first two nights very pleasant, third night a nightmare.

A very pleasant place to stay for a night or two, but not for a holiday, unless you book out both apartments for a group.... lovely pool area, and close to the beach.

The first two nights were lovely, but the third night was a nightmare, very rowdy people booked into the apartment next door and literally partied right through the night...... they also used the pool which was unfortunately in front of our apartment it was impossible to sleep they were so inconsiderate, drinking and shouting and making a noise, then started fighting amongst themselves, the whole night... then decided to braai at 5 am in the morning... it actually ruined our stay.....we literally didn't feel safe.....

My stay was excellent we had the whole villa to ourselves for weekend

I liked everything about the property from the scary yet a master piece of stairs and the decor🤌🏽

We had an enjoyable stay and an awesome setting spending time with family.

It is spacious and clean with modern finishes.

On the odd occasion the smell from the septic tank that was close to the kitchen.

An unforgettable stay that will most definitely be repeated

The location was spectacular and very secluded. Both villas were spacious , comfortable and very convenient from each other . The rooms were neat ,clean and there was ample space in the wardrobes . Special thanks to Jana as she was very kind and patient and catered to all our needs during our stay , which is commendable.

The kitchen was also up to par ,however when we arrived the sink was full of ants but soon after we came to realize that ants were popular in the location hence we didn't complain as it was a natural issue that cannot be controlled.

Excellent, we will definitely go back again with my family, but please attend to the 2 issues raised

Location is perfect, breakfast was self catering & it was great!

It was raining heavily during our stay & we couldn’t braid because the Brain Area is uncovered outside. Also the shelter of the beautiful patio outside did not help us because the cover material is not rain proof so the table & chairs were also wet as rain was coming through.

Great vacation spot.

The place was beautiful and the host was wondering. It has great amenities that make your stay very pleasant. I would definitely recommend it and will be coming back again.

Pictures do not do the place justice at all, it is a stunning gem. The hostess was brilliant and friend. Short drive to a short, deli & quant restaurant.

The place was just like in the pictures. If it was a piece of clothing I'd say it was "true to size". No false advertising. Very friendly manager. Thank you Jana😉

The inside of the stove needs to be checked up before guest arrive. The grilling rack wasn't clean. I had older ladies in my group, they complained a lot about the rooms only being upstairs. So if your group has older persons, mind the stairs.

Cintsa is a quaint town with beautiful views I will definately come back

The cleaning staff where not thorough this lowered the property's hygiene standards.Servicing the rooms meant no changing of the linen :( .
