just a couple. More than 2 people you have to go to a different layout.

It was a bit cold when I stayed, so if the apartment had a heating system it was perfect.

Good location and that's about it

Location is great, just a few blocks from Manquehue metro station, Apumanque and Parque Arauco shopping centers. Bed was comfortable, kitchen is small but nicely equipped, plus some kitchen essentials were provided. Maids checked every day for cleaning needs.

Internet was a DSL modem that worked only a few hours every day, slower than my carrier's roaming (I ended up using this instead). Bedroom window did not close properly, causing cold air and noise to come in at night.

I’ll definitely stay here again.

Can’t beat the location, easy walking distance from the metro. Very responsive management.

My first room smelled like cigarette smoke. But to their credit, I was able to move to another room, which was perfect.
