About this house rental
Welcome to our beach house "The Seascape Retreat". Less than 100 steps to the beach. The house has a massive deck with stunning views of the beach. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise while sipping your morning coffee. Enjoy the fresh breeze and the sound of waves hitting the beach. The house sleeps, 13 people and is well equipped for an unforgettable holiday home. The deck has a built-in dining space with wicker chairs. The deck also has wooden seating wrapped around the deck and comfortable deck furniture for the family.
The House:
This is a second-row beach house with front-row views. The house can comfortably sleep 13 (9 adults and 4 children). The living room has a futon that can also be converted to a sleeper (Futon is not included in the count of 13). The house has 3.5 baths making it very comfortable for larger families. The living space can comfortably seat 8 adults and has a smart tv with Roku. All bedrooms are equipped with an office desk and chair. There is one camera on the property (outside) that captures the main stairway to the house.
Amenities: We have got most essentials covered.
• Plenty of covered parking available below the house.
• Outdoor grill (Lighter Fluid and Lighter provided. Charcoal is not provided, but can be purchased from the corner store which is just minutes away from the house)
• Laundry room - Washer and Dryer for your convenience, Laundry detergent.
• Bathrooms – Hand wash Body wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Paper amenities
• Kitchen – Pots and pans and basic utensils are provided. Basic spices, Coffee corner (Coffee maker, ground coffee, paper coffee filters, sugar, and non-dairy dry creamer), Toaster.
• We provide bath towels, linens, and pillows. (We do not provide wash cloths and beach towels).
• Every bedroom has an office desk and chair.
• High-speed internet/ Wi-Fi.
• Centralized air conditioning with ceiling fans throughout the house.
Bedrooms:
1st Bedroom: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, Smart TV with Roku. The attached bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is no closet space in the master bedroom, however, a dresser drawer is provided to store your clothes. We can make the closet space available on request for rentals greater than 2 weeks.
2nd Bedroom: The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are connected to a jack and jill bathroom. There is a half bath right outside the bedroom.
3rd Bedroom: The bedroom has a queen bed. A bunk bed that can sleep, 2 children. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom is connected to a jack and jill bathroom. Smart TV with Roku.
4th Bedroom: The bedroom has a queen bed. A bunk bed that can sleep, 2 children. There is a full bath right outside the bedroom.
The surrounding area:
No touristy chain restaurants, shops, or hotels. Great chillin' beach bar and grills.
Food and beverage trucks (like Surfin Rita Daiquiris To-Go), Burger joints (like Pier 30 and Beachfront Deck Bar & Grill), and tasty fresh seafood options (like Seahorse Bar & Grill and Red Snapper).
Dog friendly: Up to 3 well-behaved dogs are considered with a non-refundable one-time pet fee ($100 for 1 dog, $150 for 2 dogs, and $200 for 3 dogs). No prior permission needed.
The pet fee during reservation by default is set at $100. Please send me a message after making the reservation if you intend on bringing more than one dog.
Pet rules
1. Dog must be house trained.
2. Please keep the dog off the couch, chairs, and beds.
3. Please do not leave a dog unattended outside (excessive barking)
4. Please clean up your dog waste. Poop bags are provided.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the property. Veer the owner kept immediate communication and response with us our entire stay for any questions we had or help we needed. Lots of space and amenities for the stay, the rental literally had everything we needed and I cooked the entire weeks stay so I was very pleased with all the cookware and appliances. Will definitely book this location again. The owners hospitality made this our best experience thus far.
My only recommendations are a few more knives in the kitchen and curtains for the master bedroom balcony doors to keep so much sunlight out for those who like to sleep in

We loved our stay at the beautiful home! Home is large with plenty of room for our group (4 adults and 3 children). Kitchen had everything you would need. Location to the beach was great! Spent lots of time on the deck enjoying the sounds of the waves. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would stay here again on our next trip to Surfside.

Excellent location near the beach, good views from the deck, accommodations were very good. A larger dining room table would have been nice. Bedrooms good and gave plenty of room for the 10 of us. Living area spacious. Loved the outdoor shower to get sand off. We really enjoyed the house, the views, the location.

Home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is absolutely perfect. You are walking distance to a convenience/liquor store, two different restaurants, and the walkway over the dunes. I will definitely book again. Really appreciated the streaming options already loaded on the TV. The extra beach stuff was super convenient.

The house perfect for our large family, the 3 and 1/2 bath room were the best. The large deck was wonderful. If any down fault the sun rise was hinted with the houses in front of us but still enjoyed it. Thank you for our family stay.

It was a super easy check-in. The house had plenty of space and was just as advertised and more! There was a great deal of supplies in the kitchen, snacks upon arrival, beach chairs, a ton of beach times, kids toys, games and books for inside. It was a pleasure staying at this house and was perfect for us. I was staying there with my siblings and their families as well as my parents. The proximity to the beach makes it incredibly easy to come and go to the beach. Also several walkable restaurants!

Other than being right next to the beach, this house is fabulous! The cleaniness, organization (everything was literally in order, not one issue with the home) all was labeled for easy access. Property manager, Veer, was on top of things as we arrived. Definitely a high recommended home! We will be back again.

Me and my family accidentally booked this beach house with intentions of staying in Galveston. We had never been to Surfside, luckily this winded up being just the vacation we needed! The ocean is LITERALLY 30 seconds walking distance. Our host was VERY gracious. Left us with welcome snacks and had plenty of extra household items you typically forget to take on trips. I cannot express enough how awesome the location, the house, the town and the host was. You have no idea until you get there!!! I only have one gripe!! I did not read the welcome book when I first got there lol. Spending quite a few dollars on ocean gear when the host had it all in a storage closet. Which you will know if you read the book! Haha, that was entirely my fault, but WELL WORTH IT. Thank You Veer!

We booked the weekend to explore the area and this home was wonderful! Really kind host and the house had everything we needed. Very clean, a well stocked kitchen, and steps to the beach. The deck had beautiful views. Would stay again for sure!

Look no further! This was the perfect place for our family to gather and celebrate Christmas. Plenty of beds in spacious rooms with closets, charging ports, and anything else you need. The 3.5 bathrooms were a bonus. The den, kitchen and deck provided large spaces to gather. And the views - Spectacular!!! The host communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property and hope to return one day.

We had such a great time over the Thanksgiving holiday. The weather wasn’t so great but for the times we were able to get on the beach, the location was fantastic. The house was nicely appointed with some extra amenities that were a plus. The young ones enjoyed the indoor toys during our inside time. The floor plan was a great for our family and the huge deck with the fantastic view is an enormous plus! The gate at the top of the stairs helped us feel safe with the 2 young boys with us (age 3 and 5). Communication with the owner was great and we would definitely stay here again.

My sisters, girl cousins, nieces and I had a great getaway weekend at this Seascape Retreat in Surfside Beach. We were just a 5 mi ute walk to the beach and 7 minute walk to our favorite restaurant in Surfside Beach. This home was spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. Only bring your food and beachy attitudes!

This house is located just steps from the beach. It has a great deck and there is a grill to use. The house is spacious. LOTS of bedrooms and bathrooms which was so nice for our group. Kitchen is nice but some amenities are not there (no aluminum foil, lacking in pans for cooking) so if you need something special be sure to bring it. Overall- I would certainly stay here again! Wonderful memories were made thanks to Veer and this amazing property!!! The house had all the amenities we needed and more. We were within steps of the beach where we spent most of our time swimming and fishing. We also enjoyed the large patio with beautiful views of the Gulf! We hope to continue to return to Surfside for family getaways and would stay here each time!

Best we've ever stayed
We have rented several houses on the beach and the is by far the best. The house is large and the rooms are very roomy. The beds were comfy. The deck outside is huge and has a great view of the gulf. The owner has available beach chairs, boogie boards, and other beach toys.
Overall, we enjoyed our week at the beach, and a lot of it has to do with the Seascape. We can't wait to come back and rent this house again
