Bom custo x benefício. Localização excelente!

A localização é excelente, sendo o ponto forte da acomodação. É uma opção “barata” em Hollywood, onde a hotelaria é muito mais cara do que em Miami e Orlando. Não há qualquer item de lazer disponível na propriedade, porém o “quintal” é o belo mar de Hollywood Beach, onde há vários restaurantes bons, além do famoso calçadão para passear (Broadwalk). Outro ponto positivo é a disponibilidade de uma vaga de estacionamento por apartamento, em frente ao imóvel, já que é muito ruim e caro estacionar na região de Hollywood Beach. O apartamento possui estrutura que permite acondicionar alimentos e bebidas na pequena geladeira disponível, além de utensílios de cozinha (pratos, panelas, talheres,…), o que possibilita preparar comidas em casa mesmo.

Não há serviço de limpeza e nem de troca de toalhas e roupas de cama. Os hóspedes é que ficam responsáveis por lavar e secar toalhas e lençóis na precária lavanderia do local, situada em um minúsculo cubículo, onde há apenas uma máquina de lavar e uma de secar. Quando entramos no apartamento, o tapete da sala estava imundo e a limpeza em geral não foi das melhores. Contratamos uma pessoa para fazer a limpeza do local, onde ficamos por oito dias, e o aspirador saiu lotado apenas ao aspirar o tapete da sala. Sobre a cama, conforme várias outras críticas já feitas, o colchão é horrível, de mola, muito mole, onde qualquer movimento incomoda, além de provocar dor nas costas.

Clean, great location but terrible experience

The location of the apartments were good, right near the beach and the apartments were lovely and clean, with a car park space. The communication was good with the owners, and they did state they will warn the people in the next room as everything that happened was recorded on the ring doorbells they have, but the experience had already ruined our stay!

We booked a couple of nights at the Filmore Suits before heading up to Orlando. Unfortunately we ended up leaving after just one night, due to the people who were staying next door! We were woken through the 1st night at approx 3am by someone kicking and banging on the door continuously and shouting abusive things! This terrified my children! It eventually stopped when they found they had the wrong apartment. We then opened the door in the morning to find a man asleep on the floor right outside, we would have to climb over him to get out. This is not what we expect when we come away and never had this happen before and we are a well travelled family! My children were too scared to stay another night so we left. A little annoyed due to the money we have lost on this apartment and the having to then pay out for another accommodation.

Very nice place, clean. The beds are worn out and not so comfy.

Excellent stay, perfect location, will be returning!

Excellent and responsive staff that get back with you immediately. Someone accidentally parked in my parking spot and within minutes they had him remove his vehicle. They provided us with high chairs for the kids, a bunch of chairs for the beach, and even shovels and sand castles for the kids to play on the sand. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, and had everything you needed including Roku TV. They make it feel like home. And if you want to be close to the beach, it doesn’t get closer than this place. From the front door of the apartment it’s about 45 seconds until you get to the sand. Highly recommended!!

location was amazing…the apartment was nice and equipped with mostly everything you would need.host was very helpful and polite.

Lovely and Comfortable Apartment

The room was beautiful and clean. Easy to get into. Location was perfect. Most comfortable bed. Customer service Jill very helpful with an issue I had with pre check and my account and former account. She was patient and got me through it!!

Sleeping on sofa bed, light was way too bright outside. 🌞 Hot water never got hot for even the first shower. Having to do so much work to clean up before leaving was a little inconvenient. Paying 268.00 for a night then having to do half the work of the cleaning crew was something we hadn't experienced before. The three of us did it quickly but it took time away from us leaving when we planned.

We enjoyed the location but will be staying somewhere else in the same area, our next visit.

The location was perfect. The bed was big and the kitchen had most amenities.

The bathroom mirror was too high. I could not see in it. There was not a long length mirror. There was not any extra bedding for the couch sleeping area. My son had to sleep with beach towels. I asked for one sheet and a blanket and was not given it. The room was booked for up to 4. There were two adults an one 10 year old child. There were not enough towels, hand towels, or wash clothes.

the only drawback is no where to store luggage after checkout…. but I will continue to book here in the future!!

I liked that whatever issue we had at the moment they responded to pretty quickly.

They advertised clean, yet upon arrival the room did not smell clean, the furniture was sticky and the room carpet smelt like pee and the blanket on the couch smelled like sweat. They were not very accommodating to check out or check in times.

This is a great clean place a few steps from the beach with parking which is very convenient. The place was clean and check in and out was easy.

The bedding is terrible ( mattress and pillows need to be changed) and the loud AC in the bedroom is really taking away a quiet night sleep.

The location is great! The place is small, but renovated, so you should have everything that you need. The living room ar conditioner is new and silent.

They have 6 apartments and only 5 parking spaces, not specified when you booked, in my case the staff sent me a text message Saturday 8pm threatening to tow my car if I didn't move it. No way to call nobody, the communication is only via text...the issue was resolved but I have to fight for it...no good at all

Our stay was unsatisfactory and we left before our reservation time was up.

Good location near the beach. The staff was very helpful.

There were tiny bugs in the kitchen and bathroom, low water pressure in the shower, dust clogging the bathroom fan, people smoking weed nearby and the smell filled the apartment when we turned the air conditioner on. We left the property after one night and moved to a nearby property.
