Bring the whole family, the family next door, the aunts and uncles... or just enjoy it all to yourself. Guys or Girls trip... you all get your own bed. BIGGER GROUP? Book both Unit A and Unit B! Bring all your toys and safely store them in the oversize garage. Store your trailers at the back of the property. LOTS OF PARKING. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this location.

Loved this property and the extra large garage. We were rafting on the Colorado River and had a trailer full of gear. We could fit the trailer and two vehicles in the garage. We DID NOT have any noise issues and looks like the owner Deb has taken good steps to resolve any issues from prior reviews. Clean, modern and comfy! Easy walking to the main part of town.

The condo is beautiful and well-appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. We did have some noise (screaming and throwing bottles) from the neighboring bar the first night, but probably just a random incident. We'd loved our stay and would love to return next fall!

This place was great! Clean, perfectly stocked kitchen and great location. We could walk into town to eat and shop. 10 minutes from Arches. Deb was quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend!

This is such a great property. It is well-designed, comfortable, and very welcoming. It is the perfect location in town with easy access to many restaurants/stores. I stayed here with some friends for a mountain biking trip and it was the perfect spot for us to hang out after our rides. Deb was great to work with and was quick to reply with any questions. Highly recommend!

The property could not have been better. Everything that we needed or would have needed was available. Property was spotless and the location was exactly as advertised. If back in Moab we wouldn't stay anywhere else but here.

The place was beautiful and in walking distance to town. Deb was very accommodating. We’ve stayed at many VRBO places and this one was well stocked with kitchen appliances, plenty of dishes, towels, and toiletries. We’d stay again.

Deb’s property is truly one of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed in across the country (including previous trips to Moab when I have stayed elsewhere in town.) The condo itself is spotless, spacious, and modern. Deb has also thought of every little detail to make you feel at home and not feel like you had to bring minor things with you in your luggage. I cannot wait to return to her place with my family since it has a separate bed for everyone, plentiful parking, and nice outdoor space as icing on the cake.

This is our very first time NOT camping in Moab. We brought my parents (and of course our daughter) and the location was absolutely wonderful. Our favorite thing was the garage- as we brought all of our toys for the desert. There were reviews regarding noise from the local BBQ joint next door- which we could hear, however, using the fans provided drowned out anything ridiculous. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

The home was perfect for our family! It was clean and easy to rent, the kids loved the bunk beds. We loved being able to walk to downtown. The bar behind the house is noisy, although some of us slept right through it. We would definitely come to this location in Moab again!

Wife, kids, and I spent New Year's weekend at this property. Everything was clean, comfortable, well organized, well maintained, and welcoming. As others have mentioned, there's a bar/restaurant immediately behind the property. And although the owner has been very clear about contacting her regarding the occasional loud music, neither the property owner, nor the restaurant owner can be held responsible for the group of idiots that hung out in the parking lot, revving engines, peeling out, and generally being obnoxious. If you're a light sleeper, maybe avoid holidays that attract a lot of folks late into the evening. Like New Years... I'd stay here again, even with the noise.

Brand new and clean. Plenty of parking: ping pong was a hit. Open area and kitchen really nice. Access to downtown and easy in and out of town. Live music coming from BBQ joint out is loud if you plan to go to sleep before 11.

Very nice place. Oversized garage with ping pong table was great. Plenty of parking. Downtown was only a block or two away. Do note comments by others about the BBQ place next door and be prepared.

We've been in a lot of VRBO's and this was one of the very best -- spacious and well-lit and unbelievably stocked with all the stuff you need (down to plastic bags and aluminum foil). Parking is a joy. And the location in downtown Moab makes it so easy to go out and eat. Only downside is the music coming from the b-b-q place next door (good food!). But play your own music or turn on the white noise tower thoughtfully placed in bedrooms.

Great location only 1 block from shops, bars & restaurants. House was very clean & had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Large garage was a bonus for parking the truck. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Moab.

Just one block off of Main this place has it all. The kitchen was stocked better than my own. If you are looking for a base to enjoy all the outdoor activities of Moab this is it!

Great property with many nice features. Kitchen well equipped. Only criticism is in master they have queen bunk beds which is very hard as it’s a foam mattress. Not a fan of that type of bed.

Hosts Deb and Jerry are amazing! The condo was immaculate! Couldn’t ask for a better location. My family enjoyed four days in Moab and this was the perfect place to kick back, relax, and escape the 100 degree temperatures. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfy and it was nice to have a garage to pull our truck into. Just a short walk to restaurants and shopping! I highly recommend to any family or small group wanting to spend some time in Moab.
