Pésima, fatal

Es un asco de hotel

Nada desde que llegas a la recepción te atienden dos personas masculinas con cara de que te están haciendo un favor, nos tuvieron más de media hora esperando que nos autorizaran una habitación que con antelación fue reservada, nefastos los tipos, además de que lo único que vas a ganar a ese lugar es un dengue porque abundan en exceso los zancudos, malisiiiima atención pésima en verdad no vayan a ese lugar nunca es lo peor además de que es muy caro para su condición. Y si quieren rescatar un poquito corran a esos dos tipos merecidos arrogantes y majaderos que están en la recepcion

no me gusto porque por la aplicación me ofrecieron unos servicios como desayunos y estacionamiento, y llegando al hotel tuve que pagar el estacionamiento aparte, y los desayunos no estaba incluidos, el servicio de bufett es pésimo , escaso, y uno se tiene que formar para que le sirvan, que caso tiene, las habitaciones no son como en las fotografías, están muy viejas y les falta mantenimiento, no esta modernizado

Nightmare experience. I'll stop using booking.com. this the 4th terrible experience.

Nothing else than the location!!!

The place is disgusting!!! Filty, old furtinure, old tv, towels are so old, you can see through, towel are old and with wholes. The pictures you see are nothing close to reality.

Nothing. Place is Nasty

This place is worst for the amount of money I spend. Towels don't even look a like. A mopper in cleaner than this once. Bed are horrible dirty and smells awful. Electrical outs hanging from wall. I was traveling with kids

The two swimming pools and hot tub were very nice. The bed was comfortable. Room size larger than expected. Maid service was more than adequate. Staff, although limited to speaking Spanish only, were very nice and went out of their way to help.

The advertised "air-conditioning" is central air (not independent in room air conditioning), controlled by management. Moreover, the air-conditioning was less than adequate. Even with all blinds closed the room was still uncomfortably warm. The noise level from the longe downstairs was as if my 5th floor room was right in the longe. The television was an d box set with only 4 channels and the remote did not work correctly.
