Don’t stay here if you need a car.

The rooms were fine and clean.

The car parking is absolutely terrible, one day we had to wait close to an hour for our car to be returned. I would advise if you’re planning on parking a car to stay elsewhere. They also charged $35/day for this “valet parking” but it doesn’t work and you can’t access your car without them.

Would not pay for the room with these much money it is not valuable at all!

The room that we booked had window but blocked with the next building. Literally no view at all. I was expecting to have some city view so I booked. But it wasn’t. I asked the receptionist but it is the only room that I could have. No offer for upgrade or anything. The location was not great when you want to park over night $35/day with the valet service. You need to inform the reception 25min before picking up the car.

The bed was uncomfortable. I am pregnant so I thought it is because of pregnancy. However I moved to Sydney and booked the different hotel it was so comfortable. Absolutely hated that no window or you have window but next building wall view

I liked the location because it's in the central but not if you drive your own car because it was very hard to get in there even with google map because it is located right in the bus area which private car is not allowed to be there. I also liked the pillow.

I didn't like the location using private car. The room that I paid was not what I got. The HK didn't clean my room. Couldn't get to call front desk (trying for 20 minutes before they picked up the phone)

Perfect location for a short stay in Hobart.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the water views were amazing and the coffee machine in the room and cooked breakfast options were a delicious bonus!

The room was smaller than we expected, but modern and clean. Some basic cutlery, plates and even a small microwave in the room would be ideal.

Great short stay

The team accomodated our early check in and late check out needs, were super helpful with holding our bags after check out and made us aware of the great chocolate hour which we got to enjoy despite our short stay. Overall, the room was great and felt it was extremely comfortable and suited our needs to recover after a few days camping.

We only stayed one night!

Everything was fantastic! I can't wait to stay here again!!

The chocolate hour between 3:30 and 4:30 was amazing everyday with mini chocolate themed disserts I love how friendly and accommodating the staff are and they really go above above and beyond to help with whatever you need. The beds were super comfortable and rooms extra clean and well designed!

no more spring water bottles in the room, hotel trying to be "clean" and asking quests to drink from the tap.

Great hotel - convenient location, comfortable room and great breakfast.

Breakfast was very good value for money and I like how they start at 6.30am. It was perfect for our early start on our tour. There was a good variety of food and service was fairly quick, although it helped that there were very few people around at that hour. Staff were helpful e.g. when I could not operate the coffee machine. Our room was large. Bathroom was nice and spacious. I liked the tea and coffee sachets placed in the room, as well as the hotel's "Chocolate Hour" in the afternoon. Location however was very convenient, close to shops, the waterfront and Salamanca market. Beds were large and comfy and shower pressure was good with hot water. The restaurant was also not bad, with Italian food.

We were on the second floor and there was no view at all. Rooms with a view cost a lot more, so we had to stick to this room. TV did not have any free channels that we could watch.

Breakfast choice had a wide variety and good quality. One time the hot breakfast were the dregs of the litter ie the bacon. Otherwise it was fairly good.

When in the back room for breakfast, the staff were not available, catering to the patrons in the main room out front.

The rooms were great. Wry clean, quiet and comfortable.

The menu at the restaurant was very limited but what we did have was delicious. We arrived for breakfast @ 9.30 and continental offerings were running out and not restocked which was, again disappointing. The service staff were wonderful however.

My room window faced a cement wall. Really only worth staying if you can get a room with a view. Also, always get a printed copy of your invoice on checkout. They said they would email. Didn't. Rang 3 times.

It’s on the best location, but food from downstair were not good enough

Best location. Busses cross the road; visitor center 2 blocks away; turn left is the walking street, there are lots shops and restaurants. Good services and friendly staff.

A big clock on the top of old post office building, which is opposite the hotel, chiming every15 minutes; inside the room often has cracking sound. Maybe because I am a light sleeper.

Rooms were very well designed - small but very functional. Great location. Beds really comfortable. Coat rack is great in winter as you need somewhere to hang coats and scarves.

Hard to find the entrance via car. Need to valet park there is no parking for yourself. We didn't have a view at all - looked out at a back alley where we thought you'd either have water or mountain views

Comfortable, nice view and easy to access

Great location and really friendly and helpful staff. Valet parking was lovely to have and the view on floor 14 was wonderful. Lifts were quick and rooms were nicely furnished with good TV selection including Chromecast.

Chocolate Hour was a let down since so many people attended and there is little seating. The room had a funny smell and the bathroom door did not block out sound which made for awkward toilet conversations.
