Overall it is a great property both inside and out. More glasses are needed! The dishwasher is run more than it should have to because of this. New bathroom rug is needed. I have never had to do laundry (towels)for the cleaning people before. The high cleaning fee should include that. The property needs cleanp and leaf blowing outside due to he fact leaves were constantly falling on furnitue and patio. We could not belive the condition of the seat covers and pillows outside. They should have been in the trash. These are just a few things that I feel could be addressed. The decorator is fabulous. The short walk to town was great. We will book again if we come next year.

I loved this charming house. It was new, beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed, quiet, and close to all the action. I'd absolutely stay again, no question. BUT...a few days before I arrived I received a communication that I would be sent the code for the key box shortly before check-in. I stood outside the cottage, in the rain, at check-in time. No code. I sent a message requesting it on the VRBO app. I called and left a message. I never, to this day, heard back. I had to call a VRBO agent, who also messaged & called the owner/rep and didn't get through. Thankfully, I asked if there was a "master code" and eventually (20 minutes) that was found and I was in! But it was scary wondering when/if I'd get in. There was information inside the cottage about checkout and a number to text for the caretaker. I texted that number twice with 2 different questions over my 6 day stay & never heard back from him either. Strange. I hope they're OK!

We’ve seen the condition of rentals degrade over the years…. Not this one. It was just as lovely as last year. The proximity to town but quietly nestled location, dedicated parking space and ambiance can’t be beat. We hope to be back again.

Very pretty cottage with high end finishes, and only ~half mile walk from town, shops, ferry. For a last-minute girls overnight trip, it was perfect. Strong AC, great water pressure, coffee in the morning, plenty of towels, and cable that worked effortlessly to watch Olympics. Theresa was very responsive and allowed us to stash our small overnight bags in the courtyard while we wandered the island prior to 4pm check in. Neighborhood is charming and quiet. Because we only stayed in the cottage for 17 hours, the fees on top of the rental price felt wasteful and amounted to almost $500 more than the list price. But that is likely more a VRBO complaint than anything. Pricy, but lovely!

This cottage is beyond beautiful! With the high ceilings and abundance of windows, it had a feeling of airiness and comfort. Although I was traveling for business, I immediately felt at "home". Everything is immaculate, the patio area was beyond perfect! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We've been vacationing in Nantucket annually for about 10 years. When booking this stay we had a good feeling it would be better than a hotel,...we were right! We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and we definitely overpacked. This place had all the amenities of home that we didn't need our extras that we packed since it was all there for us. Location was great as town was a quick 5 minute walk to Centre St. Will definitely stay here again and could not say enough positive things about this property. Thank you!

We loved our stay! The cottage is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location…you can easily walk to Main Street but it is just far enough away to be peaceful when you are ready to relax. I loved hearing the horn on the ferry from the house and realized on the last morning that you can see some of the sunrise from the side of the house. Theresa is great to work with and very responsive. We look forward to returning!

Came to Nantucket to celebrate a special birthday. The cottage exceeded our expectations! Everything was very clean, and the cottage was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Although we had a vehicle with us, the location made it very easy to walk to the shops and restaurants near Main Street. We love the off season in Nantucket and plan to return next year.

This cottage is just a short walk to the town center, the museums and historical sights, but in a quiet, secluded area. The appliances are state-of-the-art and the layout of the rooms is perfect for a couple, but can accommodate additional guests. We enjoyed walking to town, but having an easy drive to other parts of the island.

The cottage was as presented and well equipped. Layout of cottage is everything you need when looking for something more than a hotel, but less than a house. Property Manager was very quick to connect on any items at check-in and even had the caretaker address an item immediately. Very close to everything in Town on a short easy walk.

Perfect location - close enough to town to walk in quickly, but far enough that you have serene island vibes. Fresh cut flowers greeted us on arrival and the cottage was stocked with everything we needed for the stay. It was very well kept, clean and modern with high-end finishings. Just as advertised. My wife and I enjoyed the spacious bedroom while our kids (5 & 7) slept hard after long beach days on the pull-out sofa. The patio area is set up well and surrounded with lush vegetation and flowering plants - but these do come with all the critters that like pollen. They didn’t bother us but made the kids a bit nervous. The previous occupants must have left with the key but the on-island property manager was quick to respond when we showed up. Could not have asked for more. Actually - were having such an amazing time we did ask to extend our stay but the place was already fully booked!

Very well-maintained clean and comfortable cottage. Walking distance to downtown. Spacious master bedroom, and an open format between the living room and the kitchen. Teresa was always available and accessible for any questions we had. We plan on coming back next summer, I would highly recommend to anyone…..and already have!!
